We both ordered the burger bowl (no bun you pick the condiments) it was very good however next time I'd ask for extra condiments; since you're paying for a regular burger & not getting the bun I think they shouldn't be skimpy on the condiments. read more

Went on a busy night actually during a bogo offer. Ordered online, got to restaurant to pick it up only to wait 1/2 hour to get our food. Manager was very polite and apologized a few times. They were so backed up they called other employees in to help. Unfortunately the burger hardly had any condiments on it, very dry. We came to 5 guys as a quick dinner option on our way to a school function. I was so surprised that the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was busy but it wasn't chaotic and it was mostly families dining in. It was clean and organized. My burger came out fast and was delicious. I'm trying really hard to eat less red meat and make healthy choices but it's becoming harder with all these great places around me. One of the reasons why I enjoy 5 guys is that they have fresh jalapeños as a topping and it makes a huge difference. read more

Great burgers last night (04/05/2025)! Really wish I had taken a photo of mine, it was so delicious and looked great. I ordered a grilled cheese with a patty and bacon (so grilled cheese bacon burger, if you will) and for my toppings I added BBQ Sauce and Mayo, Grilled Onions and Grilled Mushrooms...it was delicious! One of my new favorite combos at Five Guys for sure! My husband throughly enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, pickles and onion! We also had great Cajun fries. We did 3 burgers (the grilled cheese burger I made, the regular bacon cheeseburger I mentioned and a little hamburger with mustard) and a regular Cajun fry for $36. Honestly, that's not terrible compared to how much we spend on Burger King or McDonalds and Five Guys is definitely better quality and you're guaranteed a fresh burger vs fast food being hit or miss. We also ordered on the app and just went inside and waited for our name to be called, very simple! We look forward to hitting up this location again. read more

Came here on a Saturday and there was no line! Five guys burgers are delicious, i love that you are able to see how they make them in front of your face. Their fries are also sooo good, this is one of the places that no matter what size fries you get, you'll get plenty of fries as they always add extra to the bag. This place also has a few private dedicated Parking spots, so makes it super easy to order and go. Lastly, let's not forget about the free peanuts, my favorite!! read more

Five Guys Burger, Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. Well I was in the mood for a beef burger. So go to the place that has burger in its name. I got a malted shake, small burger & fries. WOW...15 bucks First the staff was excellent. Food was given in timely matter and tasted just fine. I loved the malted shake. Burger had to be cooked to medium well per Big Brother, I mean Corporate rules. Fries were just french fries. Over all just plain hamburger, over cooked ,over priced not over whelming at all. Went there last night to pick up my phone in order. They announced I was there. After waiting 20 minutes I asked about my order the manager grabbed a bag and put fries in the bag. When I asked how long my burgers were sitting there the manager rolled his eyes and walked away without saying anything. Of course when I got home they were cold. The manager at Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral, Florida could care less if your food never arrives! We used Door Dash and the driver never showed, nobody called us, and when we called Five Guys he was like oh I do not know what happened. We can't help you, maybe driver got lost or cancelled your order. You will have to call Door Dash. He was rude and had the attitude of "I could care less!" Both 5 Guys and Door dash are history! Incompetent businesses with no concern for the consumers who keep their businesses running. Did not even offer a free meal! I hope their bosses read this. read more

Ok so...reviewing my local Five guys that I'm not even close to being ashamed of partaking regularly. It hits the spot. It's clean. My kids love the fries. My wife loves the grilled cheese (add a patty) and I'll usually get a little bacon cheeseburger. Usually it's in a pinch because I didn't cook or because whatever it's #2020. I didn't take pictures of my burger either because I ate it in one bite basically. Is it more expensive than other fast food joints? Perhaps by a bit. But it's definitely tastier. I haven't really gotten a milk shake so I can't say how those are but maybe I should? In fact, next time I'll get that oreo one. It must be hard to mess up an oreo milk shake. I have full confidence in this Five guys and they'll soon know me by my first name. read more

This chain is normally reliable but this location was not good. Burnt BLT, wrong shake made, cold fries. Lady behind me returned her sandwich because it looked horrible. It was messy and burnt. All the bacon was burnt and they said it would take 30 minutes to make more. Just a terrible experience! read more

Consistency can be a good thing. I had a taste for a burger and fries last night. There were several restaurants in the area where I know I could get a burger, but I knew I could count on Five Guys to deliver the same great tasting, juicy burger as always. No frills, nothing covered with onions rings or stacks of bacon this week to make it sound new or better. Just the same burger topped with anything I want. Fries are always good as well and more then two of you can easily eat, although we got close last night. Like I said, no frills. Just good, consistent burgers topped anyway you like. Ordered double bacon cheeseburgers and regular size fries for delivery. This location is only five minutes from my house, so the food arrived very quickly and was hot! I loved my burger, could only eat 1/2 of it and saved the rest for the next day. They gave us a TON of fries, and these we saved too for breakfast and later. We have eaten at five guys in the past. This Location did not let us down. After a long day of traveling on vacation it was nice to have GrubHub deliver to our home.We appreciate the service and not having to spend more time traveling. I try to stay away from fast food joints, but some times you just have to go because there is either nothing else around or you are on a timeline. Five Guys is a fast food joint that I have no issue stopping by when either of the prerequisites of a visit are present. In this particular instance, I was running very low on time. Stop by, run in, and I ordered the following: Fries Cheeseburger Cheeseburger with mayo and jalapeno The burgers are good and so are the fries. I love the way that the jalapenos are actually fresh and grilled before being put on my hamburger. read more

I come to this five guys in my free time, I love this place. The food comes out fast, the workers communicate with you, and the food tastes amazing. No sugar coating either, I do DoorDash part time and come here every so often and when I do, they're usually busy but the manager always makes sure to communicate with me. Best burgers and fries around cape coral. If you love traditional American burgers with some grease and a huge bag of peanut cooked french fries this is the place. I get sometimes the little cheeseburger cause it's 1 patty instead of two and sometimes the 2 patty is two big for me I am 120 pound girl. However so delicious u can't stop eating. My son gets hot dog or just a plain kids burger. We always get coke, I can't eat a burger with out a soda. read more

I live right across the street, this location just popped up. Super friendly staff, clean kitchen, food is amazing. Younger people working there seem happy with their job, and the food reflects that. Prices are a little expensive for a fast food burger, maybe I'm cheap, but I remember five guys being cheaper. Not like it stops me from coming in every week. read more

In good old Germany there are only the two usual suspects available - five guys is the premium version of the mainstream burger. Good staff will talk you through your topic options - at last you get your burger like ordered. So no reason to play the falling down scene - i'd love on of these stores in germany! read more

I don't know what's so special about Five Guys because the burger was Foggy Dew to the fried onions and the French fries was oily and not to mention the price did not match the food at all... I went to Five Guys because of my lady and this is going to be my first and last time in the restaurant, I did not appreciate the whole experience at all... I will stick to a Fuddrucker, I will go all the way to Fort Myers instead of Cape Coral but I will get the service the food and the price not to mention being in a clean environment. read more

Went there a few months ago and it disappointed us. After discussing the problems with the manager, they invited us to try again. What a difference this time! The food was prepared as we ordered it, burgers were very good, hot and juicy! Fries were hot and not soggy or greasy. A MUCH better experience this time! The best prime rib I've ever had should get 10 stars. My sister had the Patty Melt. She's so hard to please and she loved it. They have a full bar and ice cold beer. We were also full and we couldn't even finish our prime rib. It was really enough to split. It's pretty big but so good. Bring it home the next day it's just as good. We had the brownies and the cookies and let me tell you their homemade butter pecan ice cream made me a believer. That has been my least favorite of ice cream until now. Gabby offered great service. It's a team effort there you can tell. This place is pretty big. I would imagine in the evening. It turns into a hopping vibrant nightclub. I'm going again to check out for lunch. I'll give you a report afterwards.

Not a place you go to have a quiet conversation. I had a burger. Fords Signature. Also had an Onion Ring tower. While we were seated, they placed a party of 20 right next to us. Crazy. I like Fords...a lot. They make great burgers. I think I'll just stick with downtown.

Burgers cooked to order and they are a decent size too. Fresh cut fries are the best. We were also able to enjoy a slice of the fresh baked cake of the day. Outdoor seating was welcoming for our beloved Golden doodle. We also appreciate the support and welcoming for law enforcement as we have our patches on display. Great place to meet up with friends and to bring out of town guests!!

My only complaint Yep I do have a complaint even though I've given it 5 stars because I do think they're going to correct this, and if they don't, my rating of five stars will not change. Because the food is fabulous. They do not have pickles. Pickle relish does not cut it. You have to have either a sliced pickle or a side of pickle for your hamburger. Please consider. I will be back soon and I hope I see pickles on the menu. Everything else they are killing it. I did not deduct a point or bring it down to 4 stars because of the pickle. This business is supporting local costs and that is a special place in my heart. Go Florida Boy!!!
