A view of the outdoor seating

I've eaten at Five Guys many, many times over the years. The burgers are really good, but I don't think they're the best. As other reviewers stated, their price point is rather high for what you're getting. I can pay an equivalent or lesser amount for a burger that'll vote better in a blind test taste. On many occasions I thought to myself how over priced my meal was as the employee called out the cost and I handed over my payment card. The fries are really good, but I also agree that they go overboard with the amount of fries they give. I rarely ever eat half the amount given. I ordered the hotdog on my last visit. I've tasted better in the past, but it satisfied. This location has outdoor seating, which is nice, especially if you don't want to sit in their cold restaurant. I've found many of their locations to be cold. I've always found the customer service to be good, including this New Albany location. The employees were very friendly and prompt with providing service.

I can't believe I've never been here before! A little pricey at $30 for two bacon cheeseburgers and fries, but it was totally worth it. We waited about 5 minutes on a friday afternoon which isn't bad. They really do give you a bag of fries. I got cajun fries and they were just the right amount of seasoned. My burger was perfectly cooked and cheese melted. I'll be back for sure!

Service here is pretty much the same as always. They are pretty nice and courteous. Our orders come out pretty fast and always fresh! One of my favorite burger spots! Gonna enjoy this meal!

1/2 single cheeseburger all the way minus the onions, fries & a Coke Zero

Excellent place for a delicious burger & fries. The burgers are cooked well & served hot & loaded with plenty of toppings. Fries are like the ones my mother used to make. Don't look at the bag they are placed in though. Dr. Oz show voted this burger best out of fast food. Music is great. Mike & I split a single cheeseburger fixed all the way minus the onions & a small fry , & it's enough for both of us.

Trying for the first time ! Smells delicious !

OMG ! where do I start . I absolutely love it . I got a big bacon cheeseburger smothered with onions and extra mushroom mayo lettuce pickles and tomatoe . It was delicious . I wasn't a very big fan of the fries although I don't typically like those kind of fries anyway(I don't eat Penn station fries either) when I walked in I noticed it was pretty clean and upkept . Although I did see some ants at the drink station . I told the guys behind the counter and they quickly wiped up the stickiness and sprayed some bleach on the counter . The price was a little steep . But it was very much so worth it . I will definitely be returning in the near future . My son doesn't ever really eat red meat but he enjoyed the burger he got as well and he ate all of it . That's another star right there . If you want to pay a decent price for an AMAZING BURGER this is the place for you . Its not as expensive as bubba's or RR so it's definitely worth it for a burger of the same if not better quality !

So awesome

Absolutely Amazing!!! Quick and efficient. Doug and I so love a good burger and whereas he eats at the Middletown establishment at least once a week, his suggestion this weekend was Five Guys. First off, I loved the lighting, you can really see everything, so clean! Free peanuts and freshly made " right in front of you" burgers...so good, so delicious, moist and rich.

Slow slow slow food is good but workers acted disgruntled. A hotdog and fries took about 15 minutes.

Recently visited dog haus and it was so good! The server was…read morereally sweet and patient. She explained how the restaurant works and gave us her recommendations. She was very friendly and was not hesitant to make jokes to keep the good vibes! The restaurant opens the side doors to let fresh air in on a sunny day which is amazing if you don't want to sweat in the sun but still want to feel a nice breeze. The sliders were amazing, the chicken was not dry which is common in bar food places. The concept of every bread being rolls gives the hot dog an extra security when picking it up. Really excited to go back when the days are warmer and can enjoy the patio section!

We got a To-Go order of their New Albany burger week burger. This was the New Albany Farmhouse…read moreburger. It has several toppings and a lot of flavor. The sunny side egg on the burger was really juicy and the Hawaiian Rolls made for an excellent bun. Even with all of the toppings (lettuce, red onion, white cheddar cheese, bacon, fried green tomatoes, a sunny side up egg and miso ranch) the flavor of the burger still shined through and was delicious! We also got the Hot Fries. The burger was delicious but the hot fries were my favorite part!! They were hot, crispy, and had so much flavor! I love hot things and loved the heat - I can see where they could be considered pretty hot to some an the heat does build if you eat several in a row but again I love this flavor profile. We also got the slaw to help balance the heat of the fries if needed. We got the order to go for lunch. We were impressed by the to go packaging. The bag is really sturdy and really fun! It may sound silly but their take out packing is by far my favorite I have ever seen! We plan on coming back to try some of their other food in the future and look forward to dining in and trying one of their several beers. The atmosphere looks really fun and inviting and everyone was very friendly.

Wanted to give a shout out to a local business with a pretty darn good menu! Located in downtown…read moreNew Albany in a well-loved building near the river. I stopped in this time for a takeout order of wings with kickin' bourbon sauce option and a Boomtown Melt sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. Wings were not as crisp as I personally prefer, so I threw them in the air fryer and voila! Perfection! Sandwich and fries were delish. Service was fast and reception staff were friendly and efficient. Convenient parking in lot next door or on the street frontage. Waiting area was comfortable and interesting focal points to look at during my brief wait.

Casual restaurant in Downtown [New Albany IN]…read more Dined at this restaurant by recommendation. Less than a mile from our hotel we came midday in between lunch and dinner so the place was pretty much empty with just a few other patrons. We could sit wherever so we chose a booth at the corner. This was an Americana style restaurant with classic steak, pork, chicken, and vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices. We placed our order for... BLACKENED SALMON - tender and seared. For an additional $1 I asked for bourbon glaze to be spread on my salmon. It was served on a bed of wild rice. The bourbon glaze was definitely a game-changer... the combination of sweet, smoky, and tangy flavors created a yummy flavor. CAJUN PORK CHOPS: not one but two thick cut pork chops brined & seared. Topped with Cajun butter. Husband shared a few bites with me and it had me craving for more. I just helped him finish his pork chops a little bit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Service was friendly but it can sometimes lack attention. There is ample free parking available in the public lots behind and adjacent to the restaurant. Instagram: @boomtown_kitchen Review #3877

The inside is like an industrial style bar & the murals & decor were interesting and quirky. I really loved their chicken katsu sandwich, very thick and tender. Nicely made!! I enjoyed their kale salad mixed with toppings. My partner order the burger and that was delicious, their patty is thin which I prefer for burgers & they had a spicy mayo and smoked ketchup which paired well with both entrees! definitely has a kick to it! I would love to eat here again & try other items on the menu, I definitely want to give the Cuban sandwich a try.

Visited Grind Burger Kitchen in Louisville during a family trip and had a pretty mixed experience…read more We arrived around 6:30 PM and were told there would be about an hour wait, which was fine--we're new to town, so we figured we'd walk around and explore while we waited. We were told to come back at 7:00 PM, so we did. When we returned, we were seated, but then told it would be another hour before our order could even be taken and our food brought out. That part was really frustrating--if we had known that upfront when we first put our name down, we could have planned differently. As for the food, it was decent. The burger itself was delicious and definitely the highlight. The fries were very oily but crispy--I personally liked them since I prefer well-done fries, but my daughter wasn't a fan. The layout of the place was also a bit confusing--it took a while to even find the restroom since it was tucked away in another area. Service-wise, I also had to ask for a refill--and only got one--which was disappointing, especially with such a big burger. Overall, spending close to three hours from arrival to finishing our meal just didn't feel worth it, especially with the lack of communication about wait times and limited service. Not a terrible spot food-wise, but the experience could definitely be improved.
