Once I got home, I noticed the noodles were thinner than the pad thai's I've had in the past, which I have no problem with, but I know some people prefer thicker noodles. Also, there were chunks of tofu in there, which I had never had before. The flavor of the pad Thai overall was excellent; I could taste the fish sauce, tamarind, and there were chunks of green onion. The tofu was like a sponge soaking up all the flavors. In the future, I will probably order it at a level 3 or 4 spiciness. Now for the mango sticky rice, as I had mentioned, I had never had it before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but the flavor of the rice reminded me of arroz con leche. The mango was very ripe and sweet, and I will most definitely order it again in the future. All in all, for my first experience at Thai Square, it was a positive one.
