Its Five Guys, what does anyone really have to say about this place. The staff is nice, the place is always clean and they have the best burgers in the world. They're not fancy, they're just perfect. I went there the food was over cooked. The soda machines were empty told am employee took them 15 minutes to fix it. The tables were dirty. Have gone to the one in Burlington ma where they seem to do it right. Foxboro. Should take lessons from them. read more

I normally love 5 guys and have no issue but, when I accidentally throw away my receipt I don't love the fact that the eavesdropping employee notices that I don't have my number and get visibly angry at me. I did not appreciate the long wait and attitude from this one staff member, especially the death stare I received when trying to ask where my order is. I've been to this location a few times. This Is the first and last time i use the order online option. They say that they will wait til you arrive before they cook your fries, which they didn't. And it's a bit annoying waiting at the pick up counter to tell them u called ahead when nobody comes by for 5 minutes at a time! Also when I told them I called ahead I got simple nod from the supervisor. I'd say this place needs a little work, but i will try again because i love their burgers! read more

Best tasting fries. Complimentary shelling peanuts. Never enough seating because so many people come here. It's that good.

heard a lot of people telling me how great this was but did not live up to all of the buzz. The topping selection was huge but the burger itself was just ok and kind of greasy. I know you should expect certain things when you go into certain restaurants buyt the peanut shells all over the place was kind of gross especially as it was not busy and there were plebty of people their to clean up. Generally I only get 5 guys when I'm completely hungover and in abject misery. That said, it does the trick. It will mostly help me over my hangover, but then stick me in a greasy meat coma. The array of toppings is impressive, but i feel they all end up tasting like greasy meat. The fries are great, and the portion size is ridiculously huge. Cajun fries have just a hint of spice. Service is fairly speedy, But the giant ketchup pumps always seem to be empty. And i have a fairly unhealthy ketchup addiction, that will keep me at those things pumping away for the quarter ounce of sweet sweet condiment that i might get out of it. Came here for the Pats v. Indy game. We were originally in the CBS Scene line then decided (after standing for 20 minutes) that Five Guys would be a better option. We walked over there to find an extremely long line. Longest one I've seen in my life at five guys. The employees were efficient though taking orders very quickly. Had no problems with the food, I actually found that this Five Guys gave us more meat than some others. Somewhat suprised, and partly why they got an extra .5 of a star. Food was good. I'm not going to lie. When I lived in Los Angeles, I was an IN & OUT girl. Five Guys DEFINITELY gives IN & OUT a run for it's money! The burgers are deliciously amazing. You can get as many toppings as you want with out being charged extra!! The fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD. DELICIOUS. While visiting the area, I tried out this burger joint. THe burgers are good, but the buns are too small to hold them, so be prepared for it to be a little messy. The fries are too large for a normal person, so if you order fries, have someone to share them with. Good for a quick meal. read more

We arrived too late on game day to get into CBS Scene so we grabbed a burger here. That in itself is a large task as an hour before the game there was a 45 minute wait for a take-out burger! Still, it was well worth it! I don't get this type of food often, but the burger and fries were excellent! The servers were kind of automatons that you find at burger joints who mindlessly take orders all day, but certainly efficient. Easily the best place to go in Patriot Place. Went here for night 2 of U2. Got the bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a sweetened green tea(very cool that they have this). Bacon cheeseburger was just what it should be, gooey mount of meaty goodness. I normally like medium rare burgers but their well done burger was quite good. The fries could have been a little fresher but I love that they have real fresh cut fries and not frozen strings like some other places. Everything was so great that I went back about 90 minutes before show time but by then the line was 50 people out the door so no more burgers for me, I'll just have to wait till next time. If you're @ Patriot Place for any reason do yourself a favor and stop buy Five Guys for some yummy food. read more

Welllll..I guess I'm not into fried greasy burgers.....so I'll leave this one alone....found it kinda pricy...fries were ok....but to be honest with you all...in the old days as a kid...we used to go to BK for our char broiled burgers and Mickey D's next door for our fries.....Service was ok....but it is what it is.....you can put as many condiments on it to try to hide the greasiness of it all....but......in all fairness....not my cup of tea so to speak.... read more

These burgers are amazing, and the fries are the best in the area. They remind me of Al's French Fries up in South Burlington, Vermont. It does get crowded so go at an odd time, like a late lunch at 3:00 pm. I'd go there more often if I didn't stop eating meat most of the time. read more

Five Guys... you sons of bitches. I rarely ever eat fast food, but I was forced to consume this after a Patriots playoff game in January, since the only thing better that we could get into was the Panda Express. We came here with a party of eight and I'd like to start by saying that your food is by no means bad; but it is also not very good. After we placed our orders, you served us quickly. However everything went downhill from there on out. I ordered one plain hamburger with nothing on it, and when my food was ready, I opened the bag and found a hamburger, un-properly wrapped, with pickles on it. I do not like pickles. Yuck. When I expressed my discontent with the food that I was given and asked for them to "please make me another one", the man upfront laughed and said "take off the pickles". It is not as simple as just removing the pickles from the hamburger, sir. In my mind, the minute those pickles touched my hamburger it was ruined. When they refused to make me a new hamburger, I requested a refund, which they also declined. At this point I just decided to drop it. Then they messed up my cousins order too; that was it. I took my fries, dumped them on the table, and me and my cousin left. Everyone else enjoyed their food though. The five guys in Seabrook, NH was better than this (though I've only been there twice since it opened), and for a once-or-twice a year fast food experience, this was terrible. I am willing to give it a try again, because I have faith in it, but it was a truly awful experience. This is our first burger joint since hitting In-N-Out Burgers almost every day for a week in CA. Not quite up to those standards, but Five Guys is very, very good. Fries are better than In-N-Out : fresher, bigger, just better. The burgers are delicious and juicy with lots and lots of toppings available. It took a few minutes to cook our order, and so I love the fact that you can snack on unlimited peanuts while you wait. read more

Visisted on a random Fri. night with the fam for the first time - everyone loved it! Burgers themselves remind me of Wendy's, an actual piece of juicy meat as opposed to a processed patty-thing. And the slew of toppings available is perfect to hit whatever craving you may be having - note: if you want a burger with every topping available just say "a burger all the way please"! The fries are skin-on & tasty in large portions - have malt vinegar or ketchup available. The cajun fries are just as good & seasoned well. Variety of drinks on tap too. They even have hot dogs here - the bacon cheese dog is recommended! Only drawback is that it can get a little pricey since everything is ordered seperately (no combo deals) but since the fry portions are big enough to share (we had two fries for 5 people and still had leftovers) & they offer free drink refills you can work around it. They have tables & a bar with stools in a 50's diner type of theme. I noticed that you can even call or fax in an order for pick-up too. My son is already asking when we can go back! read more

Ok, so I've passed this place many times wondering how it is. I finally went there with a few of my friends and were caught off gaurd by the menu. Very limited to burgers, fries, hotdog, grilled cheese and that's pretty much it. The burgers were very thin but pretty tasty. You can order them as a Normal burger with 2 patties or as a Kid size with 1. There was a TON of fries all made from fresh potatoes which are all stored right in the front of the place but they weren't very crispy. What makes this place unique is that you can add as many toppings as you want and there's no additional charge! I think it was about 5 bucks for a burger and 2 for a small fry which as I said before they over flow your bag with. You can also drink Mr. Pibb there if you're a big fan of that. Overall, ehh it was ok. good for a burger, not so much for fries. Would probably suggest geting one order of fries and sharing them. read more

Food is always consistently delicious. Never any complaints in that department. I'm never that guy who comes in ten minutes before close because I know working retail that it is extremely annoying. The last time I got there 45 minutes before closing and I got a stare from the staff and the look at the clock. I showed up again tonight about 35 minutes before close, again, plenty of time. The same reaction occurred. This time I heard a slam I don't know because I didn't see but I assume it was the worker slamming something on the counter. Then there was just rude interaction at the counter. Just poor customer service. I think the workers need to be reminded that they are being paid until the end of their shifts. read more

I had never been to a fives guys but had some friends tell me I should check them out. I did not a fan. Pretty plain Jane hamburger joint with a greesy bag of fries. No where near as good a Red robin burgers for that matter I thought the drive through at Wendy's was slightly better. I had the bad fortune to hit this place four hours prior to a Patriots' game. Wrong decision -- it was bombed. However, the burgers were pretty darned good -- I'd say an upscale Wendy's type vibe to the burger -- crispier on the outside, juicier on the inside, and better quality beef obviously. And the toppings also were fresh. I had heard very favorable things about it and it was pretty true -- except for the fries. They were not exactly something that would light my world on fire -- they were quality and fresh, but I didn't think they appeared to be seasoned at all. Overall, I'd say it was a pretty good fast food experience -- I'm someone who enjoys Fuddruckers or another "joint-type" hole in the wall, but the burgers are pretty good here, and I'll probably hit this place again, or one of its sister joints. It might not have been equal to the build-up that I had been given from speaking with others -- but it was pretty darned good nonetheless. read more

Located in Robert Kraft's playground, 5 Guys Burgers is a Baltimore based burger joint. We were hungry after walking around Wrentham buying tons of new kitchen toys with gift cards we had, so we headed over to Patriot Place to give this burger place a try. I didn't know what to expect, whether it was a sit down type of place or if you just ordered food and took it to go. I did hear their burgers were cheap and supposedly very good, as were their fries. So we walk in and there are 15 or so tables scattered through out the entrance, along with a nice counter bar situated right in front of the order/pick up line. We walk to the left and get in line. The menu isn't that diverse, which is nice. You have your burger, cheeseburger, and bacon cheeseburger. Simple enough. Though a little more than $5 for a bacon cheeseburger seemed pricey, and I was thinking I might have to get two to fill me up. I did like that all condiments are free, so on my bacon cheeseburger I got mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and grilled onions. Abby got a cheeseburger with random nearly similar condiments as well. I also ordered some of their fries. While we stood there waiting for our burgers, I noticed that the meat patties looked thin. Maybe I should have ordered two burgers. Then I noticed that that all the burgers were actually double burgers. OK! I get it know...that is a decent price for a double cheeseburger with bacon. Our order arrives and we sit at the counter bar to eat. The burgers were very, very tasty. Nicely cooked with just the right amount of grease dripping off the burger as I lifted it up to bite down. This burger could definitely fill me up. The fries on the other hand...well they were good, but nothing special. I guess when everyone tells me how good these fries are, I was expecting Bouchon or Les Halles greatness. Sadly, they were just very decent fries, nothing else. 5 Guys Burgers is what it is and nothing more or less. I actually wish they had a location in South End. I'd go there from time to time if there was. I give 5 Guys Burgers a 3 1/2 out of 5. read more
