We always enjoy Five Guys' great taste and quality of their burgers and abundance of fries, especially Cajun fries. But we've never seen any discounts offered. If you want to exhaust your daily calorie quota -- even dip into the next day's -- Five Guys is your kind of place. The burgers are unseasoned and over-cooked. Not great. What I like is all the "stuff" that can top the patties. I go overboard: mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato -- actually, I think the only thing I asked them to leave out is mustard. Their signature fries are greasy, fattening and really good. (The grease permeates the paper bag your meal comes in.) A 'small' is enough to feed four people. I brought most home to freeze. As if this meal wasn't unhealthy enough, T and I splurged on shakes. I still have most of mine in the fridge. They sell more than the typical vanilla-chocolate-strawberry. Mine -- the one sitting in the refrigerator -- is Reece's Pieces. Besides being ridiculously thick, it's hard to suck up chunks of peanut butter. On today's menu? Lettuce. Plain. Always been happy with our orders from here! We stopped by today and it was great, and I noticed I have never left a review for this location. Employees are very nice the few times we have come in, and today they were all nice. Location was clean, lots of tables available and love that they have the freestyle Coke machines! Today we ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, Cajun fries and a cheese burger. Everything was great! Bacon was nice and crispy on the grilled cheese, the Cajun fries had great seasoning and the burger was made perfectly. Great location, highly recommend a stop by if you're craving Five Guys. Oh also, love their hot dogs too! Maybe a little on the pricy side for a hot dog but the bacon cheese hot dog is so yummy read more

Five Guys Pine Island Rd. 6-12-24 We had to stop by Five Guys as I was Hungry for a burger and some fresh cut fries. Walked in around 12:15 on a Wednesday and got waited on right away by Ryan. The first thing I noticed was he had a bead guard on, so I knew food sanitation was priority one. The place was clean and neat with bags of potatoes stacked in order. Another cool thing about this place is they have peanuts for you to eat while waiting for your food order. I immediately got me some peanuts to take back to our table. We ordered our burgers, and you can order them just the way you want. Their burgers are fresh ground beef (not frozen). They have two patties and their small burgers have just one. Now for the best thing is their Boardwalk Fries which is French Fries with the skins on and fried in peanut oil (no cholesterol). They even have Cajun style Boardwalk Fries for those of you that like them spicy. We ordered a large as it was three of us eating them. They also have Hot Dogs, Cheese Dog, Bacon Dog, Bacon Cheese Dog, and a Kosher Dog. They have mike shakes on the menu, but I did not try one maybe next time. Our order came out fast. It was hot and everything on this burger tasted fresh and very good. The Fries were amazing and there were plenty of them. This place has good food and great fries. You may pay a little bit more here, but you must remember everything is fresh from the Burgers to the Fries and you can taste the difference. Everyone should try this place. I really love the taste of the burger and fries but the grease is on overload. The portions are large and the cook is to perfection. I had a single with cheese and fries and by the time I got home (10 minutes) the bun on my burger was soaking wet with grease and the bag had greased soaked thru from the fries. It was just too much. I appreciate they are fresh and cooked to order but can't there be a step in between to drain some of the grease off? Still better than most fast food burgers. Having been a longtime FG fan since I first discovered it in Ann Arbor in 2011, I of course had to try the one here. I've gotten delivery and eaten inside this place. Eating in is preferred so it's fresh before everything settles. My go to? Cheeseburger, two patties, Mayo, grilled onions, pickles, and lettuce. Regular fries w both ketchup and vinegar for the variety, and if available a delicious Oreo shake. Really good, definitely of the quality I'm used to- but not the healthiest option read more

The store is a complete mess and theres no customer's but 4 people "working". It took 8 minutes for my burgers and they were over cooked. I asked why and got attitude from the female employee. The people i sat near said it took a long time for their food as well eventhough we were the ONLY customers at that time. This place needs to get better employees. 5 guys at the Forum Fort Myers, recently there place wasn't busy one person ahead a lot of playing around in the kitchen ordering 60 plus dollars worth of burgers fries drinks waiting for about 20 minutes asking them to double check d it's been screwed up before, got home the 11 dollar double bacon cheeseburger had No CHEESE!!! The fries were soggy, called and complained hoe ridiculous it was left my name and number the ticket number was told was going to get a call how embarrassing it was a cheese burger without CHEESE???? Well, in the past they really make good burgers. However past few times burgers are very very greasy. Today started with a 5 minute hold on phone to place an order, by the time they remembered I was walking in the door to 3 teens chatting. Apparently whoever answered the phone forgot they put me on hold. Extremely irritated when I walked in to no one standing at the counter! Manager apologized an offered me a drink which I kindly declined. I just wanted to get in and out hence the call in the first place. Not looking for a free drink, but thank you! Just take care of phone customers! I understanding forgetting if they were slammed but I mean nobody in line! On to the food... Burgers today were gross and I mean gross perhaps they were trying to rush the order which again, I appreciate BUT the burgers were not done. Ended up throwing it all away! You know, I'm kind of embarrassed that this is the first time I've been to Five Guys. (Let the roasting begin!) Actually, I could swear that I was introduced to 5G by my best friend Arwen years and years ago in Philly, but it's been so many moons that I don't actually remember! That said: if you're a Five Guys virgin (that sounds bad), let the peeps at the counter walk you through the options. I placed an order and must have looked slightly befuddled, because the guy taking my order immediately asked if I'd been there before and did his 60-second schpeel on toppings. They forgot one of my three toppings but to be fair, I added it last minute. No biggie. The burger was okay, nothing completely out-of-this world, but the fries were thick-cut, greasy, ample, and killer. As most joints with a soda-fountain it's free refills so you can go all crazy with that. Sadly I wasn't in the mood for peanuts, but if you're dying for a snack while waiting for your food, you'll be in your happy place here. I'd definitely come back! This particular 5 Guys was clean and the servers were great at what they do. They were pleasant which makes the food that much better. I've visited this 5 guys location a few times and have always enjoyed the quality of food and service. I must be odd. I digress. This was a fairly good Five Guys. They associates were friendly and they were rather quick to get my food out. Unlike the other fast food burger mills, the associates at Five Guys are so accustomed to customization that I actually don't feel the need to check what was put on my hamburger. Biting in, I am not disappointed. I immediately get the flavors of the fresh sliced, grilled jalapenos; mayo; and cheese. While I do like the chain, it is still a chain and on its best day will never produce a thick, medium-rare hamburger. We waited over 30 min for our food,so we said something, turns out they forgot to make our food. Once we finally got our food 45 minutes later our food was incorrect. As we sat there the entire time waiting we saw just about every other person was either complaining or they were missing something from their order. Service has always been great here. The people are friendly and kind. That said, I've never really been impressed by their food. The hamburger doesn't really have a strong flavor, which is probably the same problem with all present-day hamburger joints. Perhaps the beef just isn't as flavorful as it once was. I don't think it's just me as I've talked to others and they say the same things. Another issue I have is with the burger buns. They get soggy, quickly. The fries however are another story. Recently took my family to dinner here. We had 3 cheeseburgers, one hot dog, one large fries and drinks. The cheeseburgers are by far there best meal and the most bang for the buck. The hot dog was small but tasty. Overall a positive experience. The staff was courteous and we were eating in no time. My only comments are that it is very pricey$$$$. Dinner for 4 was almost $50 bucks. Kinda defeats the purpose of eating at a fast food restaurant. read more

I would try to avoid Matt, the red-headed, bald, manager. He tends to lend his opinion where it isn't necessarily asked for or welcome. We love their burgers and cajun fries. We used to visit here frequently until we started cleaning up our diets a bit, and didn't have a lot of issues. The one thing that did seem to happen was them being out of certain toppings... sometimes for extended periods of time, like pickles. I don't get it, it's a burger joint boasting so many toppings but could run out of them so easily. BUT, I forgive them, because they make one of the best burgers in town. read more
