More like 3 1/2 stars, but I'm rounding up as the order was correct and what we had was good. We've been to several other Five Guys in other locations before and are familiar with their menu. We weren't that hungry so we figured a hot dog, or a hamburger would be our lunch. We stopped here in the middle of a ranging rainstorm. There were hardly any parking spots open nearby. And we were surprised to see almost every table taken inside after we ran through the pouring rain. You order and pay at the counter. We both decided to get a hot dog, cooked well done, and share a small order of fries. They call your order by number when it's ready. There's a self-serve soda machine with various soft drinks of your choice and side condiments in a separate area next to the machine. They have high top and low top tables inside the restaurant. We took the first open table. It didn't take that long for our food to be ready. While we were waiting, we snacked on the peanuts in the shell that were help yourself in a box on the counter by the cashier. These are addictive. Although we were dining in, all orders are wrapped to go, and the fries are poured into the paper bag on top of your other food. We had to unwrap each hot dog to see which one was which. He'd requested mustard, relish, and chopped onions on his; I just got mustard and relish. And I requested some pickles on the side. Next time, I'd put my own mustard on the dog as it was a bit too liberally applied for my taste. The all-beef dogs are done here split and grilled -- just like I prefer them to be. Their well-done French fries are usually very good. And these were as expected. They used to list on a sign where their potatoes came from that day, but the sign the day we visited was blank. Their fries are twice fried and cooked in peanut oil. Even the small serving (the "little" fries) is a large portion with more than enough for two people to share (I took some home). The number of fries gives the impression that you're getting a lot for your money. Of course, you've paid for them, but it's still a smart marketing ploy that most folks will enjoy. I'm sure we'd stop back by if craving this type of food and are in the area. The chain is still one of the better fast-food hamburger joints around.

    Little Bacon Burger

I would give a 2.5 star review. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with onion, tomato, lettuce, jalapeño, and mayo. I got a oreo milkshake and fries to pair. When I get home I realize that my burger has no bacon on it... I was very upset about this. The burger is average, didn't blow my socks off. They are known for giving a lot of fries and generally this happens but a lot of times at this location you get jipped. The milkshake was good, nothing insane however.

I came here to try the French fries as I've heard they are amazing. I don't eat meat so that was really my only option. I ordered the Cajun and regular fries to try. I ordered online and picked up in store. The regular fries were very good. Cooked well with a nice amount of salt and pepper. There wasn't a lot of whole fries. It was a lot of burnt ends which was a bummer. The bag of Cajun fries were cold but the seasoning was great. Had a little kick to them. Overall it tasted as though I got the fries from two different locations. The taste was that different. I would try again but eat in the store as I think we would have gotten better quality fries.

I ordered a grilled cheese add Mayo/bacon/tomato Large Cajun fries and specialist hamburger. They didn't put bacon on my grill cheese even though they charged me for the added ingredients. They also put cheese on the hamburger. Once we got home we realized the orders were wrong. We went back up there and they actually was nice enough to give us a $10 gift card to order another hamburger so it appears we'll be going back and if we get take out we will definitely check the food.

Five guys is a well known fast food burger chain. This location is friendly, nice, and has very quality food for being a fast food place. The fries are large portions and the burgers are tasty! COVID- the restaurant is all wearing masks and spacing out tables! Very comfortable and safe. Take out only takes like 10 minutes too which is a great option.

Love this place! It's been a while since I've been here but decided to stop in for a quick bite with a friend and our kids for lunch. Glad we did, the staff at this location is super friendly and service was quick. The girl taking orders really went above and beyond, even went so far as to confirm the orders with the kids (super cute). She seemed genuinely happy to be there. The food was perfection! Those fries are delicious! The menu isn't too extensive burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese sandwich, fries but it's all made to order and fresh! Will be back for sure!

Being from Virginia, this place truly brings a smile to my face because I remember childhood /teenage years. This chain is open from the 1980s however first time I ate was in the early 2000s in Richmond VA. The thing which I love is their fries, (it feels so wrong to say this while on a juice cleanse). Five guys are known for their huge fries sizes for sure. The fries come in little, regular and large. I ordered the little and it was more than enough. Sam M and I just wanted to get some fries before going to get frozen yogurt. However, I didn't know they had a veggie burger. The veggie burger was really decent with sautéed mushrooms, pepper, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese additional add if you wanted. This was the first time I ate Five Guys in Florida and it didn't disappoint. The staff was courteous and made everything to order in 5-10 minutes. While you wait for your order make sure you taste the roasted in-shell peanuts. That's their complimentary little treat they have at most of their locations. But they are so addictive I try to eat only 3-5 so I can enjoy those fries. The burger was just ok but the fries are absolutely mouth watering good. Can I please have more fries right now ?~

Lettuce wrapped double cheeseburger with bacon. Diet Coke (upgraded my small to a large for free) and a "small" fries.

One step above McDonalds. The really good French fries make it the only reason to be there.

Decked out with disco balls, funky chairs, graffiti inspired artwork, and the best music I've heard in a quick serve spot -- this place feels more like a local bar. Everything was completely spotless clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. There's even local touches like a community board which I loved. The food comes out super quick too! I've gone for The Box which had 4 tenders, Cole slaw, sauce, fries, a drink, and bread -- and the 3 tender combo with bread, a drink, and fries. The chicken is so dang fresh, juicy, and tender. Most places tenders are rock solid and overcooked, but this felt like it was right out of the fryer and so fresh. The breading was lighter, but still had a crunch -- even with some softer/wetter spots. The sauce was really good and the fries were solid, although a little undersalted/seasoned. The lemonade was also really good! I'm absolutely going to keep coming back here!

Maybe I can work that out with my therapist. Me: "Doctor, the people at Culver's just don't seem to care about me very much." Therapist: "It's not just the people at Culver's..." So, I placed an online order for curbside pickup: two double ButterBurger meals and two custards. I pulled into the curbside area, checked in, and waited. To the store's credit, my order came out quickly! Well...it came out of the door quickly. Actually getting it from the door to my car turned out to be a considerably more ambitious undertaking. The team member entrusted with this perilous journey emerged from the restaurant carrying my food and began making his way toward me with all the enthusiasm of a 40-year-old man heading to that doctor's appointment. Guys over 40 know the one. I watched as he approached, slow shuffling step after slow shuffling step, each one bringing him incrementally closer to his destination. Minutes seemed to pass. Seasons may have changed. Civilizations rose and fell. Still, he pressed onward. When he finally drew within about 10 feet of my car, I greeted him with an enthusiastic, "Hey, how are you?" Nothing. Apparently, the journey had already taken a terrible toll on his constitution, leaving him without sufficient reserves for conversation. But he would not be deterred. He soldiered bravely onward, closing those final few feet until, at last, he reached my window. Pheidippides ran from Marathon to Athens to announce the Greek victory and promptly died from the effort. Watching this young man cross the Culver's parking lot, I began to understand how that could happen. At last, our hero extended a bag containing my burgers and now-cold fries, along with a drink carrier containing two custards, a lemonade, and approximately 3/4 of a Diet Root Beer. This raises a separate question: Culver's, why is your root beer so incredibly foamy? More importantly, since I assume this phenomenon has been observed before, why not wait five seconds for the foam to settle and then fill the cup the rest of the way? I ordered a medium Diet Root Beer, not a small Diet Root Beer with a decorative foam hat. But I digress. His mission complete, our weary traveler bade me farewell with a mumbled, "Here you go." And then he turned. Before him stretched the vast expanse of asphalt he had only moments earlier conquered. Somewhere beyond the horizon stood Culver's. Home. Safety. Maybe a chair. And so his return trek began. A modern-day Odysseus, condemned to wander the parking lot in search of Ithaca. I can only assume that somewhere between my car and the front door he encountered a Cyclops, resisted the Sirens, and angered Poseidon, because I didn't have another 20 minutes to stick around and see whether he made it. Maybe Christopher Nolan will make a movie about it. In all seriousness, the food itself was fine except for the fries being cold, and the order was prepared quickly. The problem was the service. The employee who brought it out was extraordinarily slow, completely disengaged, ignored a friendly greeting, and acted as though delivering my order was an almost unbearable imposition. I'm not expecting someone to sprint across the parking lot, sing the Culver's fight song, or greet me with the enthusiasm of a cruise director. But a normal walking pace, a "hello," and the faintest indication that you don't actively resent both your job and the person whose food you're delivering seems like a reasonable baseline for customer service. TL;DR: The kitchen did its job. The curbside employee appeared to have a serious case of the Mondays. I believe you'd get your [synonym for donkey] kicked for saying something like that. The fries were cold, the root beer was 25% atmosphere, and I witnessed a journey worthy of Homer. Two stars for the experience. Five stars for the epic. Yes, I Googled the spelling of Pheidippides! That guy had to have a heck of a time endorsing checks.
