Giant heads of Bomdong, which is a Korean spring cabbage

Boo Han Market is a modest-mid size Korean grocery store; I suspect it's been here long, long before the dominating HMart. Its biggest draw is KOO's Grill (separately operated, with shorter hours) located inside the store. We went for KOO's Grill. It was sadly closed, so I wandered Boo Han anyway. The place feels like a more hardcore Korean market, less "approachable" than HMart, which is actually a compliment, not a ding. I saw several things that were new-to-me, such as giant heads of Bomdong, which is a Korean spring cabbage (I looked it up). It's magnificent and resembles a supersize cabbage flower. They have these 2 to 3 feet long Belt Fish from Venezuela. They have many new-to-me tea flavors, such as Corn Silk Tea, Oriental Raisin Tea, and Cassia Tora Tea. Their layouts and displays are basic, somewhat resembles old-time giant bins of fish-out-whatever you can. Again, I don't mind at all. So, I don't go home empty-handed, I bought snacks and teas, always a win.

Perfect oriental market and glad I ran into it last week. They have everything you need if you are planning on cooking Asian meal. From fresh produce, meat, seafood, ramen, cans, kimchi, etc. they have a yummy restaurant inside as well! Love it

The market is just okay, but the ladies operating the Kimbop kiosk gets 5 stars! Their red bean fish waffles, gimbop & onigiri are awesome!! They take credit cards now but easier with cash. I drove 40 min just the get their red bean fish waffles & it was 100% worth it

I could be wrong but I'm sure false advertisement is illegal. Came here to go grocery shopping and saw a price on an item. I grabbed several of them and took to the register. Noticed that the price was not the same as I saw on a sign. So I talk to the gentleman who is the manager there and he told me that they forgot to take the sign down and that the sale is over. I didn't ask him well you still have to honor the price since there is no expiration date on the sign. He said that it doesn't matter to them about what the sign says. He told me to go ahead and report them or do whatever I wanna do because the advertised price does not matter to what the sign says. Am I wrong?

Tofu Kimbap? I forget which one this is.

Best kimbap in town. Way better than kimbap from HMart in Lynnwood. Look at how big this roll is! And there's not too much rice. Perfect ratio in my opinion. Also it comes in a cute little bento box you can reuse! Highly recommend. Kyung is so nice and such a great cook. If you come here, make sure you get the red bean waffle, or at least take some home with you!

    Awesome prices!

Lowest price on restaurant grade HQ sushi nori I've ever seen! 100 sheets for $13, at Hmart it's $25-$30!!!

Only $3.50 for vege Korean sushi

Great place if you're in town. A medium sized grocery store with some food options as well. I usually will go in for some kimbap.

This place is cool. Way friendlier and cleaner than Ranch 99, a really interesting array of produce.

A welcome addition to the Lynnwood area. This location is definitely smaller than the Factoria…read morelocation, but still has most of what I need. Their bakery section is always my first stop. Specifically to get some freshly baked Portugese egg tarts. Their frozen food section is decent and has what I need for hotpot dinners. The meat section is rather limited. Produce section is a hotspot and the vegetables are always stocked. Their seasonal displays are located right by the entrance and features a good selection of sale items. Their skin care section is extensive. Some of their wellness products are priced cheaper compared online retailers. Their snack section is MASSIVE! I found myself stocking up on various fruit gummies and jellies. Their sauce selections are extensive. They do carry various hotpot broth bases. I was successful at finding my favorite Sichuan hot pot based at this location. This location does get very busy and the lack of self-check out lanes can easily cause the lines extend down the aisles. The aisles feel narrower compared to the location in Factoria. Service is fast and parking is not an issue.

I did get some uShu Mai, which I really enjoyed, but I could've gotten it cheaper at Trader Joe's. I also found the fresh fruits to be a lot more expensive. I used to go to quite a few Asian stores in the international District, and usually the fresh foods were all cheap cheaper than any typical grocery store, but it seems to be the opposite of of this store. They do have some cute shopping parts for the little ones that are small shopping carts at a very low level for children to push and say "shopper in training". Really love this. Lines are pretty long but the nice benefit is that the cashiers are all humans and that they are not using self checkout. They typically have 2 cashiers working during the daytime. Not sure if they have more during evening hours.

This is a small Middle Eastern market with a plethora of produce and staples. I usually visit these…read morestores for their bread and Byblos doesn't disappoint. They don't bake any in house, but the have a small section of various Lebanese pitas, some Persian barbari, even lavash and taftoon, all from local bakeries. The best part is the Iraqi breads at the front - when I visited on Monday morning, they had freshly bake Iraqi Khubz, 5 for $7.99. I asked the cashier and the baker is actually a local woman who was in the store at the time! They also have samoon on Fridays. I'll certainly be visiting again - this is the closest to Seattle I've found for a place that sells both types of common Iraqi breads.

A hidden place inside the grocery store! To start, the food was amazing!! Meat was tender, juicy,…read moreand perfectly spiced and flavored. Everything was made fresh, to-order. There are pleeeennnty of desserts to choose from. All looked delicious! We did not get a chance to try their dessert though. Next time forsure! A few downsides to this place. You order food and checkout the groceries all in one spot with the same person who takes phone orders, checks out grocery customers, and takes your food order. All that to say, expect to wait a long time to order and to get your food order, depending on how busy they are. Their service, well rather how long you wait to order and get your food, is really the biggest downside. Since we came 2 hours before closing, they were out of the shawarma which we really wanted to try. We ordered fries and Ali's special, and waiting 50 minutes to get our order. The cashier was really nice and apologetic about it but wow 50 minutes is a long time to wait for food. However, the food did not disappoint! We'll be back to try the shawarma another time but I hope service gets better.
