The dog itself is delicious, clearly high grade, flavorful well cooked meat. I believe it's even local! The toppings? Man, it would be easy to skimp out with cheap Sysco garbage, but this guy clearly is of higher moral standing and brings the goods! Even the bun is beautiful artisanal bread that provides the perfect substrate for it's enrobed cylindrical delicacy. To eat one of these hotdogs is like having God touch your tongue and tell you He loves you. Even the owner is a delight! Clearly excited about and proud what he does, he's eager to tell you all about the ingredients, their origin & terroir and well as making sure you're completely satisfied.
