I've noticed many of them don't have a very big selection or is stocked well. Not a problem at this location. It takes up half of their back wall and wasn't a bare spot on the shelf. Unlike others, their products were neatly organized so it was MUCH easier to find what you were looking for. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location. Very clean store, friendly staff. I came here to pick up some snacks and drinks for my stay and anything else that might have tickled my fancy. With this interesting building the layout of the store was much different. It took a minute to figure out the layout, but when I did I was off to the races. I went through and picked up a bunch of snacks, some items were well organized together with like items. Other areas were a little lacking in variety. The staff here were amazing. I made it to the check out line and the employee was some warm and welcoming. She was so pleasant and if you were having a bad day, you definitely will have that switched around.

I'm also a Funko Pop collector, and they have a huge selection of Pops to choose from, including plenty of store exclusives. They have a membership program you can join and regularly receive coupons for (usually pretty good ones too), and as I said before, they donate meals to charity as well. They also ask to round up your change on your order, with the difference also going to charity. One of my biggest issues is, they have a ton of awesome shirts, but they just don't make big enough sizes for me. I'ma big guy, so it's an issue I have a lot, but they have such awesome pop culture influenced shirts here, it can be pretty disappointing. Some of their stuff can be a tad pricey, but they constantly put stuff on clearance and if you join the membership program, you'll pretty much always have BoxLunch Money to spend. For some reason this year, I did not receive their holiday booklet with special offers. That booklet always brings me into the store to buy other things beside ornaments. When I went into the store the week after Thanksgiving, I mentioned it to one of the ladies working there. Her response was; well, I don't know you should get it. She didn't appear to want to look into it, so I left. If I don't get the book in the mail, I am fortunate enough to have other options. I can't believe that Tracy's would want to lose a loyal customer. This lack of customer service is why the brick and mortar stores are disappearing.
