I wasn't quite sure how many stars to give them. I actually LOVE Five Guys cheeseburgers. Today I used my app and ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The order was almost ready when I got there and I used the short wait to look at my app again a little more carefully. I had just paid almost $18 for 1 cheeseburger and a small order of fries! AT FIVE GUYS! I felt totally screwed over and, frankly, we all should. It's been a while since I was there last but less than 6 months. This is pure price gouging to claw back profits lost during the worst part of the Covid pandemic and don't tell me otherwise. Five Guys isn't the only restaurant pulling this con, either and there's no excuse for it. Inflation peaked at around 8% and appears to be stabilizing and hopefully going down. So how does that justify a 30-40% increase in prices? I will NOT be back. (Well...not until they lower their prices back to Earth's orbit. Like I said, I do LOVE their burgers. This five guys location is by far the best I've ever seen. This one is home of thee(yes thee)best fry cook and management team ever. Tommy-the manager was very accommodating and down to earth. Went to visit on a Saturday at 4:12pm. Was looking forward to it but to my surprise they were closed.

I was at this location on 4/24/2020 at @ 2:30 in the afternoon and what I had was the worst service, my food had napkins ketchup packets placed right on top of the food, no gloves on the staff, oh they put them on just for show and then couldn't get them off fast enough. I really like the burgers here, and what I love about Five Guys is that they offer a smaller burger. I don't eat like a bird, I like food, but I swear the small burger was made for me. The guy behind the counter recommended we order 1 large fries, instead of 2 regulars. Fries are my thang. I love potatoes and carbs and fries, so I generally do not like to share. However, this was an awesome recommendation, because we saved a few bucks, and the large fries were more than enough for us to share. There are a lot of toppings to choose from, and they don't charge extra for every little thing. Mustard, giardinera, tomato, etc. If you just want a burger patty with cheese, it might not be worth your money. This is another of those "gourmet" fast food burger joints, so don't expect to get a deal here. Good for an occasional quick dinner if you're running errands in the area. Speaking of the area, this spot is littered with teenagers since Neuqua Valley High School is right around the corner. Also, there are peanuts all over the place and shells on the floor. No cheese...only ketchup and onion The burger had cheese even.though the order receipt clearly shows no cheese. They were very accommodating and made me a new burger and included another order of fries. I did not check my cheeseburger but I certainly wish I had because my burger had no cheese. I've had better fries (I tried Five Guys and Cajun and liked both) but they were some of the best I've had...I've never had so many Coke choices (I tried Vanilla Barqs, Peach Sprite, Cherry, Orange and Raspberry Coke) and that was really why I went! We thought our service was polite and fast...it was all good the one detail that makes me hold back stars is the price!! Five guys is pretty groovy .... the hamburgers are good .... everything is fresh ... the cajun french fries are nice and spicy ... and the touch screen coke machine is a marvel. two complaints .... 1.) the music ... just a tad loud but no big deal. 2.) the restaurant is a pig sty ... when we were there it looked like 24 cranky cub scouts had just finished a food fight. There was all sorts of "stuff" all over the floor and the tables. I would give this place four or five stars if they had someone cleaning the tables and sweeping up the floor.
