Little cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and onions with ketchup.
Mike J.

Haven't been to a five guys in couple years. One of the most expressive burgers you'll buy. But worth the cost. The fries are little on the salty side but good. The burger is juicy and with good flavor. Nice size thickness patty but on the small side. A cheeseburger is a double burger. The little burger is a single burger. But the little burger was not enough.

Everyone who works here is so nice and respectful you almost feel like you just walked into a joint in Canada. Aside from great service the menu has a little bit of everything for everyone. Veggie sandwich, hotdogs, shakes, fries and then some. Also, peanuts. Everywhere. Totally glad my coworker dragged me out on a rainy day and brought me here! The fries and shake were awesome so I have to come back for that veggie sammich!

Here is a fact. I have never tried Five Guys until now. I was in such burger crave mode that I ordered 2 double cheeseburger. 1 bacon cheese burger and 1 cheese burger with a side order of large fries. The burgers were juicy, tender, and awesome. I literally downed the burgers in like minutes..no joke. The five guy fries were great as well. Crispy hot on the outside. Warm and soft on the inside. You also can get complimentary peanuts, which it is out in the open for you to grab. Delicious burgers, but could be my cravings talking.

Yummy burger

Popular burger place. Kids say better than big chain places. But the prices are relatively high.

Our food order consisted of Mexican Street Steak tacos (with fries incl.on a side) and The Landing Burger-both were delicious, though we wish the food had less salt overall-everything,including the fries, were very salty! Ambiance is typical for a pub located in a basement-a tad cold inside, but come to a pub for drinks so wouldn't feel it,I guess :) overall, happy with our visit and would be curious to come back and try other items from their impressively wide selection on the menu.

I've been here many times now. It's a casual atmosphere and kid friendly. It is wheelchair and…read morehandicapped accessible. ( not sure about the pub.) It can be a bit confusing because you have a Pub located on the lower level in one building, and you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the pub. Next door is an entry for their private dining room with a fireplace, and then across the way they have an outdoor patio for dining. You can have parties here, My suggestion is they need to put signs outside directing customers where to go. There is a large free parking lot with some handicapped parking spaces close to the outdoor seating. With that being said, The Landing has a wonderful summer special every "THURSDAY ONLY" for Prime Rib Dinner which is 3 courses. You get a choice of soup or salad, your prime rib dinner, and dessert. I managed to come here two Thursday's in a row because I really enjoyed my Prime Rib Dinner. You can get this dinner sitting outside on their patio or in the pub restaurant. They have a standard cut, a queen's cut, and a king's cut. I chose their Queen Cut the first time and their King Cut the second time. The Queen cut was a perfect size for me. My boyfriend cleaned his plate he loved his prime rib dinner. I started off with their Caesar Salad. I was so amazed at how big it was, enough for two people. The Caesar Salad had lots of flavor and fresh croutons. I only ate half because I didn't want to fill up on It. My boyfriend chose their House Salad and it too was very large and looked good. My prime rib was cooked perfectly med-rare and it was served with creamy mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. On the side came a creamy horseradish sauce. Instead of a basic au jus they served a wonderful red wine reduction sauce which contributed to the overall flavor. For Dessert I had a choice of Mango Sorbet with Mixed Berries, Vanilla, or Chocolate Ice Cream. The first time I chose their Vanilla ice cream and asked if they could put Chocolate Syrup on it which they did. The second time I tried their Mango Sorbet with Mixed Berries, and that was the perfect ending. This past weekend, I went back again. For starters I tried their Duck Thai Chili Wings. They were outstanding with their hot and sweet sauce. I like to sit at the bar. My bartender John is a wonderful bartender and he recommended their Smokehouse BBQ Burger. It was large and had Cheddar, Frizzled Onions, Bacon, and Honey BBQ Sauce on it. It also came with Fries. He was so right this bbq bacon, onion cheese burger was very tasty. I only ate half, it was very filling. The Landing serves up wonderful Signature Cocktails, and they have Seasonal Cocktails too. I tried their Blueberry Bee's Knees Cocktail and their Passionfruit Martini. Both were great. They also have a good selection of aged Bourbon's and Tequila's. My boyfriend had me try their Blanton Bourbon. It was so smooth and delicious I can see why it's so special. The Landing can accommodate up to 120 people for an event with beautiful grounds that has that outdoor country feel. ( great for parties, corporate events or weddings.) They can also do intimate parties from 10-30 people. The Landing has a new Bocce Court. They have Trivia every Wednesday Night starting at 7pm. On Thursday's they have Bingo starting at 7pm. (It can get a bit loud in the pub.) Wednesday- Saturday 3-6pm is Happy Hour. All Day Happy Hour on Sundays, Brunch is served 12-3pm. $12 Lunch Specials Wednesday- Saturday 12-3pm. I really enjoyed my time here.

Some might say too much time. Some might say. So I just typically avoid the area because it brings back so much...stuff. When it transitioned to Stateside sometime during the early days of the pandemic we did get take out once and it was delicious - I still dream about the Brussels sprouts. But it was a bit expensive when everyone was dying and all. Like am I really gonna risk my life for $16 sprouts? I think not. Now I think it's under new - new management. My cousin stopped by there about a month ago when she was in the area and gave it great reviews. I was feeling A Kind of Way a couple of weekends ago and just really wanted a cold beer. So me and huzzo stopped in. Service was good and beer was solid. This week I wanted another beer. Blame your president as he insists upon annihilating everyone and sending our collective pressure through the roof. We arrived about 20 minutes before the end of Happy Hour and snagged a couple of beers as well as wings and a shrimp quesadilla. The food was great but the service was the real stunner. I found myself stuck between two beers and the bartender suggested Arnold Palmering it and going halfsies on both. Fantastic decision - the mixed drink was refreshing and tart without being too pedestrian or too far afield. Food came out quickly and deliciously. Saved $15 on food prices alone during Happy Hour. Fat things: The bar stools are excellent - steel with a wide seat and a foot bar so your legs don't fall asleep. And they don't pack too many of them in so it's easy to get into and out of your seat without bumping someone else. Other stuff: They have regular indoor seating and an outdoor seating area on the side with couches, high table, and heat lamps. Overall, the space is open, airy, bright, and clean. It's pretty packed when the temps warm up but shoulder season is very nice for us right now. Be advised: Regular menu prices still seem steep - like everything else these days. But the food is good and they have a very nice craft beer selection. If you can't make happy hour and are looking to treat yourself this might be it. We'll def return!

We were welcomed in upon arrival, the food was prepared quick and delivered to our table. The ambiance is nothing fancy but the overall feel was comfortable. I love that the owners address each other as "sweetheart". They treat each other with love and that is what they put into the food. The chicken tenders are pretty big, the owners suggested 1-2 for my son and he was right. He ate 1 and it was more than enough for him. I had the mango platter. My wife got a cilantro burrito (not pictured) that she really enjoyed. I really liked the Mac and cheese. It tasted more like pasta with a homemade cream sauce than a traditional Mac and cheese but it was very good. The chicken tenders were huge and perfectly cooked. As you can see in the picture, really juicy. Only reason for 1 star off is that the breading could've used more seasoning. Ambiance: TLG is more of a casual spot with a few tables inside if you're grabbing a quick bite. Overall, good experience and will be back to try more!

It's super crispy, not greasy at all, and the homemade honey mustard sauce is amazing. It's perfect on the sesame bun and honestly one of my favorite meals to grab during the week. My boyfriend always goes for the build-your-own bowls, which he loves because he can customize exactly what he wants every time. They're always really good and a great option if you're in the mood for something tailored to you. I also went for breakfast for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Fruity Pebbles matcha, which was pretty good, though I think I would've liked it even more with 2% milk, which they didn't seem to have. I also had the So Extra sandwich and it was so good. The hash brown was still perfectly crispy inside the sandwich, the eggs were fried just right, I loved the touch of spinach, and whatever sauce was on it really tied everything together. I'd honestly come back just for that sandwich alone. Also it's super cute inside, perfect to bring a friend or date looking for a healthier option in downtown Somerville, NJ!

I wanted to try something from the lunch menu, after asking an employee, I was told that lunch starts at 11:30am. So I came back around that time to order. I've been seeing their Big Mack Smash on social media for some time now, and it looks delicious. So I decided to I order their single patty Big Mack Smash, with angus meat and American cheese, on a plant based white bun. I don't care for sesame seeds on buns, and there was no option for a regular burger bun (without sesame seeds), so I chose the non sesame seed vegan bun. I also ordered a side of fries with garlic aioli. The plant based white bun was a little dry and the burger patty was also dry and did not have much flavor. Maybe I should have done a double patty for the burger, since it is a smashed patty and a little too thin for my liking. I felt like I was eating a dry burger bun with mostly lettuce, an occasional pickle and the Mack sauce. I probably will not order the garlic aioli again, it had a sweeter and nutty flavor to it, and I prefer more of a savory aioli. I used to order their Blackened salmon with a side of greens and Spanish rice in their BBQ Ranch flavor style, from their old menu. I do miss that meal, it was so flavorful with the crispy onions to top everything off. But I understand that they made the change to better suit the business and cut back on waste. I probably would not order the big Mack burger again. But I will definitely be back to try something else from the new menu. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and have introduced some of my family members and friends to this restaurant, and we've enjoyed our meals here for that time. I love that there are many vegan and vegetarian options here. Although I am neither, it's a great place for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences. Hopefully I find my new go to menu item soon, but in the meantime I will be ordering and trying many of the other new menu items. This is definitely the place to come if you don't want a typical vegan meal. You'd be like a kid in a candy store, with the amount of options that are here. They also have many non vegan options. Turf, Surf and Earth serves EVERYONE and that is their biggest positive!
