Don't , Just Don't .... while "Fixing" our RV the cut a 5ft by 9 ft hole in the bottom of our Airstream and then said .. Oh Well... We were dealing with other issues that seemed so much bigger then them and our Trailer. so we did not eight to much. Now we are getting it repaired for $5000.... At best your get ripped off at worst you end up having to go somewhere else and pay for the damage they did. read more

According to their website, it is all about the customer service; "we'll bend over backward to accommodate you, we're convenient, we fix everything", blah blah blah. Well, I sure couldn't get any service out of them; it's as though I was bothering them trying to be a customer. I dropped off my vehicle with them on a Monday, the next two days no call backs with an update or anything. Finally after calling Thursday, I got the hint that I wasn't important to them as a customer and went and picked up my vehicle without any work done on it, or even looked at yet. This place is absolutely the worst experience I've had with a business ever. And now I'm just mad I never yelped them before going there. The long story short is we had bought a used roadtrek RV and had a few things we wanted looked at and fixed including some cabinet locks inside, the vent above the stove, and a fresh water leak underneath. We left the vehicle for a few nights for him to check out because he said he needed two days and we were going to be out of town that weekend. I asked him to call with a quote when he had reviewed everything so we could decide what we felt was or wasn't necessary. He said he didn't think the total would be more than $500 absolutely max. He called me two days later telling me he repaired everything and it was $900! I was frustrated but polite and when we returned to pick it up - it turned out that price didn't even cover everything and some of the fixes actually weren't fixed. We tried to schedule another appointment to get things fixed properly and left multiple messages and emails and he completely ignored us. We never went back (it was 45 minutes from our house) and we just are moving on knowing we got totally scammed. This establishment is a joke and a rip off. How are these people still in business? Rented a motorhome from them. The unit was disgusting. Not cleaned out, stinky. Lost the roof rack on the trip and I had to tape it back on with duct tape (mind you, it was 100 degrees that day). No hot water the whole trip. When we returned the unit he (the bible thumping Christian manager) tried to over-charge us. When I asked him how he sleeps at night, (and got in his face) he relinquished. I wouldn't take one of those motorhomes if they gave it to me. Don't just walk away from 5 corners rv... run! read more

The rental contract I received tried to charge a slightly higher cleaning fee than was stated elsewhere in the contract and on the website. I asked about it, and received a one-line response "The sanitation fee was raised to $169.00 after 15 years of no change." Generally, such a price increase isn't an issue, but I did indicate that I was disconcerted by being charged something other than the advertised price, especially after reading the uniformly terrible reviews here on Yelp. I asked for reassurance that the rest of my rental experience would have no whiff of customer-hostile or shady practices, and indicated I'd write a Yelp review of my experience either way, so they'd have an opportunity to add a positive review to this mix. Within an hour, I received an email response indicating they'd refunded my deposit and cancelled the transaction. read more

Worst customer service. They are cheats and talk deceptively. They told us cleaning is all covered and they'll charge only if there are scratches, when we took RV from them. When we returned, they charged 210$ each! Telling us made up stories of refrigrator stuff in sink and what not! Also, charged us 500$ for some bumper repair which we were not even aware of. They should simply hike the rent instead of charging like this. read more

I had a very bad experience with them and would strongly advise not do your business with them. I rented two RVs and I was charged for cleaning initially and was told that it includes both external as well as internal. But when I retured the RV, after 2 weeks these people send me a statement with $230 charges for cleaning. When I went and talked to them they werent ready to talk and just denied that the cleaning included internal cleaning too. Also they put insurance deductible on me saying that I broke thier rear bumper when I never did so. If they want to make money why dont they increase thier rent intead of cheating people. I have filed a dispute currently on them. read more

I cannot understand the series of 1 star reviews unless they were the same person using a different name each time. I have had nothing but the very finest service and rental experience from 5 Corners RV in Burien. Every rental I have had with them was ready when they said it would be and clean inside and out. Once, when there were no kitchen utensils, as I had expected, when I complained, they showed me where I had forgotten to request them. My bad! There was a time when I experienced a problem with a rental RV from them, and they drove a replacement unit out to me a few hundered miles - that very night - so we could be on our way in the morning. With customer service like this from Steve at 5 Corners RV, I cannot believe there is a LOT more to the stories in the previous reviews that is not being told. read more

The RV we rented had two pages of things that were broken including the generator, bathroom door, black water and grey water tank sensors. The most hostile customer service I've experienced in years. I join the chorus of voices saying "Go elsewhere". read more

Didn't have our reservation we made months ago. Open at 8:30am, RV wasn't ready yet for hours. Smoke filled office, totally disgusting. Not responsive to emails or voicemails. Office manager sleeps in car outside office. Very shady people. Never coming here again and neither should you. Also, not enough propane in the tank for our five day trip so the fridge didn't work and all of the food went bad. read more

5 Corners RV took a deposit out of my account. When I canceled my rental the next day, they never returned my deposit. It's been a month and they have been ignoring my calls. Highly recommend going elsewhere with your money. read more

I agree from the other reviews if I could give them less then one star I would. We rented an RV over Memorial Weekend and the water pump blew out on the first day, right after dinner while running the pump. We should have known something was wrong, when we arrived the generator wasn't running right and the tires needed filling. Any way needless to say the entire family room carpet flooded and we had no water usage the rest of the trip. No Shower, No Toilet, No Sink...... It sucked.... I called them a total of 10x over the whole weekend and they never returned our calls until Tuesday morning. We had to stay in hotels on the last 2 days of our trip since I was recovering from shoulder surgery and had an elderly mother in law along with bladder issues that couldn't stand it any more. The company has given me nothing but the run around telling me they need time to look over the entire RV before coming to any conclusions even though they admitted the pump did go out !!! The owner Steve even hung up on me when pressed for a deadline on the refund. I have since done my homework and have read multiple complaints filed on this company and talked to a number of agencies investigating them. SOOOOO learn from my mistake and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I should have read the reviews myself but I was looking forward to sending my last child off to College and wanted this trip to be special. I figured an RV would be the easiest thing during my surgery recovery and boy was I wrong! read more

Has anyone else had trouble getting their deposit back from these people? They took $1,000 from us, representing deposits for the Campervan we rented and for the insurance we purchased. It was supposed to be credited back to us within two weeks of returning the vehicle, which we returned safe and sound on Sept. 25th, 2012. It's now Nov. 3rd, and we cannot get in touch with them - they don't return our calls or respond to our emails. Since we returned the van in better condition than when we rented it, there's no reason why they should withhold or delay reimbursing us. We've seen no refunds! I saw positive reviews elsewhere, wonder if they are bogus. read more
