Five Guys tasted like how we just remembered it. We haven't gone to one in so many years and recently we randomly craved Five Guys... so random but it was much needed. Located in the same plaza as Costco and other restaurants, my fiance went to the restaurant to order take-out on a Tuesday evening. The service was friendly and he got his order in a reasonable time. He saw a few customers waiting, all socially distanced, and noticed tons of workers working behind the counter. No traditional free peanuts up for grabs anymore for obvious reasons. I got the little cheeseburger with all the works, including peppers, jalapenos, and hot sauce. My fiance got the regular cheeseburger, we shared large cajun fries. His burger was the same size as mines, so I was confused if they messed up our order or his was a little bigger and I was just blind. The little cheeseburger is a perfect size for a normal hungry person, its bigger than an In n Out cheeseburger and other fast food cheeseburgers, but not too big that will make you insanely full. The large cajun fries were my favorite. I see a lot of folks complaining about the extreme seasoning but honestly, its not that much; its the right amount! The seasoning is the best part of the fries! I actually wanted more seasoning, it tastes so good I was eating the crumbs left in the bag. The portions were good, it came in a large cup and just like what we remembered, there were extra fries in the big. The cheeseburger was hearty and tasty, a good old classic hamburger. I thought I would have leftovers but I devoured all the fries and cheeseburger in one sitting. I left feeling content and perfectly full. Both of our foods came out to $24.55 which incl tax and tip... pretty standard pricing for a hearty cheeseburger meal. I was craving a burger during my break at work. I decided to see if the Five Guys was good around this area. I made a mobile order, which I hoped wouldn't be a hassle. Turns out, it was just fine. The people greeted me at the counter with high energy and were very nice. The guy in charge upgraded my drink order to a large for free and acted like he knew me like a local. I couldn't help but smile. I had to wait a minute later what the app suggested, luckily I wasn't in a hurry. I filled my cup up with Pure Iced Tea from the combination fountain. They have 2 Coke Freestyle machines and the place looked nice and clean. Then, my order was ready. I jumped back in my car and drove back to work in a hurry. I made it to the break room to dig out the goods. There it was, the highlight of my workday. It was fresh, juicy, flavorful, and the onions were perfect. I loved that the grilled jalapeños were still bright green and had the kick to them. The fries I ordered were a small Cajun, but that didn't matter because the bottom of the bag was overflowing with extra fries. They were gone pretty quick, I barely used the ketchup. Very disappointed. You'd think during COVID-19 that this establishment would be organized and sanitary but it's not. Order through the DoorDash app for delivery and ended up receiving a GrubHub order for TITANIA. Idk how that is possible but everything was wrong! The bag wasn't even stapled/taped/tied for sanitary purpose. It was crinkled and left open when it was dropped off. I wasn't even able to tell if the person dug through my food or not... IMO better than In-and-Out. The regular burger is a huge double patty Uber delicious burger that melts in your mouth. Not feeling too hungry? The smaller burger ain't no kid's burger - it will fill you up. This establishment has free roasted peanuts that are so yummy to snack on while you wait for your order. Thirsty? The Five Guys located off Auto Mall Parkway used to let fries sit under a heat lamp so they were never fresh, hot, or really that good. I stopped going to Five Guys and lived my merry life. Then this location opened up 1 minute away from my house so the wife and I stopped in to get an other of Cajun fries to go along with our In N Out burgers. Fries were made fresh to order. Hope this practice remains consistent as nobody likes cold fries! The interior was a bit small, but it was clean. I'll definitely keep coming back if the fries continue to be good. read more

It's not sanitary here at all. The cashier kept switching from touching money to assembling burgers WITHOUT washing her hands! The bun was SOGGY & DOUGHY, mushrooms are CHEWY. Ordered Cajun fries, they give you MUCH MORE Cajun than fries. My people & I stopped eating the Cajun fries because of how much Cajun they dump on it. Employees here are neat in preparing the food. Food is great! They also offer you condiments which most of the times customers do forget. I ordered today & I was asked for condiments. I asked for packets of mayonnaise but then the employee apologized for they run out. Then a guy named Filmon A, asked the other guy what I need & he immediately said "yes we have it". I ordered online and when I got there, I noticed the cook was making a bacon cheeseburger, but I didn't think it was mine, since I had ordered ahead of time, I would of thought my order was ready. Anyways, I noticed the cook put cheese on the patty and then it fell off the patty and instead of putting it back on or putting a new one, he just threw it away and put no cheese on my burger. I like meaty burgers in aluminum foil. It stays hot and keeps the juices in the patties. I'll gladly pay a little extra than In-and-Out when I get the hankering for Five Guys. And give me the all the way all day. The fries have a genuine potato taste, and often the extra fries fall to the side of the cup to the bottom of the bag as a later bonus. Visited this Five Guys location on a Friday around lunch. We got a hamburger, cheeseburger, an order of fries and a couple of drinks. The burgers were fairly good but the fries were over-salted. Also, we asked for extra onions on one of the hamburgers but it came with no onions. The burgers were a bit pricey for the quality you get. The bun was a little soggy. The dining area was fairly clean, but the ambience was not to my liking: there was a lot of shouting behind the grill. Maybe that is considered charming by some, but I found it annoying. read more
