Today my couch was delivered on time by Jordan B. & Gilbert F. in such a great manner. They were kind, efficient & placed the couch perfectly in the room. There isn't a rating low enough to apply. Had to give one…read morestar to continue with this review. We purchased a Flex Steel Power Recliner 3 1/2 years ago. Now I don't know about anyone else, but Id expect a "leather" recliner to last more than 3 1/2 years but not he case with ours. Within the first year the "leather" started peeling/breaking down and of course it was all due to consumer care according to Flex Steel but since it was within the 1st year of purchased it was repaired (not replaced) with new sections of material. About 5 months ago, the same thing started happening on the left side arm rest only much worse but this time because it was out of warranty, Flex Steel nor Dunk & Bright would not repair, replace or return for full credit. Through all this we discovered our "real" leather recliner is "bonded" leather. BIG difference and something that should have been brought to our attention at time of purchase. Now you may think its asking for a lot after 3 1/2 years to have this addressed with full coverage costs but honestly, do these two companies expect a customer to drop over $2,000.00 on a piece of furniture only to have the covering start breaking down after 3 1/2 years? I thought i was dealing with reputable companies but guess not. And as far as consumer care goes (our care), we purchased about 15 years ago an Ekrons Stressless "real" leather recliner and about 7 years ago a Natuzzi "real" leather recliner. To date absolutely NO issues or signs wear. Guess that's what happens when you purchase quality furniture from reputable companies. Never again Dunk & Bright or Flex Stee.

Well. Love the furniture. High quality great workmanship…read more When we first went there we were greeted by Aimee. I could tell she didn't feel all that interested in us as maybe we weren't buyers. Once she knew we were serious she changed her tune some. The company. I have never been treated the way I was treated by their Fayetteville sales team. They are condescending, rude and arrogant. They are prima-donnas. The attitude when I checked on my first order was "ha ha ha, we are Stickley, we'll call you when it's ready. Of course everyone expects their goods in a hurry" to which I responded "no actually I just want it when you promised it" I see from reviews this is not their first negative review. I guess they don't read them or don't care. I had a customer service related company and I would have made changes so fast their head would spin. And the excuses. Oh my. "Our thirty day guarantee on that products is thirty business days. I couldn't believe they used that one. Total BS. On another piece we bought they said the reason that it was delayed was because we wanted a pull that was on another item put on this one. They said because we did that it caused a delay. Total BS. It had same holes and I could have changed them in 30 seconds. Do to me they are not nice people. The people in receiving and shipping were wonderful to deal with. I always say if you hate your job quit. We bought a complete dining room set at Martins Amish furniture in Waterloo. THAT was a great experience. The guys name is Clinton. It was much less and extremely good quality. Never Stickley again. They don't need us and we don't need them.

We trekked the 1.5 hours to Manlius east of Syracuse and checked in at their front desk in the lobby. There were over 20 people given a group was there with a van of 10.- the receptionist was taken aback by the crowd. Maybe they should do reservations to prevent surprises. Our tour guide George did a great job touring us through the plant. It helped to have the headsets so we could hear him over the factory noise. This also helped with such a big group. Overall very interesting If you are a woodworker or just a fan of good design this tour is worth the trip. I also now understand why Stickley furniture is so expensive!

I was also surprised that they didn't have many costume for Halloween. This place is very clean and organized. There is plenty of parking. I came here because I had an item to return through Amazon. Their customer service department is strategically placed in the far back corner so for folks like myself, you'd have to pass by the entire store and see all the cool merchandise before you got to return your Amazon item. I liked that I could return my Amazon stuff without needing to print anything out. I just had to show them a barcode and they printed a label and gave me a coupon for 25% off any item for 1 week. Some items here are super expensive while others are great deals. I ended up getting some slippers for $3.89. My husband wanted to get plain white t-shirts but a pack of 6 shirts cost over $30. Their juniors clothes looks to be of cheap quality. They have a lot of house slippers to choose from and plenty of perfumes and makeup items. Their air fryer was sold for much more than the one I got from Amazon. You have to be willing to peruse the clearance sections and use coupons in order to get a good deal here.
