This is a great location for a great burger chain! The burgers are always cooked great and are delicious. The price of the food depends on how many patties you want and whether or not you want bacon. The rest of the toppings are included at no charge, and you can get as many as you want. The portion of fries are generous, and delicious in my opinion when I ask for well done fries. Went back today for lunch and ordered the hamburger to go without the buns. Yes, it's possible to do that! Lettuce and tomatoes were wrapped separately plus all the condiments were packed in separate containers. The patty was wrapped separately in foil and still warm when I tasted it, pretty nice flavor I must say. Soggy mess no more, and carb free, too! I will definitely add Five Guys to my lunch rotation, maybe dinner too, so glad I live right around the corner! read more

Can't order any thing but "well done" either which is probably for safety concerns which makes you wonder too. I have heard the Marlboro, Mass location is excellent but too far to travel. read more

I love 5 guys, probably to an unhealthy level. I travel the country for work and it's sad that the one closest to home is the absolute worst. Ordered for pick up, showed up almost to the minute(told 20 minutes). Waited another 25-30min until I asked about my order again, manager said it would just be a minute. 10 minutes later still no one knew where my order was. The cashier even went as far to insinuate I called a different 5 guys. SHE brought my call in order up, with my name and phone number on her register, and took my payment and gave me a receipt lol. I mean how stupid can you be? YOU cashed me out and gave me the receipt then ask me if I'm maybe at the wrong place? I had a long time to sit and watch the operation there. The reality is it seems like Door Dash is everything to them right now. Dashers are in and out and their orders are the priority and they're all known by name, which is great if you order via DoorDash, horrible for call in or counter orders. By the time I got my refund(55 min after initial order) there were other non dasher customers lining up for refunds. If you're not using doordash I'd highly advise against going to this 5 guys. read more

My experience with Five Guys tends to be the same - young, friendly, energetic staff and consistently great food. The Nashua location is no exception in that regard. However I'm not crazy about the restaurant size and configuration (small, oddly-shaped, cramped feeling). It's not as light and open as some others I've been to. Still, no issues with food or service here, and like other locations they have the awesomely fun Coke Freestyle machines. read more

An A-OK Five Guys. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, decent food generally prepared well. Sometimes the french fries are a bit gritty, though, as if they haven't been washed completely free of dirt before frying. We're thinking we may skip the fries next time, anyway, since the regular burgers are so large (I always cut mine in half just to be able to bite into it) we probably don't need anything else. read more

I would suggest getting there before the lunchtime rush as their typically speedy service comes to a crawl and you can spend some time waiting. Would I eat here all the time? Tried this place for the 1st time after hearing great reviews. The burgers were good, but nothing really special. Everything was fresh though and the fries were really good. Order the small size unless you're feeding an army. I like that their menu is simple. I didn't like that they didn't have milk for an option for kids. Not everyone drinks soda. read more

A couple guys at the office was raving about this place, so I took my son to check it out. I was delighted with the burger - getting grilled onions and mushrooms on it. DeAngelos has been my favorite just because they also offer a good cheeseburger sub. The big one was a little bit too big for me, if I wanted fries. My teenage son also agreed the burger was better than all the other fast food restaurants. However, the fries didn't live up to the billing. Was surprised with the set up of this extremely weird, i think mostly to do with the stacks of potatoes making the line form as if it is a divider, which it is! Other the awkwardness of that the burgers are good, not great like I expected but it definitely hit the spot for tonight for dinner! Everything was fresh and fast, without tasting like fast food! Only been here once. Very pleasantly surprised. For burgers and fries this is a great choice. A giant step above McD's and Burger King. Options on sodas that I have never seen (some I never want to see LOL) Actually, staff the evening I was there was very friendly - not the anonymous staff of the national chains. I was looking for a table and a staff member on break got up and moved to give me a convenient seat. I don't think you would expect that at most chain restaurants. Burgers and options on them gave me many choices - not super exotic but way more than I originally expected and they were solidly excellent. A good choice, a welcome change from the bigger chains. I can't relate to the love that people have for Five Guys, what's so good? Yes I like the sort of retro "Good-Burger" fast food theme they are going for certainly, and I love a small simple menu but the burgers just aren't that good! The atmosphere doesn't match the burgers, the whole reason why I went! The burgers could not be served any other way than well done, according to their employee this is company policy. I want my burger mediun-rare please, but alas I am destined for only dry and bland meat. It needed salt and pepper badly. The condiments weren't that good, at least use a quality pickle or a ripe tomato. The fried however, were delicious I will give them that. I would go and just eat french fries and skip the burgers. I could literally make a burger at home and have it taste better, and I'm not the best cook. Usually love you guys...however...Today we tried the group online ordering ap. How great! We sent the link to 6 people total and everyone was able to add their order in individually. We finalized our order at 12:20pm and booked the pick up for 1pm. Upon arriving at 1pm our order had not even been started. Had we known that there was no point in ordering ahead (12min there and 12min back drive, and everyone only has as 45min for lunch) we would have just sent someone at 12 to be sure it was here in time for lunch. The burgers here may be a bit more pricey than your average McDonald's but you're paying for quality. Potatoes are peeled and cut every morning as are the other vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, etc). The fries taste just like we used to make them in a the fry pan! The burgers are superb! They also have hot dogs and a veggie sub. Lots of drink choices. Try it you'll like it. read more
