Ok this location deserves a solid good review after a great first time ever for me at a five guys. I always thought the burgers and fries looked good so after an afternoon of shopping it seemed like a perfect time to give them a try. The restaurant itself was so so neat and clean and the ordering system was simple and easy. The guy working was really nice and helpful considering I had never ordered from a five guys...kinda gave me the rundown on how the sizing and customizing worked. The food came out in decent time and was perfect and hot. Hands down some of the best fries I've ever had and the burger was amazing. Definitely didn't expect that. A little pricey but I'm justifying it for the fact it was worth it honestly. Very pleased with my experience here at Patriot place five guys :-)

Got good food and good customer service. Definitely pricier than I remember. Place was busy, but dining room was clean.

Five Guys to me started the realization you can get a fast food consistency but with a better quality burger.   Your are going to be waiting longer than a drive through, but you watch it made in front of you and the process you can tell is not just something nuked and slapped together. I am always a bigger fan of the fries than the burgers though.  The bun usually gets crushed, and with so many other quality burger joints chaining out now, I usually don't look to Five Guys as my first choice.  I will say I do like their fries more than most other places, but the side is never the reason I show up to a place in the first place. As Five Guys goes this location is decent.  I could imagine before a Pats game the line would be ridiculous and not massive seating given the location, could imagine become standing room only on a busy day easily.  a few people were there the day I stopped in for lunch on a non-game day, but my meal was no more memorable than other times I've been to Five Guys.

Five Guys is an all-around solid burger place. The beef is fresh and flavorful, the toppings are very nice, and the fries (I always get cajun style) are soft on the inside. Service has been above-average and the facilities are generally clean (for fast food, at least). The peanuts are a pleasant bonus. My major gripe with this chain is that they wrap up the burgers so tightly in metalic wrap, that by the time you get a chance to open it, the bun's steamed and soggy. Eating the burger becomes difficult with a soggy bun. The fries, while I like the soft interior, aren't quite crispy enough, generally. It's hard to compare with, say, In N' Out because of the price point. The portions are somewhat larger at Five Guys, which is partly why it's pricier. However, the quality is worth the price. But I'm still partial to In N' Out. :-)

a mess of food left on the floor

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would!!! From the moment I entered I should have known the service and atmosphere was not going to be top tier. The resturant is extremely filthy! Food laced the floors all throughout. Tables were dirty. Please bring your own sanitizer wipes! During this visit, they did not get my order right. Only after I brought this to their attention, the staff member indicated they were out of bacon. The staff were totally dismissive. Management needs to take a closer look at the customer service. Severely lacking!again I would give zero stars if I could.

I am not a huge burger fan, but I wanted to check it out. I went at lunch and there was quite a crowd. It reminds me of a diner with the food being cooked out back while you watch. I have never heard of this chain until they came to Foxboro. The burger was very good and larger than I expected. The fries (which I rarely eat also) were fantastic! I really liked the brown bag approach. I will return when I get a craving for a big burger with my choice of toppings. It is not inexpensive, but I had plenty to eat.

Yummmm! This is a new Five Guys at Patriots Place as good as any location (it is a counter service burger joint). The burgers are yummy, the fries are fresh cut and overflowing portions. You get to know your neighbor because they squeezed eight tables in a small store. You can find boxes of peanuts on either side of the front door. If you haven't had a chance to eat at a Five Guys here is a quick tip - the Little Burger is the 1/4 pound burger and the regular is a double, the larger fries is the size of the large cup on the wall PLUS they dump another cup in the bag.

Best tasting fries. Complimentary shelling peanuts. Never enough seating because so many people come here. It's that good.

Highly disappointed by their refusal to serve a medium-rare burger. Can not get past that, will never go back.

So we went here with a group of folks from our senior center for dinner for their special menu that…read moreis $20 from 2:30 to 4:30 there was a really great variety of approximately probably 12 different dishes between steak and pasta dishes, as well as fish and others. I had the 8 ounce sirloin which you could cut with the fork. It was cooked perfect and everything came out hot and fresh just like I wanted these otherwise I would've sent it right back cause I like my food to burn in my mouth. They also have for a couple dollars more you could get a filet mignon with special butter on top for $24. Everything came with a soup or a salad. It also came with a pasta or potatoes so starch and a vegetable or instead of the vegetable the day which was a carrot and green bean mix you could also get instead you get coleslaw. I got the coleslaw. It didn't really have a mayonnaise type dressing on it so that was a different kind of taste and it wasn't very cold so I kinda was concerned about that so I only had one bite. But the baked potato that I got was scolding hot. The butter melted right away in it, which is to me as a perfect potato came with sour cream. The steak like I said was tenders could be cooked exactly the way I like it you could cut it with a fork even though I had a steak knife. My partner had the veal Parmesan, which was a very large piece she can see from the pictures with he substituted Angel hair pasta for ziti. I think he should've stuck with a Z because Angel hair was just cooked too much. I was kind of soft like really soft like al dente. But the server was wonderful. She was very friendly. Kurdish came over as each person came in and offered to guess all drinks or a cocktail or something. She was just very involve which was wonderful. Then when it came time for dessert, we had a choice was great and not pudding or ice cream. We got ice cream with the choice of vanilla chocolate or Oreo cookie. I get vanilla the other half Oreo cookie. I did ask if we could get chocolate on it chocolate syrup there wasn't enough charge of a dollar for the hot fudge. It wasn't much so I just split it with my other half cause I didn't want to pay the app charged for two of us. I had a cocktail it was very very good. I don't remember it now, but it had like makers, mark bourbon and stuff and cherries. I didn't know how expensive it was until the bill came cause I didn't realize it wasn't priced on the menu but that's OK. I will learn and not get it again. I felt the bill was kind of high for what we had. We were gonna go out the next site to celebrate our anniversary, but with the price that we paid for dinner that first night on Tuesday we didn't really have enough in a bunch left to go out the next day. Our bill for this was $75 for the two of us. I know that's probably the average price now for going out to dinner, but I just thought that was a little high, but I didn't expect it to be really that much but we had a set price for dinner. But it's all brand new now. The insides all changed over. It's a little bit of dark wood, but I think like a cherry finish it kinda looks like they have a separate area completely from the bar to the restaurant. It isn't blocked off completely but it's made so you really have a separation there and we had gotten the function room in the back which seated with our party was 27. But I think you'll easily fit in 50 people in that back room. We've already decided when we go back. He wants to go back and try the burger but if we do that, we'll probably just get the one sandwich just to see if it's more reasonable period for us but it was wonderful. I really had a good time.

I don't leave one-star reviews lightly. If you look at my review history, you'll see I rarely write…read morenegative reviews. Unfortunately, this experience at Tavolino earned one. First, the positive: our server was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely apologetic throughout the evening. I know his name, but I'm intentionally not including it here because I don't want any negative attention or pushback directed at him. None of what happened was his fault. In fact, he handled every situation exactly as I would have hoped. My frustration is entirely with management and the kitchen. My niece and I met for dinner to catch up. We hadn't seen each other in over a month and were simply looking forward to a relaxing evening together. About halfway through my soda, I realized the pint glass I had been drinking from was cracked almost completely around the circumference of the glass. I brought it to our server's attention, and he immediately apologized and replaced it. However, no manager ever came by to acknowledge what had happened. Serving a customer a cracked glass is a serious safety issue. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer. The first one I ate had some noticeable grit, which I overlooked because it happens from time to time. After a few more bites, I looked into the bowl and immediately noticed at least three mussels that were still completely closed. Even as someone who isn't from New England, I know the basic food safety rule: if a mussel doesn't open during cooking, it shouldn't be served. The fact that there were multiple unopened mussels in the dish was alarming. Again, our server apologized and removed the appetizer from the table. Again, no manager came to our table. Removing the soda and the mussels from the bill wasn't exceptional service. It was the bare minimum. We were never looking for anything for free. We simply expected someone in management to acknowledge what had happened. Two significant issues occurred during a single meal, one involving a cracked glass and another involving improperly served seafood. The fact that no one from management came to our table until we specifically asked to speak with someone was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. When we finished dinner, we specifically asked to speak with a manager. When we spoke with him, he agreed that someone should have come to our table and acknowledged what had happened. Apparently there were two managers on duty that evening, yet neither one thought it warranted checking in with us after two separate incidents. He explained that it had been a busy night. Notably, at that point in the night, it wasn't even 9:00 p.m., the restaurant was mostly empty, and they had to go into the back to get him. "Busy" simply wasn't a reasonable explanation. The manager offered to refund our entire bill. I specifically asked him to make sure our server still received his tip because he had done everything right. Looking at my credit card statement, however, the entire charge was refunded, meaning our excellent server apparently lost his tip despite the fact that none of this was his fault. That was incredibly disappointing. When I got home, after speaking with my niece (see note below), I called the restaurant again before they closed and spoke with the same manager. I told him I wanted to hear from the general manager. Although he told me the GM was off until Monday, he assured me the GM would still call me on Saturday. As of now, 5pm on Saturday, I still have not heard from anyone. One final detail: after we left, my niece had to pull over on the side of the road to vomit before she could make it home. Whether that can ever be proven to be related to our meal or not (I absolutely believe it was), it's part of the overall experience we had that evening, and I think it's worth mentioning. This review isn't because mistakes happened. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. It's because, in the course of one meal, we were served a cracked glass, improperly prepared seafood, and received no meaningful response from management despite multiple opportunities to make things right. Throughout the entire evening, my niece and I remained polite. We never raised our voices, demanded anything, or caused a scene. We were simply hoping someone from management would acknowledge what had happened and show that they cared. Instead, we had to ask to speak with a manager ourselves, follow up afterward, and still never heard from the general manager as promised. The only reason the evening wasn't even worse was because our server handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend Tavolino. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously because the issues themselves were concerning, but the complete lack of management accountability was what ultimately turned an unfortunate meal into a one-star experience.
