This is probably my fourth or fifth time at this particular location and I will definitely be back whenever I crave for a burger. That meal will also have to have the Cajun fries as well, or else it will feel like something is missing. In my old memories, five guys used to be really greasy and oil; that whenever I tried eating a burger, the grease will drip all over my hands. However, times have changed. Now I can enjoy my little cheeseburger with a bunch of toppings on it with no additional costs (unlike some other places or fancy restaurants) and tastes great! In addition, you would have to order the fries as well, to feel completely satisfied. The amount of fries they give you is more than what you actually paid for, so it is very worth it. I would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for their milkshakes. Personally I like milkshakes that's blended from the actual flavored ice cream, not vanilla or chocolate flavored with cookies or whatever else blended in. The taste just isn't quite there if it's made like that. But overall, five guys is great if you are just going for their burgers and fries. Service here was super fast too! read more

I purchased 2 little cheeseburgers. 1 was cooked all the way and the other was not. This is not the first time I have purchased a burger and had an unsatisfactory experience. On another occasion I purchased a burger and when I got home I realized they had doused it with mushrooms, which I hate. I do not live in close proximity to a five guys, so if I need to return it I would have to drive 20 plus minutes to return the food. The food is not cheap, so to get home and see that the food does not meet a higher standard is very disappointing. I most likely will not be going back to this location and will share this with my family. I don't believe in wasting my money on food!! read more

Walked in on a slow Sunday night and was greeted warmly. We quickly ordered and sat down. The food took a little longer than usual but we weren't in a hurry and could tell they where making us a fresh batch of fries and patties. The burgers are always phenomenal; and the fries are always plenty! A couple walked in with their son and the employees seemed to enjoy waving at the little boy which was so cute. As we left, we thanked the gentleman behind the counter and told the cooks that the food was marvelous. The smile on their faces where wide and genuine and the overall experience left me smiling all the way home. read more

The burgers here are absolutely delicious every time. Never a let down. I would like if they were slightly larger because I'm a burger fanatic, but we can't have everything we want. The best "upscale" fast food burger in South Jersey. (I like Bobby's Burger Palace very much too, but I'd call that more gourmet than what FG is selling). Only other similar places I can think of in the area are Elevation Burger at the mall and Jake's Wayback in Voorhees, but the beef this FG uses always seems to have flavor while other places' beef just ends up tasting like hot grease. As much as I love burgers I don't really like to eat them too often (maybe once a month or so, if that), so it's gotten to the point where I will not splurge on the calories/fat at any place but the best, and IMO, in this area, this is the best. (Note: I understand Smashburger is opening up where Tacconelli's is, so we will see if that can beat it.) read more

This location is owned by same as new one Cinnaminson, NJ. Always great! For my bad day, actually the burger -Jr is only 460 calories-no cheese, it's actually less then Hebrew int'l hotdog which is 480-485 calories. Amazing. So I get the jr , always fresh. With fries, split with co-worker -way too much , two people its like 13.77 or so.not bad.Sometimes go to diner or restaurant, with added topping your burger will be like 13.00-15.00 . Took my sister (she's from out of town) to this place, and she said it was probably the best burger she's ever had. Their burgers are great, and it's she really loved that you could put whatever toppings on the burger for free. I'm always a fan, and thing that for a quick and tasty burger, it's a great choice. :-) We split a small fry and weren't able to finish all of them. read more

I once considered five guys the midpoint of burgers. Clearly better then your standard fast food burger joints but maybe not as good as a sit down burger spot. I ordered a burger with no bun paid and was waiting. Without any prompting they asked if it was a preference or allergy. I have celiacs so I said allergy and they all changed their gloves and cooked my burger with clean utensils. These guys are great. this place has one of the best deals around in my opinion. The fact that you get a quality burger is great, but it doesn't just end there. these guys LOAD up the bag with fries. you could just sit there and have an entire meal with the fries alone and eat the burger later if you wanted to. food is great, customer service is fantastic, and dining area is clean. highly recommend this restaurant read more

Twice monthly I revel in the Five Guys experience. The burgers are fresh, juicy and tasty. Toppings leave me exasperated since there are so many options (usually go with the bacon, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and jalapenos). They have the absolute best fries anywhere. They remind me of my dad's homemade french fries, fresh potatoes fried to perfection. The burgers are delicious amd taste like real meat. I was just there today in Moorestown, NJ. I placed my order online which, of course, the site says - "don't wait in line go right to the pick up!" So, I go in and stand where it says "Pick up" and everyone there just ignores me. I turn to look at where people are ordering at the register and there are 4 staff there taking orders or whatever they were doing and no one at Pick Up. One woman walks over and looks at the bags (obviously pick up orders) and walks away - doesn't even acknowledge my presence. A minute later, she comes back and looks at the bags again and I said, excuse me, is this where I pick up my online order? And, she answers yes, and without even looking at me, walks away again! So, I watch this guy who's cooking the French fries and he takes the bag that was mine, and just scoops a whole bunch of hot, greasy fries right into the paper bag on top of my hot dog that was wrapped in foil - comes over and hands me the bag. Seriously? You couldn't put my food in the bag neater? Now I have to dig through the hot, greasy fries to get to my hot dog. Again, no one acknowledged my presence or even said thanks, come again. This was my first time trying Five Guys and it's definitely my last! read more

When I was there today, it was Two Guys Burger and Fries--everyone must have called out sick because there were only 2 employees working in the restaurant and they had a lot of customers. You could tell these 2 kids were swamped between taking the orders and cooking the food because it took 25 minutes to get my order. The restaurant wasn't clean, the trash was overflowing and the thing that gives you ice for your drink must have been almost empty because it only gave me 2 or 3 ice cubes. I don't like they way they cram your meal into a paper bag. The fries were OK but the burger was overcooked and dry. The burger, fries and small drink came to $13. I would have done a lot better at Wendy's or Burger King for less than half the price. read more

Not bad for a quick meal. Their menu is not extensive, but you can personalize it the way you want. Of course, not the healthiest food around, but you know walking into this place, you're there to eat unhealthy food that is going to taste pretty good, but take a couple of years off your life expectancy. They do give you a lot of fries, but eat them while they're hot, or they won't taste as good 10 minutes later. This particular location -- I have experienced there are always a couple of guys flipping burgers who make me a bit uncomfortable, staring at me in the wrong places, I guess trying to flirt. It's a big turn off. For that reason, I avoid this location anymore, and go to another Five Guys in Cherry Hill instead. read more
