Because when the cashier got to me, not only did he ask for my name, he also confirmed what I ordered; and that's when he realized he gave out the wrong order and the other guy came back from his table to return my order. This can be avoided by: 1. Not allow cuts at all so everyone is given proper time by the cashier to be verified of their name and order if picking up. 2. If those just picking up are allowed to cut to the front, properly inform everyone that comes in, so the other lady and I didn't have to wait for the lady ordering and paying or felt cut in by the guy that mistakenly picked up my order.
