[I RECCOMMEND Ace Burgers in uptown, Char Bar 7, or even wendy's or mcdonald's over them, as this Five Guys' food quality never recovered from 2021 onward.] They gave us the nastiest, wettest, ugliest, most smashed-up looking burgers I've ever seen, and they weren't even busy. Let me start by saying the food has always been good. I've never had a bad burger or fries that weren't fresh out of the fryer. However, I was baffled at the state of this place. The floor by the soda machine and back towards the bathroom was SO sticky I had to make an actual effort to pull my feet off the floor to continue walking. It was like walking on one big glue trap. There is absolutely no way those working could not hear customers walking around sticking to the floor like that. The condiment table was filthy. Both soda machines had very limited options available, and the ones that were available were either all soda no syrup or would show unavailable once you hit the button to start pouring. I used Uber Eats for dinner on Sunday, 12-5-21. I ordered the veggie sandwich w/cheese, a blt, & a little cajun fries. I ordered before I left a venue I was at. Deliveries seem to have been running slowly. I believe this order was a little early. The cajun fries were my splurge. So many even in the small size, couldn't eat them all. Didn't eat any bread from the sandwiches; was only interested in the inside, & I got full off the veggies, bacon, & cheese. My wife and I had a terrible dinner tonight all due to the attitude of the manager. I don't see a way to attach a picture of the burger my wife ordered but instead of a single in-tact patty, it was in multiple pieces, so much so that the meat was falling out of the bun. I took it up to the counter and the 'manager' in a black shirt looked at me and I showed him the burger and asked if I could get another burger. He rolled his eyes, the took out his music earbuds (yes, he was wearing earbuds) and asked, "what?" I showed him again the burger and asked if I could get another burger and, again, he rolled his eyes without saying a word and just stared at me with a "I hate my job" look on his face. I asked AGAIN if I could get another burger and he snapped at me and said, "I'll just get you a new burger. What was on it?" I got the receipt and showed him, he looked at it, rolled his eyes and walked away to have someone else make our replacement. No apology, no even acknowledging how bad the burger patty looked, nothing! After a few minutes the crew member called out that my order was ready. I asked the guy if the guy in the black shirt was the manager and he said yes. I told him that I felt sorry for him and he smiled. I thought it was just us but, when another customer was leaving he stopped by our table because he saw the whole exchange with the manager and told us that when he and his wife first walked in, the manger rolled his eyes at them too. We love Five Guys and have been customers for years but we will NEVER go back to this location if this guy is still a manager here. I previously had a very bad experience at this Five Guys where the fries were cold and skimp and my cheese wasn't even melted on my burger, with bad customer service too! Almost didn't come back again but decided to today and boy they redeemed themselves!! Everything was cooked perfectly, with a shareable amount of fries. Customer service was great too! Online ordering and pickup done right! They are so quick and accurate with their orders that you get the fast food speed with higher quality food and service. "You won't find any freezers in this joint" is FG's sort of mantra. Boasting the freshness of their food and how nothing is ever frozen. I've only tried the burgers and fries at FG's but they also sell hot dogs, misc. sandwiches and milk shakes. The burgers and fries are amazing. The burgers come exactly how you want it with tons of options for toppings. And the fries....this place should have fries in their names. They do not skimp on fries by any stretch of the imagination. I have made the mistake of ordering fries for everyone in our party and what a rookie mistake. I ended up with enough fries to feed three villages. At about 21:10 my wife and I got the urge for a burger. So we decided to get Five Guys from across the street. My wife went over and decided to order in person instead of online. It was not busy at all so ordering shouldn't be that difficult. She put her order in and the wait began. The order took almost 20-30 minutes to complete. Usually it takes around 10 minutes. BTW, when she ordered her food she was told they were out of fires. The store was still open for almost another hour. No fries....that's ridiculous. After waiting and watching some of the slowest work in progress she finally got the food. She made it back home at almost 22:00. Now keep in mind we live right across the street. So that means it took almost 50 minutes to get two burgers (and no fries) from a store right across the street. After getting the burgers home both burgers we only luke warm at best. My burger was supposed to have A1 on it. Well it didn't. also the burger was cooked way too long. My wife's burger had a drop of mustard and ketchup and no mayo. And yes she asked for all of it and it was on the ticket. Her burger was also barley warm. It gets a two star because it still tasted good after we fixed our burgers. But the experience was pretty terrible. This store used to be really good but it has gone down hill fast. For the price we pay for the burgers it should done right the first time. The place was completely trashed floors were dirty, out of condiments, all of the Coca Cola fountain drinks tasted like water, every table was dirty and sticky, and all staff members had the rudest attitude ever. I am not one to leave reviews but this one was necessary. This place was so dirty. The food was good, but the place was so filthy, it makes you wonder. There were no straws, napkins, condiment cups, or drink lids. There were dirty tables with food on them. Both trash cans were overflowing so everyone piled the trash around the top or on the tables. There were no paper towels in the Women's restroom and the mens toilet was full of everything imaginable. I asked one of the workers about the napkins and lids and he filled a few of the items. I know everywhere is short staffed but 15 minutes of time would have made a huge difference. We will not return to this location. read more

Please tell him hello. He will always answer any questions you have, he's very kind and will always tell you to have an amazing day and he makes it easy TO have an amazing day after talking to him. He's always open to conversations too. He's always putting safety first. Even though he's got gloves on, he will take them off wash his hands, dry them, put hand sanitizer on, dry them off again. So just a couple days ago I visited this location so as I was waiting on the food to be prepared I did an online order I watched the manager walk around the entire backside of the kitchen where they were preparing food dusting the vents in the ceiling in the walls with a duster on a pole. This is completely unacceptable the manager even stated that his district manager makes him do it this they're all young kids working here. They are scared to lose their job I feel bad for these employees but I also feel bad for anybody that eats here from now on health department was called this was completely wrong. One kid even covered up the food while the other kid went by them so they knew it was wrong but they're just being told what to do. Since their app won't let you use multiple gift cards to pay, I had to go in and order. The girl at the front was super nice and was pretty new. She also had to ring out my gift cards one at a time And was doing perfectly fine until the manager came over and told her to do it a different way. Well, the different way didnt work so she continued doing it one at a time. While I was waiting, the same girl went back to help with the orders that were coming through and this is when things went terribly bad for that girl. While she was helping, the manager screams "there is someone coming in the door". She said just let me finish this real quick. The manager, in front of a store full of people, screams at her to get to the register. I was mortified! She publicly ridiculed this girl. The girl then quietly walked away, took her apron off and left. And honestly, she handled it way more maturely than the manager handled the situation.
