This is a bargain/liquidation store that sells a ton of stuff that includes: -Flooring (from rugs that can cover your entire house to runners, circle rugs, carpet, peel and stick tiles, pick and choose carpet tiles, laminate, wood, you name it!) -Pet supplies (bed, food, toys, I got a bunch of kitty snacks for 99 cents a piece) -House repair items (paint, tools) -Bathroom stuff (towels, toiletries) -Books (book section's huge, takes up at least 1/5 of the store) -Furniture (futon, bed, chairs, lawn furniture, desk) -Clothes (jeggings, socks, underwear, jeans) -Boots, house slipers (I got some Dearfoams for $4.99) -Gardening stuff (pots, decoration, bird feeders) -Kitchen supplies (I got 4 tart pans for $5.99) -Toiletries (soap, shampoo) -Batteries -Snacks and foods (K-Cups, PopTarts, cereals, teas, saw some Christmas ornament teas even though it's August) They also have a rewards card. They also sell gift cards. The minus a star is because some of the stuff doesn't seem to be that much of a bargain or that much of a discount. The bright orange sticker kind of makes you think you're getting everything for cheaper but more than 50% of the stuff I found to be regular priced or comparable to other grocery stores (ex: the towels were about the same price as you'd get them at places like Target, TJ Maxx, Ross). Nevertheless, this place was really fun to shop in. There is a ton to look at.

Interesting store with a variety of items. The book section was really good. They had lots of cheap windshield wipers.

I particularly like the skin/hair care section as I enjoy trying out new things but don't want to spend a fortune. The pantry section is also great. BUT... why on earth is the line such a headache? I don't need to walk through 3 lanes of a maze just to checkout. I still love Marshall's, but the extensive "wait, don't you wanna buy this too before you go?!" game they play with the million extra items lined up in the checkout maze is a bit ridiculous. :) Also, try to walk through with a toddler who wants to rip every God forsaken fragile item off the shelf that they can get their buttery hands on...

The isle was wide enough for other carts and people to pass through, and no one was behind me or approaching me. When I tried to move my cart so I could go else where, customers were passing very close to me so I couldn't mov, even though they had room on the other side. Suddenly, a EMPLOYEE passed me and said to a lady passing, all while I'm literally trying to move but they blocked me in, "What a convenient isle for her to park her cart." That's disgusting that they have an employee who makes fun of customers with customers. He literally trapped me in, and there was room for him and the customer to pass with ease! The employee was the overweight man with the long gray hair. And this isn't the first time I've heard him talk rudely/use a disgusting attitude towards customers.

Buyer Beware!! Raymour & Flanigan have a very deceptive mattress warranty program. Five years ago…read morewe purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Plus mattress with a ten year warranty. We noticed that the mattress had some significant depressions and went back in to purchase a new mattress, which we did, a $5500 Beauty Rest Black mattress. At this time our sales rep stated it would come with a 120 day trial and could be exchanged after a minimum of 30 days if the comfort level seamed off to us. He also said it can with a ten year warranty against depressions. This mattress has been great so far, about three weeks in. My problem starts here. I inquired if our current mattress had the same warranty. He looked up our purchase and confirmed it did in fact have the same warranty. He said to run a straight edge across the mattress and if the depressions were greater than one inch we were covered and we would be issued a credit for the purchase price. Photos will be attached below. In the mean time, the mattress had to stay at our home until a service tech could come out to inspect the mattress. The mattress was stored for the two weeks while waiting for the tech, on its side since there was no available space to store it on a frame as our new mattress had already arrived. Flash forward two week or so, I place the mattress on top of our new mattress to make it easier for the tech to inspect. He comes and goes saying we will receive a call in the next few days. Two days later the call comes in and the young lady states the depressions measure 1 1/4" and therefore are not covered by the warranty. I let her know we have the photos of the depression before the mattress was stored waiting on there tech and even if they were to go by their measurements, 1 1/4" is greater than 1" therefore it should be covered regardless. She gets flustered and says she will have a manager call me back. Two days later and no contact. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and now this treatment. It will be our last purchase from them to say the least. Next step is to contact Sealy directly and then attorneys to fight it out. These are not mattresses that cost a couple hundred dollars but so called top of the line. Raymour & Flanigan should be ashamed of the service they provide, it is completely pathetic and unfortunately for their sake, I'm not the guy to just let it go.

If i'm being honest, I very rarely will buy clothing at full price from a retailer unless it's a special event. With the cost of literally everything else being expensive, I feel like clothing is one of the areas we can successfully get bargains on. The shelves are a bit chaotic but they do have lots of items. It's always fun to browse and see what you might find-- sometimes even brand new in box! We bought my daughter a kids scooter which retails for $45 and was $14 bucks here... you can't go wrong! They could take some help from the Salvation army on Erie Blvd. Merchandise is clean and sorted out on the shelves. I do stop in periodically to see if it has gotten any better but so far no. Not sure if the dressing rooms are open but when they were -nasty. Outside on the side dock, you can see stuff thrown all over. Cig butts and trash everywhere. Not sure if the people working there are all doing community service but obvious no one cares, and management obviously doesn't either. Seeing how they take care of stuff donated, have chosen to take it elsewhere. The irony of it is, this store is located in the former Leo & Sons Supermarket, these were people who cared about the community and went out of their way to help those in East Syracuse. This is such a pathetic replacement.

Now I don't know about anyone else, but Id expect a "leather" recliner to last more than 3 1/2 years but not he case with ours. Within the first year the "leather" started peeling/breaking down and of course it was all due to consumer care according to Flex Steel but since it was within the 1st year of purchased it was repaired (not replaced) with new sections of material. About 5 months ago, the same thing started happening on the left side arm rest only much worse but this time because it was out of warranty, Flex Steel nor Dunk & Bright would not repair, replace or return for full credit. Through all this we discovered our "real" leather recliner is "bonded" leather. BIG difference and something that should have been brought to our attention at time of purchase. Now you may think its asking for a lot after 3 1/2 years to have this addressed with full coverage costs but honestly, do these two companies expect a customer to drop over $2,000.00 on a piece of furniture only to have the covering start breaking down after 3 1/2 years? I thought i was dealing with reputable companies but guess not. And as far as consumer care goes (our care), we purchased about 15 years ago an Ekrons Stressless "real" leather recliner and about 7 years ago a Natuzzi "real" leather recliner. To date absolutely NO issues or signs wear. Guess that's what happens when you purchase quality furniture from reputable companies. Never again Dunk & Bright or Flex Stee.
