Was so excited to see five guys after eating at locations in San Diego and Nashville. Food here is great and the Cajun fries are criminal there so good. The staff is friendly and hustle there butts off to get food out quick. My only dislike is the long line and lack of parking but not critical. Try some hot sauce on your burger and the Cajun fries for a very tasty meal. Oh did I mention the large burger is very big (double) and an order of fries is enough for two hungry adults. Well up to Five Guys standard. Food is fabulous and you get way more than you can eat. Prices really aren't bad considering the quality of a Five Guys burger and the size of your meal. Staff is always friendly, not getting overwhelmed or irritated when the line is out the door-they are happy to greet each customer. It is obvious the staff takes pride in their work. I had never been to Five Guys before. I was quite disappointed in the service as we had to ask where everything was. The burger was good, the fries were tasty. The atmosphere was loud, we could hardly visit, wiped our table ourselves. And greasy bags, no plates, garbage cans were dirty. I might order a to go burger, but wait, I can make just as good a burger at home and wouldn't cost nearly $7.00. I won't be back soon, if ever. read more

Absolutely the dirtiest most unprofessional five guys I've ever been to. They should absolutely be ashamed. There was a bunch of kids that straight up didn't care at all. The burgers were just dying on the grill and they all retreated to the back with numerous people waiting. The fries were not cooked to order they were cold. They were yelling and joking around the whole time. My one burger took over 20 minutes. I had no idea the five guys could be this terrible. Everything about it was absolutely pathetic. The franchise owner should be ashamed. Not adult or care in the house probably not even a broom by the looks of it. I love five guys but I would've been better off going to McDonald's in the ghetto. I will never eat here again but I will go to five guys continually across the US like I do. Extremely disappointed I could go on forever. The best burger ever! A little pricey for fast food, but well worth it. The smallest size fry is plenty for two adults.

Not up to Five Guys standards. Burgers and buns are dry. Hot dog is just OK. Coffee milkshake is really good.

The burger is decent There does not seem to be any choice in the degree of doneness -- they are all cooked medium-well. However, the options for free toppings are awesome and almost make up for this. The smaller size burger will satisfy most people. The fries are very good and the portions are more than generous. I do not understand the commenters who wrote that the fries here were lacking. They are some of the better fries in town. The name of the producer/Idaho town of origin is always proudly displayed. I also noticed that the staff cooking the food appeared to be happy and genuinely cared about what they were doing. The cashiers were welcoming and helpful. You will wait a few minutes for your food. This place is busy and there's always a line, but it moves quickly. Eat in or take out. This is fast food, done right. It is MUCH BETTER than than any of the standard drive-thru places. read more

Overpriced for what you get. Burgers look like something you'd make at home and are extremely greasy. Fries are even greasier. The tables were all filthy and my lunch was served to me in a grease-soaked brown paper bag. Maybe that's supposed to be part of their charm, but I wasn't charmed by it. Haven't had a problem here yet! Always delicious and I'm always amazed by the amount of fries you get. Sometimes there's a wait when it's busy but I'm ok with that knowing they are making everything fresh back there. I don't mind paying more than at Wendy's or another joint knowing it's never frozen. read more

As a regular customer I was very disappointed when I went in at 11:01, first customer of the day, and had to wait while some guy takes a phone order. After waiting for several minutes I gave up and left. Another register sitting there idle and a half a dozen people standing around doing nothing. I'm sorry they don't appreciate regular customers. I've been to a Five Guys in the Bay Area and I wasn't impressed. Maybe they had an off day? It was alright but not great. The one here in Bozeman exceeded my expectations and was a lot better. The fries were crispier and better seasoned, and the Burger I ate had more flavor than the Bay Area Five Guys. There isn't as varied a menu as other fast food places, but it appears what Five Guys does, it does well. read more

Nasty nasty greasy Burgers with no taste all. Overly priced crap. The lack of cleanliness in this place is disgusting the door knobs were covered in grease. Very happy that there is a place that doesn't have horrible preservatives in their fry oil, and all natural burgers and fries! But, it is FREEZING in there....the air conditioning is ON in the winter and they won't turn it down! It's ridiculous to be shivering and have to wear your coat in a restaurant! read more
