Always a great burger at five guys. Great location with super friendly staff. Food always hot and order always correct. Don't forget to grab some peanuts.

The corridor from the door to the register. Proof that bare bones and good food does work.

Have been asking the BF for a while now about a lunch or dinner date at Five Guys. I really wanted some Five Guys for a while now, but I was alone in this so I came to this nearby location by myself for lunch. I had not come to this Ewing location in maybe three years. Little has changed. Place is still clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and gracious. They seemed to work well together; I like the collective 'thank you' when they get a tip. There are two differences to the menu that I notice. The Cajun fries which I tried and don't favor. The second thing is the milkshakes. Have those always been in the menu? I had a vanilla shake and it was delicious. I will say this. The burger is not what it used to be. I remember a juicy, piping hot burger with melted cheese. That is not the burger I got today. I was quite surprised actually. Total opposite of what I had been longing for for so long. Perhaps someone can reply to this and let me know if things have changed while I was away. I was disappointed .

Inside decor!

Really good burger but make sure you're ready to pay for it. Bacon cheeseburger reg. Fries and a drink will set you back $14.72.

Awesome. King (and queen) of exceptional burgers. After today (and I seldom eat beef, yet it is a favorite meat for), can't wait to return.

Good burger, great fries, but eleven bucks for a burger, small fries, and small drink is about $3 too much.

Smashburger looked and smelled great but didn't deliver. It was kinda bad dry. The toasted roll it came on was deliciously crispy. Service was friendly. I will give it another try as I want to check out the glizzies!

Stuck in the back of the shopping center with Marrazzo's and Sal DeForte's, right next door to a ramen noodle shop, these friendly folks are hospitable and enjoy conversing with their customers. After a few questions I ordered their "The Dragon," burger combo. They do smash burgers here, and the finished sandwich looked like a half pounder in an oversized bun, with plenty of heat from cherry peppers, jalapeños, onions, topped with spicy mayo and creole cole slaw with a hint of mango to offset the flames. It needed no ketchup nor additional contributions, and was delicious from bite one. All the parts played very well together. A little drippy to be sure, but easily managed. It came with a pile of crisp waffle fries that did require a squirt of ketchup, but were able second mates to the main beefy attraction. This was a very enjoyable meal, that would only be complemented by the house being better suited for eating in, right when everything is at its apex of perfection. Shitzz n Glizzies has the potential to compete with the big burger guys in the area. Will have to let you know about their franks and steaks at another time, but there is reason for optimism.

We ordered a pierogi appetizer to share and some holiday cocktails to start. For entrees we had pork chops that were cooked to perfection and served over a sweet potato purée with a blackberry gastric. We also had the 7 fishes over linguine offered in red, white, hot or hot. I chose red hot. It was delicious with calamari, shrimp, lobster, mussels, clams, and fish. The penne vodka with sausage and peas was also delicious and a generous portion. The salmon dish was also excellent but had barely any risotto and 6 string beans. Overall, Blooming Grove is a favorite of our extended family and we visit fairly often. The only room for improvement is the portion size of some of the dishes in comparison to others.
