We received part of our order: chocolate frosty instead of a peppermint, one patty and cheese with bacon instead of two (ordered a double with bacon) was also missing the pickles, two juniors were missing the tomato and pickles. Contacted door dash, they offered to have the order remade and redelivered. Our driver called - the same one we had - to say that the order was not being remade and insisted very rudely she made the order right. I ordered a double burger with pickles, not a single without pickles. The money for this is not coming out of your pay. Do your job right and maybe your location wouldn't have a 3.2 rating. I'm sure how many people will visit Yelp to get recommendations on a fast food restaurant, mostly because when you buy fast food, it's generally because wherever you find yourself, you want a fast, reliable and consistent product. I cannot overstate this: THIS WENDY'S IS TERRIBLE. About 80% of the time, you do not get what you ordered. You will either get the wrong food or your food will be correct, but is not how you ordered it. At least 60% of the time, the food is stale and you can tell it's been sitting around, especially the fries. This is bad, but nothing beats the experience we had last week. Ordered a combo (with fries), 2 sandwiches and an extra order of fries. Received one fry. That was bad enough, but my daughter reached into the bag to get a fry, and it was frozen solid. Literally had ice crystals on it. How does this happen? On top of this, two of the three sandwiches (a burger and a chicken) were very old, cold and dry. All this, at a premium price too! I'm quite done with this Wendy's. (I will say that their breakfast crew has it together and we rarely have had an issue with the food, quality or other issues in the morning.) read more

Went today and waited 8 mins for them to take my order. I said my order then they didn't acknowledge that they got it so I said hello to the speaker and he said I told you to hold on which he didn't and then finally he asks for my order and I said I already ordered and he said he didn't get it so I told them to just forget it. I drive to the window to see what was going on and the girl at the window was so rude and shut the window on me. Guess I'll just go across the road to burgerking. read more

This Wendy's is appalling. The manager here does the place absolutely no favors as she seems to encourage the unprofessional and rude behavior. I drive for Doordash sometimes and I refuse to take any orders from this Wendy's. I've had to wait in line for 45 minutes, just to get a customer their food, but when I finally get it to them and it's cold they get annoyed at ME!!! Ive waited in line for 30 minutes (during my 30 minute lunch break from work) stuck in the drive thru line just to be told "the monitors are down" by some female manager with black hair with maaaayyyyjorrr attitude issues. She told me the monitors were down but wouldn't explain further.. like at all... and I turned and looked and their monitors were on and looked fine to me... but what do I know. Anyway, I would have to recommend that you stay far away from this absolutely sad excuse of a restaurant... unless you want cold fries with your cold shoulder. read more

Great Wendy's location. My bf and I stopped by here at around 10PM on Thursday evening for a quick bite. The restaurant itself was closed, but drive thru was still available. We were pleasantly surprised with our level of service via the drive thru. The servers were really nice, gave us plenty of ketchup and BBQ sauce upon request (unlike other places that are really skimpy with this stuff) and the food was nice and fresh (the spicy chicken sandwiches were clearly freshly prepared and the fries were just made). read more

Horrible experience. Went inside to order food to take home. Waited for the food for 20+ mins. Pop machine that has over 100+ options, was out of EVERYTHING but light MinuteMaid drinks. Food was dry and definitely not fresh. Beef was dried out like it's been over cooked and sitting around. Fries were sitting around for a while and definitely weren't fresh. read more

Today is an exception. The first Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers restaurant opened on November 15, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. Dave Thomas's 20-plus years restaurant management experience came together when a capacity crowd of local dignitaries joined the first Wendy's family of employees and suppliers at the grand opening. After trying all five of his children's names for the restaurant, Dave decided on daughter Melinda's nickname - Wendy. The first menu included hot 'n juicy hamburgers, rich 'n meaty chili, french fries, soft drinks and a Frosty Dairy Dessert. Wendy's has a premium cod fillet sandwich that is made using only wild-caught North Pacific Cod, hand-cut from a whole fillet so it's tender and deliciously flaky. It's then lightly coated in a crispy, panko breading and topped with a creamy, dill tartar sauce and crunchy dill pickles. This is delicious. Usually fast food fish sandwiches are bland at best but not this one. The cod has a mild flavor that took me back to Arthur Treacher's fish. It is a bit pricey as far as fish sandwiches go but well worth it. read more
