Suddenly, a EMPLOYEE passed me and said to a lady passing, all while I'm literally trying to move but they blocked me in, "What a convenient isle for her to park her cart." That's disgusting that they have an employee who makes fun of customers with customers. He literally trapped me in, and there was room for him and the customer to pass with ease! The employee was the overweight man with the long gray hair. And this isn't the first time I've heard him talk rudely/use a disgusting attitude towards customers.

After 31 rings, a male voice said they were too busy to answer. Started the whole thing again. AI non-person said Walmart's policy is to return the produce to the store, I don't have a car and have to pay for a ride to Walmart. Again it said they would transfer me to a store associate. Again, after 30+ rings, the male voice said they are too busy to answer. This is not the first time it's happened. Nobody anywhere in the store ever answers the phone. I am done with Walmart. Will never ever ever go there again.

I grabbed well-priced sports bras at the UA outlet, sweaters at the LOFT outlet (much better selection than the Henrietta outlet), had luck at the H&M, and also made stops into Nike, Levi, Banana, and more. I love that you can enjoy the great outdoors as you shop, though I wouldn't make big plans to dine anywhere here as the options are scarce. A great stop and easy drive from Rochester if you're looking to find what you need!

Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.
