I'm seriously serious about giving this place a five star review. I came in to place an order for togo for my bf while I was waiting for my flame broiler order to be done. ...the service was amazing and the awesome helpful girl that rang me up and took the order was thrilled at my strategy with getting the order right....I take a few extra menu's to keep at home so when I'm headed that way to FB next door he can just highlight what he wants on the menu since its free toppings and I just hand it over to the cashier. ..pretty easy!!! I filled up a bunch of free peanuts in one of the bags once I received the order (which was in a very timely manner ) and i got both fries....we loved the cajun ones but the regular ones are good too!! He loved his burger, I loved the service and prices are great :) They have a chalkboard telling you where the potatoes are from for that day and I loooove the soda machine. thank you and we will continue to visit and enjoy this establishment as often as we can. read more

While your waiting for your food they have boxes on boxes of peanuts for you to snack on. They always have great quick and friendly service. I believe Menifee 5 Guys Burgers opened about a week ago, I finally tried them out placing phone order for Onion and grilled onion with mustard bacon burger and cajun fries. Restaurant was extremely busy this Sunday. However placing online or phone order I avoided the chaos of this new burger joint. Service was quick and prompt and meal was 14.44 with large drink. Burger and fries are a little greasy but I believe that is the point. I will return here again it is definitely a good business! read more

They even give you free peanuts while you wait. This location also has the cool new soda machines. If you want to eat outside there is some seating out there. Pretty big and open inside as well. You know, I'm one of those people that like In-n-out and Five Guys!! I know crazy right? This particular location is the closest to my house and no complaints so far! I always get the small cheesburger and then Hubs and I share the fries (cajun ones are the best). I love their custom soda station and super close to fwy for easy access. I feel like there could be more seating but it's in a small location and there are tables outside which alleviates the crowd inside. Customer service was fine. Our town has needed more selection for food options. We are so happy to have a Five Guys in town! I am a vegan and the rest of my family all eat meat so we usually have to find options that are diverse. Five Guys is great because they offer baskets of peanuts that you serve yourself at the counter as is customary at all Five Guys. This is great for me because I love peanuts as they provide a huge source of protein for me. What I order at Five Guys is the veggie sandwich which consists of grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, lettuce tomatoes, jalapenos. There are a variety of options for veggies! The peanuts and fries compliment the veggie sandwich perfectly. My husband ordered the cheeseburger and we shared a bag of fries because the servings are quite large enough for two people. This location has a variety of drink options as well from unsweetened teas to a self serve automated soda machine with unique options. I've been to several locations of Five Guys and I like the consistency of the chain. Not all burger joints offer veggie options or are as conscientious about healthy options. For a good burger or great vegan option this is your place. I love the French fries! Personally I think they're the best of all the chains. read more

I don't get burgers and fries all that often but when I do 5 Guys never disappoints. They have the same great quality and delicious products that you have come to expect from the whole chain they definitely pull their weight here. The only thing I thought was odd is that they put the burger under the fries, I actually went back thinking they forgot the burger. They expect you to tear the bag open down the side and that seems to work pretty well. Was my first experience with that configuration thought but I adapted. Bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the place. They have Coke Freestyle drink machines so you have a ton of choices as far as drinks. read more

First time I ordered in this restaurant thru Uber eats and I was very disappointed. It took 45 minutes which I didn't mind at all but the burger doesn't have much taste all the toppings were so bland and the worst part the bun was soak and became very soft. I do not know who the manager is but they need to have a serious talk with the little girls at the front counter. We were not greeted when we entered even though she looked up at us. I wanted to see what all the rave was about, the so called 'in-n-out killer'. Not really through, they are apparently higher ranked than in-n-out in terms of 'burger'. That is quite a statement to make. I do like that they have a variety of toppings but I do not think that it is hype worthy. As mentioned by some I found the bun to be extremely soggy, I ordered a cheeseburger with onions lettuce tomato and mushrooms. I was disappointed to take a bite only to feel a wet bun on the bottom. I ended up tossing the bottom bun and eating the top bun while holding the burger at the bottom. It was extremely messy. My friend said the bun was too thick to enjoy the burger experience. I can't say the same as I tossed the bun. Their fries are definitely good but not enough to make up for the burger. Aside from these issues, the price was not worth it, in my opinion.
