Goldburgers is one of the few spots that I can say gave excellent customer service. I was too distracted by their large and appealing menu to get the gentleman's name (that I assume was the owner) but he welcomed us in and gave us recommendations. They have a pretty good space if you're looking to eat in. One thing I will say is that it was quite chilly in the establishment. The kind man served us food with ketchup and picked out napkins for us. Had a solid convo with him talking about a food challenge they had when they first opened up 10+ years ago! Burgers were amazing! Definitely a solid sized patty. Bun is sesame galore. I got the mushroom steakhaus - 9/10. What would've made the extra point? A bigger basket. Boy are those burgers big! Oops. My personal preference is that I get a receipt after I pay. Here, your receipt comes out with your order. Theoretically, that means you could pick up someone else's order, or vice-versa, if you really didn't want to have it your way. While I do appreciate having the lettuce equivalent of an entire salad included for my chicken sandwich, I'd really prefer for the lettuce to actually be IN the sandwich, not the product of a "lettuce bomb" scattered all over the inside of the paper when I unwrapped it.

They could fit one more 2 person table there, and that seems like a good idea from what I saw. Service was friendly. I ordered a cheesesteak, which automatically comes with onions, Cherry peppers, whiz and American Cheese. I added sweet peppers, mushrooms, Mamba Sauce (described as a sweet hot sauce) and mayo. The steak was obviously fresh. It was maybe cut a bit thicker and coarser than many places. My preference would be a touch thinner. I also could have used a bit more seasoning on the steak itself. I was looking forward to the cherry pepper flavor, but it didn't stand out. I wonder if they misunderstood and substituted the sweet peppers for the cherry peppers instead of including both. The bread was about average for a cheesesteak. I think there's an opportunity to level up there. The other toppings were generally good.
