Went here before going to the Transit drive in as it's right down the street. Although the burger was good and hot dog, the fries were way too salty so much so I didnt eat them. It was like they just kept shaking salt on them. Our food took a long time and there was hardly any other customers inside. I found myself in Lockport over the weekend and I've been doing a thirty day elimination diet known as the "Whole 30," which only allows me to eat fruits, veggies meat and seafood with no added sugar, butter, dairy, etc. Low and behold, Five Guys had something I could eat! I got a lettuce wrap with a double burger (no fillers or preservatives) with tomatoes, jalapenos, onions and pickles. Even their hot sauce was compliant with the diet with just vinegar and cayenne so I was able to season the burger with it. Service was fairly quick and the place seemed relatively busy. Points to Five Guys for not using preservatives in their meat and even for a burger place, having a healthier option! read more

Great spot to grab some delicious burger around Lockport. Went there for lunch and service was fast, no line for order. Order the hamburger with mushrooms, lettuce, mayo and tomato with side of fries and drink. Burger was tasty and cooked perfectly, they only cooked them well done. For a fast food burger joint I would have to say that they have the best cheeseburgers around. They are fast, efficient, and the food is so delicious. They have a variety of milkshakes too. I mean who doesn't like a milkshake with their burger. The service is always on point. The value of the food vs. The price is just right. The restaurant is also very clean. I was a fan of Five Guys when they came into the area. I am a sucker for fresh cut fries, and the abundance that they put into the bag. The staff are always attentive to the customers, know what they are doing, and provide great service! I love being able to order online, and just pick up the food when I am ready to eat! The burgers are always fresh and delicious. Even a Little Bacon Burger and a those fries can be the perfect meal! Five Guys really has done a great job in producing a great product, especially here in Buffalo where we have a lot of options. Even if you want to have a delicious shake, they are on point as well. I have eaten at 5 Guys Burgers all over the country. I have eaten at the one in Lockport numerous times before travel was interrupted by Covid and have enjoyed delicious burgers. But since 2021 this place has slid in quality until my Final $24 two burger and fries tonight. I say final because I honestly can't trust what the people behind the counter are doing. I had noticed the past two times before this that more attention was being paid to talking and hanging out than cooking. This "last visit" they not only forgot the bacon on BOTH burgers (That I paid for) they also severely under cooked the burgers. Now if I was eating at the restaurant I would have brought them back, but because I took them to go we didn't find out until we got home and ready to eat. I don't mind a rare burger, but this was uncooked. Also I am not sure what the mask policy is for the workers, but 4 wore them, mostly exposing there nose and one didn't at all. The fries were saturated in grease. I watched the maskless one, who took a break from talking to everyone, pull them out of the fryer and no bounce, just dumped them into the fry bin and serve them up. A hundred years ago I worked at Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips, horrible job, but we got yelled at if the oil level in the fryer dropped down after a shift. I can tell you the oil level went down today at 5 Guys Lockport! I know it's hard wearing a mask working, I also know that cooking isn't easy, but seriously... you have 1 job... cook the damn burger! And if the mandate is wear a mask.. do it. Extremely disappointed to see this place be ruined by incompetence. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it used to be good and hopefully it will again. read more

Fast, friendly service and a burger that's almost too good to be true. Classics Five Guys experience!

This location is fairly new, and I have only been here once. However, the food is just as good as that of any Five Guys, along with the usual good service. If you have never been to a Five Guys, here are a few pointers: (1) The little burgers are not that small. They are quarter pound burgers and are filling enough for a meal. (2) The regular burgers have two of the little burgers and make for a large meal. Go ahead and order if you are hungry. (3) The little fries are large enough for one person. The regular fries will feed two people easily and are your best option for two. The large fries are enough for three or four people. (Starting to see a pattern here on sizing?) And the staff fills the fries container to overflowing.) (4) You can take your meal to go, but it does damage to the fries. The hot, steamy fries tend to get soggy in the bag on the way home, so the fries are much better right out of the bag. (5) Burger toppings are free except for cheese and bacon. (6) There are bins of unshelled peanuts for you to snack on while waiting for your meal. Ironically enough, or maybe not, this Five Guys is next to a Burger King. Each one has its own specialties, although I prefer the Five Guys meals. read more

I frequent this location regularly . When I went to place the order girl was not friendly . The milkshakes were tasteless. The burgers were just ok . The real problem they were not very busy and the restaurant was very dirty. Everything from the tables to the floor . I have never seen the restaurant this dirty. We Five Guys. It is a little more expensive than other burger and fry places but the food is always delicious and made to order. The Cajun fries are so good and they always give you a ton. We use the app to make our order and then pick up which saves some time. Parking is a bit more limited than other locations but that never stops us. read more
