Won't be going back.. I placed an order today at the Lockport, NY location at 3:50 for a 4:30 pickup. I arrived at 4:30 and it was plain to see the workers were extremely busy. At 4:45 I was handed my order, and it was missing the fingers and dipping sauce. I tried for several minutes to get the attention of anyone. After being ignored, I loudly asked for help. I'm assuming the manager, came over. I explained we didn't get our fingers. He rudely replied that it was in the box at the bottom of the bag. He quickly turned and walked away. Again I had to loudly call him back over to show him the box was our chicken pieces, not the fingers. He said they were understaffed, went back and got the fingers. I replied that I simply wanted what was ordered. You can do much better KFC. He could've verified that the order was proper. Someone could've asked if every thing was alright, seeing I hadn't left. In summary, this visit was not even close to a reasonable customer experience. If you're understaffed, I can be patient, but I expect to be treated as a customer, and receive an accurate order. read more

Id like to comment on how good my food is but I never got it. I had a mobile order set for 6:10-15 I arrive early at 6:05. I tell them I have a mobile order they say they are working on it. About few minutes go by, still no food. At this point the people that arrived after me at have already gotten their food and have started eating. So I ask one of the guys doing the door dash orders what the process of my food is, he tells me they haven't made it yet. Ok???? So I wait a few minutes more, it's about 6:30 at this point. I put this order in at 5:45, what is taking so long. At this point I'm late to work because I was on my break. Frustrated, I ask the cashier if I can get some of my food. He offers a complimentary Bundt cake which I wasn't interested in. I told him I just wanted my food. He told me they are working on it. I told him I've been waiting for a good while and multiple people have told me different things about my food. I wasn't getting anywhere so hangry I left. It is posted around the restaurant that they do not offer refunds at the store. So thankfully I found a customer service line that I was able to get my refund thru. This location does not prioritize mobile orders. Arrived right at scheduled time only to be told I'd need to wait 15 minutes. One customer in lobby when I arrived, three staff at the counter, one car in the drive-thru. Four separate customers arrived after me, ordered and received their food before I was given mine. I am aware this is newly opened but let me just say.... this is by far the BEST Popeyes I have ever eaten at.... the food was perfect and the Popeyes employees who help us was probably some of the nicest customer service I have ever had and I work in customer service. Don't get me wrong there was a little wait but nothing more than can be expected for a new restaurant in the area.... KFC stands for Kash Flow Consumption, because your entire cash flow will be consumed by eating here, they are SO overpriced these days I can't believe it! I have never even eaten at this location. I went there in the middle of the day, probably around 1 or 2pm, and I tried to order at the drive thru and sat there for several minutes with no response at all. So I went inside the store to see if the drive thru was not working. The inside door was locked. There was no indication that the store was closed, but someone had locked the door and nobody was there. Given how overpriced it is, I'm sure I wouldn't give it more than a 2 anyway, but given the time I wasted because they randomly closed and still had all their lights on and no sign they were closed, I'll give it a 1. read more

Went here on my lunch break, when I left the restaurant my hour-long lunch break had been used up and I still have not received my spicy chicken sandwich. To the older lady at the front counter giving attitude because I asked how long after waiting 45 minutes for my fast-food sandwich, please retire that is all. The rest of the crew was entirely respectful and understanding. They helped in any way they could and actually supplied me with more information as to when the food would be ready. All in all a pretty bad experience, definitely need a more disciplined managerial force, and higher expectations for ticket times. The long wait really REALLY is a pain. Never again...not only is the crummy food overpriced, but employees are rude and obnoxious. The server at the window was aggravated that my daughter didn't pay until she checked the order, but the last time we ordered, NOTHING was right. It seems like new pay raises only encourage entitled, rude behavior. My drink (Root beer) tasted like strong floor cleaner! I called and was told (casually, I might add) that it was just because they recently switched the empty canisters for full ones and there was more carbonation in it. I advised him that I know what over-carbonation tastes like and this is not it! I told him it was undrinkable. No offer to make it right or anything else. My husband came downstairs a few minutes later to tell me he had to throw his drink out (Diet Pepsi) because it tasted so bad. If higher prices and terrible customer service is designed to make people give up fast food, KFC in Lockport, NY is definitely on the right track! Drive thru. Huge line order was missing several items . The guy said it's in the bag had to show him .no I'm sorry then had a attitude when I asked for receipt. To top off experience my drink was flat . The line being as long as it was decided to call corporate. What is it about KFCs anymore? Last two times (once in Herkimer, New York and this one in Lockport) were both bad experiences. Food takes forever to make it from the 'kitchen' to the counter, various things on the menu not available, etc., etc. The gentleman working the counter did the best he could but not getting any help from his supporting cast, especially management. If I go Fast Food, and choose not to do a burger joint, I would like to do a KFC (There are no Popeye's around here-or KFC would be out of the box anyway) but I'm not willing to spend half an hour, 45 minutes to get what was available as opposed to what I want to eat. read more

ordered the easiest thing on the menu because I know these guys mess it up anyway. Ordered the 3 pc tenders meal for 5 bux. They not only forgot the fork but forgot the sauce as well. The first bite was terrible, but was super hungry so ate the first strip. The second and third strips were so hard that I ended up throwing them in the trash. Had this been dine in, I would have asked to speak with a manager. The last time they gave me someone else's order at the drive thru. It sucks that this is the ONLY KFC in Lockport. The workers are very kind here. Jason is very nice and polite to all the customers. Chicken is good.

I don't go there much I am not into greasy food but the staff the last time I went was great for eat in. I do not suggest the drive thru I had an awful experience the one time I used it. read more
