There aren't a lot of staff on the floor (like EVERY grocery store) but they are helpful and knowledgeable. Packaged, bulk and organic veggies. Not the prettiest in town but that's ok. Well-stocked, reasonably priced refrigerated salad dressing. Large bulk item section. Smallish bakery section. Reasonably priced meats (some name brands). Extensive dairy section with Darigold FIT milk. Organic eggs. The seasonal aisle is up front. That's where things go on sale. They haven't reorganized in the years I've been shopping here. Once you're familiar with the layout, zoom. Good prices every day. No loss leaders. If you're worried one of the big three has something on sale, price check with their apps. Self checkout (15 recommended limit) is now debit only. You can use Apple Pay if you have a cash card installed. Cash is now (late 2025) taken only at staffed registers. No CCs. May not be the best store for once-a-month shopping as you bag your own (unless there are two folks shopping). I have never seen a shopping cart filled with trash. Occasionally there might be a plastic veggie bag. No boxes like at Costco unless you bring your own. Don't like their bags? Bring your own. (All stores here charge for bags; it's the law.) A few plants outside. Nothing like Freddy's or even QFC. Big parking lot. Hungry? Run to Dick's! Smallish hot food section in the store. What's not to like? Brand name products, well priced every day. Worried about crowds? Come in the evening. They're open 24x7. Try it!

These flowers were meant for a gift at a party at my house today, there is no way I can give a week old slimy stemmed flowers as a gift! Bringing flowers back to Edmonds the next chance I am able is ridiculous, since even fresh beautiful flowers get old and slimy soon. I was told a picture would not do I had to bring the product personally. Never again will I touch any flower from the Edmonds QFC, this is incompetent and poor management in this department.

A security guard followed me inside the store and confronted me to ask whether my dog was a service dog, even though the dog was clearly wearing a vest that says "PTSD SERVICE DOG." He also told me that the dog was not allowed in that area, openly questioning my right to remain there in a public establishment. Additionally, he asked questions that went beyond what is legally permitted, including questioning my disability--something a security guard is not allowed to ask. What was most alarming is that, minutes later, another person entered with a dog without any identification, and no questions were asked at all. The difference in treatment was obvious. As a longtime customer, I felt singled out and treated differently--an experience that came across as discriminatory and racist. No one should have to go through something like this while simply shopping :-(

Radishes, greens, bokchoy, mushrooms, all the good stuff may be had here at reasonable prices (and some freshly picked). I like that the store isn't a massive scale chain like H Mart. Whatever you need for your Asian kitchen needs including all the varieties of soy sauces, vinegars, oils may be had here. The fish selection is impressive. A good variety of frozen dumplings. Good rice brands. Lots and lots of Korean teas (jujube/barley/ rice etc.) Fresh prepared food: a full kitchen at the rear of the store offers prepared meals and Korean catering. They offer freshly rolled kim bap (vegetarian friendly versions included). Tasty freshly rolled kim bap is a big draw! I recently picked up a tub of fermented soybean paste stew (Doenjang jiggae). I dressed it up at home with additional shrimp and sauteed peppers, seaweed, and steamed rice -- delicious! I find shopping here very pleasant and I love to patronize a smaller grocery store tucked away in one of Edmonds' Asian enclaves!

Each time I go in to order something, she always has to say something snarky about how people order it (why is it so complicated etc). Apparently, she doesn't like Asian people and especially if they order it with customization because she feels entitled to say rude comments to paying customers to have whole milk swiped out with plant based beverages. According to some reviews online, this woman is a habitual hater of serving Asian/minority community and she's STILL THERE working. Perhaps a photo/video of this woman in her natural racist, rude demeanor will get the managements attention?
