Their fries are the best, gravy flavour is on point, plenty of cheese (although not real cheese curds) - and the generous size and the reasonable price ($12 for medium). Sitting on the bench while waiting around the truck on a sunny afternoon and receiving the super hot poutine and picking some pieces from the container and say "Oh my god..." Priceless moment. Super stress buster. I will come back. For comfort.

The fries are hand cut and have the skin on them. They are perfectly crisp but the flesh inside is light and fluffy. The best part are the little pieces that are extra crispy. I don't understand how some other fry trucks use bagged fries - that should not be allowed! I also appreciated the different types of vinegars and herb sprinkles (I used the garlic one) and it added additional flavours to the fries. I ordered the burger and it was okay-patty was a little overcooked and patty was store bought but at least it had a good beefy flavour. It's a fry truck so ambience is limited with a view of traffic going by. Fries are 5/5 but lost a point for an okay burger. Would have loved a fresh burger smashed on the flat top.

Definitely the backbone of this location whenever the service is this good. The meal was great! It was late night so did not get to go in but from what I could see through the window on my way from the menu screen to the pay window the place was spotless. No garbage floating around in the parking lot either like you see at most locations. Church's Chicken... good stuff!!!!…read more Ordered the 3pc spicy chicken combo, was excellent, hot, crispy and fresh! Also had the megabites... they are AWESOME! Megabites are basically chicken tenders, much, much bigger than something like KFC popcorn chicken. They are great, especially with the creamy jalapeño dip! Only downside are the fries. The fries themselves are good, but you get very view fries in a combo. Also not a fan of the biscuit, also included in the combo. Their biscuits are sweet, very odd. Popeye's biscuits are much better. Next time I'll ask for more fries, no biscuit. But overall, Church's Chicken is pretty great! Much better than KFC.

I remember there was a Church's at Brimley and Sheppard in Scarborough many years ago and then they disappeared, all of them. I'm kinda glad they came back. I was feeling kinda hungry so I ordered their 3pc combo, which included three pieces of their crispy fried chicken, fries, biscuit, and a drink. I opted for a mix of spicy and original recipe, and got two pieces of leg and a huge piece of breast meat. Not bad. As expected, the chicken was hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious!. These pieces had just come out of the fryer and were really good! The biscuit and fries were equally good but the fries were a lot less than anticipated. This particular location has an awkward layout, with the main entrance on the corner of the building, steps away from a busy major intersection. The service counter is angled towards the entrance, which is okay for pedestrian traffic. This layout, however, creates blind spots for most of the dining room and also the entrance to/from the parking lot. The service provided by the two young ladies at the counter was good - friendly and courteous. While I was dining, however, the conversation in the kitchen got rather loud. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Takeout might have been a better option.
