I would give this place about a 6 1/2 out of 10 stars. My fries were good Cajun spice. My burger was good flavors were reasonable didn't blow me away but wasn't horrible. The fries were not oily or soggy and were cooked fresh. The burger was also cooked fresh. I would say 6 1/2 to 7 on the flavors. Free peanuts, Double burger, small fries and a large drink with free refills; $21 plus tip. PS my small fries were $5.69 plus tax! Restaurant pretty clean and organized. Courtney on Staff was very friendly. I think I figured out why the flavor wasn't where I would like it to be. It's because I'm used to eating grilled meat juicy grilled meat on the grill on my smoker and those burgers are not cooked That way. I think they're just fried on a griddle. read more

Do not eat here. My husband and I both got food poisoning from the burgers this past weekend.

If you want to get sick this is the place to go. White guy with the black hat on kept scratching his neck and hair with the gloves on. on top of that he kept acting like he had to spit. Did not change his gloves one time but kept touching and rubbing his body with the gloves on. Unless you want Covid stay away from this place.. he is very nasty but is around food serving the public. read more

The service is horrendous. Slow and even has priority service for friends of the staff. I saw 2people get served b/c they knew the staff. The ambiance sucks. No where to sit and service is slow, so people are standing around after getting their food waiting for a table. While the food is good it is not so good I can overlook the rest of below standard service and no place to sit. read more

It's a miracle! We ordered a little bacon burger, but when we opened it up at home, it transformed into a little cheese burger. Sinful mayo was also banished. Spouse was upset. I asked my spouse to repent. The drink unfortunately did not turn to wine. read more

This location was dingy. 6 employees there and half of them looked like they haven't had a shower in days. The employees should have hair cap/net over their beards. Speaking of hair there was a hair in the burger. The fries were totally under cooked and a greasy mess. I threw them in the air fryer for over 10 minutes and they were still not cooked. Totally disappointed. I definitely deserve a refund. I don't think I will ever go back. read more

I almost sad to give my favorite burger place only three stars. For years Five Guys has been my #1 burger place. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed satisfying my burger cravings, but tonight was different. The burger itself was as good as always but many other little things just weren't right. Both ketchup vats were empty and despite the obvious need and request stayed empty for our entire time there. There was a plastic container with ketchup packets but they were all stuck together...gross! There was only one box of peanuts available, half a box actually, but no paper trays to put your peanuts in. Service was very slow, ultimately they were understaffed. Love five guys but out of about 20 people there, 6 were without a mask! 2 were waiting for a "to go" order and the other 4 went to a table. Needed a fairly quick lunch today and 5 Guys was the answer. At 1130 a.m. we were the only customers present. We each had a small burger dressed differently and shared fries. Everything was pretty good, fries were a bit well done, but no biggie. Drinks at $2.19 seems a little pricey, small fries at $2.99 may seem high, but you get a ton of fries that are hard to finish. Now trying to evaluate 5 Guys vs. BT Burger; a dollar or two difference; I will pay closer attention next time to the subtle differences. read more

I can honestly say that I simply love five guys. They are a little pricey but you can taste the value in what you eat. The fries are so fresh and with the good salt and ketchup on them they are perfect. You can taste the quality in the meat as well. I was not greeted with a smile, just the mumble of "can I help you?" I placed my order, then both soda fountains were out of most everything so I let the staff know. They seemed a bit irritated that something was said about it. The machines were also very dirty with dried up soda all over them. One machine was also out of ice. Meanwhile, lines were forming at the fountains with unhappy customers because they could not get drinks at this point, or once they realized that there was. Seriously everyone should know the wonders of five guys by now!! I never go to fast food joints and when I do I hate it or a feel horrible after. However, I will go to five guys anytime. There burgers are excellent. The flavor and quality is always there and you can not forget about the fresh cut potato french fries that they have. There prices are higher than those of your normal burger joints but the quality is much better and they give you a lot for you money. I usually stay with the small burger. Even though I am a big eater the big burger is too much for me. A small order of fries is also good for two people. They also have free peanuts for when you are waiting on your order. If for some reason you have not been to Five Guys then your seriously missing out. Go try it! read more

The burgers are fried and delicious. Second to none in the fried varierty. The hand cut french fries come to you by the bushels. Sauteed onions and heavy melted cheese make them the best. the service is exceptional. You can't make them this good at home. read more

Never had a bad meal or bad experience. Always friendly staff. You can't find better fast food French fries. I saw other reviewers talk about getting the smaller burger but my advice is stick with the double even if you have to share or take some home. The doubles are SO much juicier it's worth getting them. Also, putting number stickers on the foil that correspond to the order you asked for things? Genius. Food good as usual...service was awful. My wife called in our order to go...she specifically told them to go ahead and cook fries...I got there, the fries weren't cooked, the female who took my wife's order laughed at me for being irate at her incompetence, she then blamed it on "they must not have done it" ( what, a 35 person fry squad??). I got home, they left off the onions for my burger, and ignored my wife asking them to put lettuce and tomatoes on the side which were limp as a noodle. Won't go back for a long, long time. read more
