The world…read morehas been strange lately and sometimes the only answer is a sandwich that does not ask questions. I got the Spicy Chipotle Chicken. It was very good. The chicken breast was fried just right. Crispy on the outside. Juicy inside. No mystery. Pepper jack cheese melted the way cheese is supposed to melt. Lettuce and tomato added texture and color so I could feel like I made a balanced decision. Jalapenos gave it a little kick. The chipotle sauce brought the whole thing together like a competent middle manager. It made sense and did its job without drawing attention to itself. The fries were there. That is the nicest thing I can say. Not bad but not good either. A little soft. A little tired. Like they had been up all night watching TV and just wanted to go home. But the food was ready fast. No drama. No confusion. Just a hot sandwich and some existential fries. I ate it. I felt a little better about the day. Four stars. Would do it again. I might skip the fries next time.

It has an outdoor patio, which on Friday afternoon when I arrived was quite crowded. It has a very large bar area and since I was by myself, I just sat at the bar, even though I wasn't having an alcoholic beverage. I had an unsweetened iced tea with lemon, which they kindly refilled as soon as it was empty. I've been trying to eat healthy so I ended up getting the blackened grouper sandwich, but without the bun, and instead of the french fries I got a side of steamed broccoli with garlic. The fish was actually quite good and the broccoli was very freshly made in crisp with garlic. They have a pretty big menu with all kinds of food foods and the one interesting thing that they have here that you wouldn't expect is sushi and sashimi! Is located in a mall next to the Barnes & Noble. And it's my go to restaurant in that plaza whenever I stay at the Hyatt Place hotel next-door.

We waited 40 minutes to pick up a prepaid order, only to find out that although the restaurant had…read morereceived the order at the front, ongoing POS system issues meant the kitchen was never notified or sent the order. If these system issues are persistent, there should be a temporary process in place to ensure orders are communicated to the kitchen. The staff were already aware of the problem, which suggests this isn't a one-time occurrence. Management needs to address this so employees aren't left dealing with frustrated customers because of a known system failure. The staff apologized and offered to rush our order by moving it ahead of the others already being prepared, but by that point we had already been waiting 40 minutes, had children waiting in the car, and it was getting late. We ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund. This experience wasn't about the employees, they were courteous and tried to make it right. The issue was the lack of a reliable backup process for a known system problem, which created an avoidable inconvenience for both customers and staff.

Isaac gives his patrons numerous options. There's the classics done well with high quality ingredients and the phenomenal cultural twists to burgers, chicken sandwiches and even corn dogs. I haven't had a corn dog in forever. This was some kind of tempura-ish fried coating (with a little sweetness to the batter) that I've never seen coupled with a hot dog. I can't wait to go back for the Doritos version. Burger Kraze has already done one promotion for my son's elementary that was a huge hit. The change away from using peanut oil helps broaden the options for those that couldn't enjoy before. Just shows that Isaac has a pulse on the community and that's the touch that you can only find from a local small business owner. Cheers to the success as it's well-deserved for the Rutgers alumni!

I ordered 2 orders of lemon pepper wings, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, and was told it would take 10 minutes. It ended up taking over half an hour. The cashier was on his phone the entire time instead of paying attention to his job. Because of his total lack of focus, he botched my order and only gave me 1 wing order and 1 fry. I didn't realize the mistake until I left, forcing me to come all the way back to purchase the second order of wings that should have been processed correctly the first time. I watched him mess up at least three other customers' orders while I was there for the exact same reason. Because of his incompetence and unprofessionalism, I missed an entire concert. The food might be good, but the business will struggle if employees prioritize their phones over basic customer service.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and seated at a high top in the middle of the room with views of the flat sceens. The place isnt too big, maybe 20 tables or so and a bar with maybe 10 chairs. Place is very clean. There was only one other party being served when we arrived at around 11:45. Our waitress greeted us and took our order. The room is lively which I had not noticed when we walked in. However, by the time our waitress brought our waters, almost all other tables were full and the volume was starting to get loud. At that point it was hard to hear the TVs. Within a few minutes there was a line at the door. The three people working the counter and tables were scrambling to keep up. They did their best, but if this is the normal lunch crowd, they could use some more help in the front of the house. The kitchen was keeping up but the food was sitting on counter waiting for pickup. Again, not the staff's fault. They were moving fast and keeping calm. There was at least as much orders to go as for inhouse. Kudos to them for their positive and friendly attitudes while getting slammed. Our burgers and fries came pretty quickly. Burgers are decent size (6oz) and cooked medium. I had blue cheese and George had cheddar. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although they have a full service bar, it was too early to enjoy. I will definitely return with my family. Very decent food and service.
