I'm not a HUGE doughnut guy, and sometimes it's hard to translate into vegan, but I've had some great vegan doughnuts before so figured I'd at least give Five Daughters a shot since I was at L&L Market anyway. I so wish the 100 layer doughnuts could be easily veganized because they look so good, but you can't always get what you want. I ended up going with the strawberry fritter because I liked the sound of some fresh strawberries in the middle, and I'm glad I did. I must have eaten that thing so fast.
