Little Bacon Cheeseburger with extra bacon, mustard, pickles, and of course, jalapeños - Delicious !!!

We had a large group order for twelve folks. We ordered via Door Dash. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and fries very much, and Door Dash did an excellent job of delivery. Five Guys is a great burger and I love the fact that you can dress it up how you like it. Their hot dogs are great as well if you've never tried one you should. Worthy of a bookmark and a try.

I have been to this location several times and i have never been disappointed by the food or the service i get at this location. During this specific visit me and my sister were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The guy working the counter was friendly and helpful in answering our questions and even making suggestions on the toppings. Our order was made to order and came out hot and fresh! The cajun fries are amazing!! Me and my sister got the large and we had some left over after we both had our fill. Our burgers were tasty, juicy and hot! That particular day we went was not busy at all but the employees did not just stand there and do nothing! The employees were cleaning, restocking the straws, sweeping the lobby and whipping down tables. When i told them they were out of ketchup they refilled it within 10 minutes of me telling them. I was really impressed by how quick they refilled it because other restaurants i been to and told them the ketchup was out took them at least 40 minutes to refill! by that time i am done with my meal. I I really love the attention to detail these employees put into their work at this restaurant. yes they may cost more then the average fast food burger place but with burgers this juicy and tasty it is worth getting out of the car and waiting for it. Bottom line is, this place is great and you should go at least once in a while.

Bacon burger with grilled jalapeños, no bun. Came with 2 patties!

This was our 1st time at a Five Guys. This place was clean, the staff was super friendly. The guy taking our order was really attentive to our special requests. It was really good and my family enjoyed it.

It was my first time trying and never going back to this location again. The burger was not worth the price. It did not look appetizing at all.

That's my kind of burger: So good that the goodness leaks out.

Mmmm. Five Guys. This is the kind of burger place that is awesome for what you get WITH your burger. (The meat itself is... ok.) But, grilled onions and mushrooms! For no extra charge?! And enough of them that you end up with a small "dessert salad" after the burger is done??!! Are you kidding me???!!! Heck yes, I'll give you four stars! The fries are very very tasty. The "cajun" treatment can be a little much, but it is good. Also, be warned: you get WAY too many fries. If you're tired of ridiculous serving sizes, ask for "no topper". Avoids the extra 1/2 pound poured in the bag.

Burgers are pretty good. Fries are the story. Crispy salty thickly cut. Should have had a shake dangit.

We always get the [Jumbo] Hot dog, which is not as big as you'd expect, but it's tasty. We enjoyed eating the Jumbo Chili Cheese Dog, Char-Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, and the Char-Grilled Polish Sausage. These are all the hot dogs we typically order. We're not fans of the Italian Beef Sandwich nor the Big Beef Sandwich; they typically have a lot of gravy in them. The Char-Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich wasn't worth it. If you side the gravy and don't add peppers (an extra charge), you'd literally just get the bread and the sausage. The fries and onion rings are usually mediocre, but it's good served as a meal. On the other hand, the staff has always been kind, both in-house and drive-thru. The place has never been too crowded.

It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. Let's start with the star of the show...the Italian Beef with hot peppers. It's incredible. Order it dipped and you will be in food heaven. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good. Of course, the Chicago-style hot dogs are outstanding too. Just make sure you order it the right way and "drag it through the garden." That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. Big, meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll say it plainly. It's better than just about any fast-food or fast-casual burger out there. Bottom line...Portillo's isn't just another restaurant. It's a Chicago legend that delivers every single time. I'm glad Texas finally got the memo.
