The store was really nicely laid out and super clean. They had a decent amount of product including a large clearance section. We went when the whole store was 40% off and the clearance was an additional 50%. All of the salespeople were so incredibly kind. They helped us with the dressing rooms, signing up for their sales emails and giving us information about their clothing. When we went the store was empty except from us. I'm quite conflicted how to write this review because in the end the Bride was happy and that's all…read morethat really matters right? In my opinion, not so much, when every single member of the wedding party, including the Groom, and the father of the Groom had goof ups consisting of missing pieces and wrong sizing. Not to mention, when the suits arrived they called the Groom to let everyone know they could pick them up, not like the Groom doesn't have ten thousand other things to do the week of the wedding. Everyone was measured by the staff. Almost every shirt was mis-sized either way too big or too small, the Grooms shirt was outright missing. They did musical shirts and vests right up till Thursday when the wedding was Friday. If it weren't for a phenomenal wedding party being patient and running back and forth to the shop the groomsmen would not have been suited up. In the end the staff was friendly and apologetic and everything worked out but the stress it caused on the couple the week of the wedding was unnecessary. Fortunately our Bride was no Bridezilla and she politely smiled though the whole fiasco, but as for us we would not recommend The Men's and Boys Store for an important event simply for the reason that just because it worked out this time it may not in the future. I'm giving 3 stars because the Bride did not want me to go any lower than that and as a supporting MIL I will do as she requests.

I was 3/4 out of parking space and the driver speed up to about 45 mph in the parking lot and barely missed my car as the driver squeezed around it. The driver is obviously a very aggressive driver, and Life Is Good should put a speed monitor in the company jeep.

I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.
