I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.

This location is actually closed. There are 4 other locations. I love this store!!!…read moreYou will find many North American made products and just an amazing selection of unique items.

I needed something kind of summery, and since everyone has fall/winter stuff now, I headed straight to sale rack. I thought it odd that I greeted and asked one sales associate how she was before she asked me. Later, another sales associate started a dressing room for me, and asked for my shoe size. I thought that was odd too, but told her anyway. By the time I was ready to try on what I had picked out, the sales associate had filled my dressing room with complete outfits. I guess that's what they do there-- a personal shopping service-- but I really wasn't interested in trying on black jeans and $100 satin pumps (which, I admit, were very comfortable). Nothing I tried on did the trick for me, but I did want one dress in a different size. I couldn't find the associate from poking my head out of the dressing room, so I got dressed and found her. They didn't have the size I needed on the rack, so she went to the back to look for it. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, another associate asked if I was being helped. I told her what was up, and another associate said that the one helping me was actually on the phone and probably forgot about me. So someone went back to look for the dress and came back seconds later-- no dice. On my way out, the original associate came back out and apologized, saying the district manager was on the phone. I'm sure the DM is very important, but I can almost guarantee that she would have liked for a ready-to-spend customer to be helped.

There was no answer so we went to eat, returned at 12:30 and it was still closed. I emailed corporate but they just "escalated" my email to the correct dept for it never to be addressed. Beware of making any kind of planned trips here because you WILL WASTE YOUR TIME and if your child wants their ears pierced on their birthday - they will be let down if you decide to come to this store.

They have a "must wear a mask in the store policy" which is also, I believe, a PA requirement. But the cashier, in the center of the store, had her mask around her neck. We asked her to put it on and she ignored us. We asked again and she ignored our request. I asked a third time and she rudely said I'm behind my plexiglass. A small piece of plexiglass in one place doesn't offset the fact that she's in the center of the store surrounded on all sides by customers and open space. Claire's makes a big fuss about safety, and following the guidelines, and requiring customers to wear masks, yet allows their staff to break these guidelines and be rude to customers. Not only is it bad business, and inconsiderate, but it is not compliant with PA safety requirements. It's a shame, I was in with my daughter and had plenty of other things we wanted to buy but didn't feel comfortable being there so left. I'll be cancelling my order (I had shipped it to store) and taking my business to a store that cares about customer safety.

It's enormous and from what I was told they are still developing and only on phase one at this time. I hate shopping and I detest malls and I find shopping here a true delight, so easy to roam around, with beautiful store fronts, street lamps and sidewalks lined with flowers and benches The courtyards are filled with well maintained lawns and plenty of activities, especially for the kiddies. During the warmer months they host a Farmer's Market which is rapidly growing allowing local vendors to sell their fresh produce, baked goods and crafts. Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. I've been here for wine tasting's at various shops, I love their Farmer's Market and anxiously await them setting up shop, it's a quaint village that makes me happy to go shopping and I love that they are Eco-friendly.
