I went to the HORSHAM location today 12/22/19, after going to Jos. A. Banks and spending $292.00, I…read morefigured I would stop in HOH because I have been there many times before. I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.

This location is actually closed. There are 4 other locations. I love this store!!!…read moreYou will find many North American made products and just an amazing selection of unique items.

Today I had the very best experience at In Full Swing! This shop is truly something special. All…read moreproceeds go directly to A Woman's Place, a domestic-violence support organization serving Bucks County. There is a nice free parking lot. I originally stopped in just to drop off a big clothing donation... but I ended up staying to shop! A few days each month their prices drop an extra 50% off, and I scored 7 items for just $24. Most pieces I grabbed were $4, and a few were only $1 even with original store tags still on them! This store feels nothing like a typical thrift shop. It's clean, beautifully organized, and has a real boutique vibe. The staff and volunteers are the best. They are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help you find unique items. They even went into the back and tried to find me some off season items for a trip. There are spacious fitting rooms, size-inclusive racks (I saw sizes 2-24), and everything is clearly priced and sorted. There is no rummaging here. They specialize in women's clothing and accessories, but they also have smaller sections for men, kids, and shoes. Plus, there's a lovely gold/silver jewelry case and plenty of fun costume jewelry. I can't recommend this place enough--whether you want to donate, shop, or both. I've already told several friends and can't wait to come back with them (and bring more donations!). Thank you, In Full Swing, for such a unique and special experience.

I booked an appointment for lip dissolving after being clearly told over the phone that it would be…read moredone at no cost. I had filler done here in January and needed it corrected, as I've been experiencing discomfort that began about 2-3 weeks ago and was told by another professional (not affiliated with this establishment) that the filler had migrated. I was originally referred to this business and have also referred others here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Before I was even assessed, I asked the owner about a possible refund. My main goal, however, was simply to have the issue corrected. I was then assessed and kept there for about an hour discussing treatment. During that time, they applied numbing, giving every indication that the procedure would be performed as discussed. Only after all of that after the consultation, the time spent, and being prepped was I told I would now be charged because the nurse decided it "wasn't migration" and that it was simply "how my body reacted," and therefore not their responsibility. The owner supported that decision. At no point when booking, checking in, or during the visit was I shown or provided with any policy stating that "free" dissolving was conditional or would not be honored. That was only communicated after the fact. When I explained the discomfort and timeline, it was dismissed. I became emotional, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner insisted she "knows her team" and strongly denied that I could have been told otherwise over the phone ...even though they could not identify who I had spoken to. At no point when booking was I told that "free" was conditional on their internal assessment or determination of fault. That condition was introduced only after I was already there and prepared for treatment. This felt like a clear bait and switch. Being told one thing to get you in the door and then something else once you are already there is unacceptable, especially for a medical aesthetic service. I ultimately left without treatment in tears! Very disappointing experience, especially as both a referred client and someone who has referred others. I would strongly caution anyone to get all terms in writing before booking. Verbal assurances were not honored in my case.
