It would have been 5 stars but this evening the person cooking the burgers was clearly unhappy or rushed or otherwise disrupted because all of the sandwiches were a mess, upside down or sideways in the boxes (the burger patties slid off the buns into the box ) which is not normal for this store, which is usually excellent in all ways. The fries and onion rings were perfect, so that was a saving grace. The guy at the window was nice too. Maybe it was just an off night for the cook. Of course, we will be back. We come at least once per week, which is why it is odd that this happened. read more

Great service & good food in a fast food restaurant. The building is always spotless and the counter people are always friendly & helpful.

Cod fish sandwich or dinner is my favorite. Love bacon cheeseburgers. You make the best butterburgers anywhere!! They send coupons in my mail and i order all the time. I always look for your coupons by the way and treat my friend to bogos. I am disabled so i love the drive in window but I sometimes eat inside and recommend you to everyone. I also love the tarter sauce. You should sell that in the stores. I turned my late brother onto the cheese curdS. HE VISITED CULVER'S many times but when he picked me up at the airport I told him I was hungry for Culver's and he drove way out of his way to take me there.I asked him if he liked the cheese curds and he said he never tried them. After that visit, he always bought them. He rode 19 miles in michigan just to eat there every week and he brought everyone there also . So keep up the good work! Always had the cheese curds just like me. And your onion rings are good too. You are only a few blocks from my home. I am in my glory every week or two. I love the inside. It is very nicely decorated too. Service is wonderful and we can sit down and have rhe food delivered to our table that is a plus especially for my ex husband who uses a walker and cannot carry his food or drink. read more

We did a curbside order. It was still nice and hot when we got home 2 minutes later. As always, great friendly service.

"Fast food" what a joke. I will say the workers were nice, drive through ladies gave service with a smile but everything else terrible. After ordering I had to wait 20 mins for 2 small custards and they were basically soft serve/liquid. I'm appalled they would even serve me that after waiting so long. So disappointed. I've always loved Culver's but I won't be back after this. read more

I have no pictures, but truly Culver's makes an awesome burger. In LA we had In'n'Out and second maybe the Habit but in Southwest Florida we don't have those options. I like to ask Culver's to remove pickles which guarantees a fresh made burger. It takes a little longer, but it's worth it. Always hard working staff. read more

They have been hit or miss lately as far as handing out food that was barely warm and very dry, let alone made to order. I think they have burgers premade and sitting, so the cheese doesn't melt like it should and it's not as warm as it should be. Each burger is SUPPOSED to be made to order. The last few orders have been not great. I'm here at least once a week. When the burgers are made to order, they are great and the fries are always good. I now only go after 5:00 pm, when it's busy, so the food should be warm and not sitting around. read more

Culver's food is good for fast food service and the people are always great. Easy in easy out

I like that they stay open until midnight. I usually get there around 11:30 coming home from work and my options aren't that great. So it's cool that Culver's is open late night read more

Worst experience ever. We arrived at 845 pm, took 15 min for them to take my order, another 25 minutes to get my food. Both our burgers were cold, French fries were hot. All in All here an hour for food I could not even eat. This place use to be good when it first opened but not so anymore. Won't be back read more

Yes. Their butter burgers are very good. They're always busy. This review is because of their Cod Fillets. I'm from Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We grew up on cod fish. Seafoods of all kinds, actually. Coastal New England has Clam Shacks, Fried Seafood Shacks and seafood restaurants to die for. Fish & Chips are made with Cod or Scrod. Some give you a thick pancake batter. I prefer a very light batter or even just dredged in flour. My wife and I drove nearly 30 mins to the Culver's on Pine Island Rd, near Sam's Club, on Fridays, just for the Cod Fillets with French fries, good coleslaw and tartar sauce. Fantastic! With the new Culver's on eastern Pine Island we're just 10 mins away. I love their fish & chips! I'm always looking for good, fair priced, seafood. Nonetheless, we'll still be eating at Culver's. We've ordered fried fish is several restaurants around here. read more

Had this sourdough melt remade twice because we asked for it without onions and this is what we got. A single onion and also some tomatoes and pickle. This is exactly what it looked like what it looked like when I opened it. Yes, all torn up like that. Hardly even edible. All I wanted was some sourdough bread with burger and cheese. How hard is that??? After remaking it twice??? We paid $60 for our family to eat there and this is what we get? Your employees are dense. I'm actually debating on driving up there and making them fix it a third time. It shouldn't be this hard I ended up driving there and having them fix it and they messed it up two more times while I was there. A manager came to give it to me and had me check that it was absolutely right before I left and he was very nice. But I still give one Star because that was the most insane experience I've ever had with getting food. read more

Culvers, Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral,Fl., Here is my 2 cents on my food and chatter. My wifey was with me, we had coupons, & she never had a burger from this joint. So we got a double burgers with it dragged thru the garden, fries and a concrete. I was impress. This burger was very juicy and tasty. Loved the thick fries and ice cream. With a BOGO coupon price not too shabby. A lesson to be learned. Stick to the KISS method....Keep It Simple Stupid Plus go with what the eatery got famous over. Staff was quick and nice. read more

Ordered pot roast meal no bun with chili and fries with a drink. She says pot roast dinner? I say no the sandwich without a bun. Kiesha or whatever her name was rolled her eyes at me. She said I was giving you dinner because it doesn't have the bun. I order it the same way every time and never have a fricken issue. They forgot my chili but I caught it before I left so another lady grabbed it for me. I get home..... boom what do you know there's 2 pieces of bread touching my food. The reason I order no bun is because I'm highly allergic to it. If you don't like the job you have CHANGE IT don't make the rest of us deal with the issues. read more

This Pine Island Road location of Culvers is an awesome restaurant! We've gotten several meals from the drive thru and have been very pleased with the whole experience. The girl on the drive thru order speaker was enthusiastic, cheerful, easy to understand, and helpful. She accurately repeated our orders back to us to make sure she had them right. The food, cooked to order, takes a little longer than other fast food restaurants but it's SO worth the wait. We love the jumbo butterfly fried shrimp - big, tasty, and filling. The onion rings are crispy outside and delicious. The crispy chicken sandwich is deeply flavored. George's Chili Supreme is also complex and satisfying. Even their side salad is awesome - the container was packed with so much varied lettuce, it filled a dinner plate when emptied out. All the lettuce was super fresh - not one wilted piece - as were the tomatoes and croutons. So glad to have a new, quality favorite nearby. Try them soon! read more

Messed up my order the 1st time. The manager called and gave me a coupon for a free value basket. Called the telephone number to order instead of online to tell them I had a coupon. Telephone number came back as unavailable!. Went to the store directly to order and pickup. Don't know the outcome yet, but I am already discouraged with this company's service. Update: The burgers were really quite good, so are the onion rings. Fries, just okay because they remind me of the frozen fries the supermarkets carry. So I added 2 stars for for the food. I also like the fish fry. read more

This was my first time to a Culver's. I had never even heard of it before. It appeared to be an upscale fast food restaurant. The decor was nice and the outside appearance had me thinking it wasn't a fast food place until I saw the drive thru. In terms of the food, it was alright. I wasn't particularly blown away by anything. I don't normally care for fast food burgers, but this one was decent with higher quality ingredients. The crinkle cut fries were ok, same with the cheese curds. I did try the Culver's Root Beer. I'd have to say that that was my favorite part of the whole experience. Prices were a bit high, but they weren't that far from most fast food combo meal prices. read more

Stop going here because orders were never correct. happened to give them a try again tonight ordered one simple kids cheeseburger combo and yet the burger was wrong made wrong. When I went up to the drive-thru speaker I asked to give me one second, as I was making a decision on the order the young girls had foul language over to speaker talking to each other. I told them when I got up to the window that they need to watch your mouth while they have their speakers on. The girl says okay sets the window and Giggles with the other girls working the Drive-Thru. When I got home found out the hamburger was wrong I called there and spoke to the manager David, and he seemed just as immature as the girls in the Drive-Thru. This Culver's location really needs to get their act together! read more

Every time I visit this location, I am pleased with the food and service. However, whenever I order my food and they ask "anything else?", I ask for some ketchup. They typically humor me and list ketchup on the screen and receipt. My expectations are so high, until I forage all four corners of the bag and yet again, no ketchup. I don't really know what it will take to get a packet of ketchup or two, but I will withhold one star till then. read more

While the food is good the service is horrible, If you order through drive through, check it all before you leave! On many occasions we got home to find out the order is incorrect. You call up to complain and get some high school kid with an attitude! its so costly to have to drive back to get the rest of your order. Just not worth it, we go elsewhere! It just sucks PERIOD! read more

Today five of us went there for lunch, and over all we where all happy with the food and service that we received. Well I want to give this place a better rating, but the accuracy of this location is so poor that I just cannot bring myself to do it. I ordered 3 meals. 2 identical bacon double meals with fries and chocolate shakes. 1 other bacon double meal with mashed potatoes and gravy with an unsweetened iced tea. They were nice enough to ask me if I wanted ketchup packets for the fries, to which I replied, "Yes". The meal was delivered within a few minutes. I went to drive away and my kids are like, "Dad, where's the shakes?" I had to run in and get the shakes. Then I drive away and park. No spoon for the mashed potatoes and gravy was included. No napkins. No ketchup packets for the fries. So here I sit squeezing a cup of mashed potatoes and gravy into my mouth like it's an Italian ice, getting gravy all over my beard and mustache. The burger was pretty good, but WAY too much onion, so it overpowered the flavor and I had to pull 2/3 of it off. The kids' fries were pretty good. Fries are crinkle cut and crispy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were not bad. I haven't tried the potatoes in my beard yet. The kids shakes were very thick and fairly chocolaty. They were tasty and the kids loved them. Overall, not a terrible experience but with a little attention to detail, it could've easily been a 4-5 star review. If it were super busy, I'd understand, but it was 3:45pm and there were only a few people inside and I was one of 2 cars at the drive thru. When I went in for the shakes, there was 1 person at the counter. Get it together, guys... read more

After spending $15 for 2 butter burgers and fries, I was not impressed. We had 2 small smashed hamburgers with NOTHING on them. You would think a burger would come with at least pickles, onions, ketchup, etc. I was reminded of the old Wendy's commercial with the little old lady screaming "Where's the beef" lol Five guys will continue to get my burger money. I'm sure there are other items at Culver's that are good. I will be back to try the custard. read more

Stopped by today hoping to get a quick lunch to take home. Service was prompt. But went down hill from there. I ordered one sandwich, one valid meal, one large drink and three scoops of ice cream. $21.93! The grilled chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Pink in the middle and cool to the touch. Felt like rubber when I bit into it. Some how I ended up with an order of fries that was not ordered. There were two sodas with the order. Both over filled and running over the sides. For the amour spent on this meal, I would expect a much better experience! I had heard negative things but now I know. Definitely will not be back!!! read more

An upscale fast food place. A step above DQ. Cod sandwich was good. Fries not so much. Husband's Ruben was terrible. Not much filling and the bread was burned. No return visit. read more

The Food: In my opinion, way better food than any other fast food chains. Keep in mind it's pricey! My food has always been prepared fresh and food is cooked when ordered. Excellent: Fried Chicken - Burgers - Chicken Fingers - Onion Rings - North Atlantic Cod - Chicken Sandwich - Fresh Frozen Custard - Shakes OK - Fries (nothing special) - Cheese Curds (way to much breading) - Reuben (very good tasting - not enough meat, does not cover bread, so you get bites of just bread). Many other menu items I haven't yet tried. Overall - good experience and great food! Oh - by the way - they are human and make mistakes. The manager went above and beyond the call to make sure mistake was corrected - and compensated with free food coupon to ensure my return visit. Kudos to Culvers Managers - I understand mistakes happen and I was coming back either way! read more
