I'm not sure if they speak English -- I spoke fully in Spanish with the lady in the truck, and she was very friendly. I was in the mood to try their tacos, and whew I am SO glad I did. It took about 10 minutes, and I got four tacos loaded with guacamole, chicken, pico de gallo, and more. The salsa that came with them wasn't hot, but it had a nice kick. The presentation was nice... it was a long red and white tray sealed in plastic, and the tacos were bursting with flavor. They have other things on their menu like tostadas and enchiladas. It looks like they may have another location or two in MoCo. Whether they are trucks or bricks-and-mortar, I couldn't tell you.
