Most recently arriving during the middle of lunch time to find the doors closed but workers standing around inside. Arriving to the drive through line, three different people came and went from the intercom, each taking part of the order and then ghosting until the next person resumed. Zero feedback, zero pleasantries, zero accountability. There is also clearly a revolving door of folks from across the street who come in, fill their cups of soda and walk back out. Multiple times now have also watched, what appears to be, homeless individuals come in to use, at length, the bathroom. Bathrooms should be for patrons. I am not sure why we have normalized not having ketchup readily available in a dining room of fast food. But on every count the ketchup pumps are empty and you have to wait and get the attention of someone hiding behind the scenes to provide a few sparingly amounts of mini packets. Always a bother. This location could greatly benefit from corporate intervention, new management, and fresh staff.
