It has to be. Because this wait is absurd." Not to mention, they brought out the little condiment container with a few packets of ketchup and some hand wipes, about an hour and a half before our meal was served. Normally, that kind of thing would be brought out just before your meal comes. Like, within minutes. Not hours. Finally had the opportunity to try this place. Sad to say, we were sorely disappointed. The place was empty when we got there. 2 ladies came in after us, ordered after us, and 45 minutes later, they ate their meal and left. Another guy came in after us, ordered his meal, got and ate his meal, and left. Meanwhile, we still hadn't seen our meal delivered and not a word from staff on why on earth it was taking so long. More customers come and go. FINALLY, nearly 2 hours later, we got 3 of the 4 meals we ordered. The food was ok, but definitely not worth that kind of wait and definitely not worth the $20 they are charging for a burger. I got the Steak and Cheese wrap and by the time it was served to us, the wrap was so soggy I couldn't pick it up and had to eat with fork and knife. My daughters meal was forgotten in the order, so I had to go to the counter. Waited approximately 25 minutes before someone came from the back, to the desk where there were about 5 other people waiting. Finally got his attention and let him know he forgot my daughter's meal. They did promptly put her chicken ceasar salad together and brought it out about 10 more minutes later. While we were finishing up, another customer who was also waiting for TWO HOURS FOR FRIES, came back to let them know that his $40 meal of only fries, was soggy and inedible. He was extremely upset The review would be 0 stars, if it weren't for the owner comping our meals because of the ridiculous 2 hour wait. Would have loved to say we'll try the place again. But we won't.

Waited an extra 20 minutes to be able to order our food, then another extra 40minutes to get our food we ordered. I ordered chicken and rice but they were out of rice so they offered fries. My boyfriend ordered chicken tenders and fries. $14 for 4 tiny pieces of tenders ...( he also ordered a shake that they forgot about, so we told them to take it off the tab) Server also forgot to bring us utensils with our food? All of that took almost an hour to come out. They weren't busy either. Most people were at the bar drinking or done eating and hanging out at their seats, but more than half the tables were empty. I saw my server leaning up against a counter talking to coworkers the entire time. They had at least 5 workers roaming around doing who knows what, excluding the kitchen staff. It's now 12:30am and we're out of there. While we were walking out those same 6 booths still had messy plates, cups, and trash. The tables were also very sticky, not properly wiped down. We got seated at 10pm, It wasn't busy and still 3 hours till they closed.
