They later tell me the offer they have for everything and the owner tells me "these items aren't worth anything" multiple times and rudely. Then says "if these came in a box it wouldn't have broken". Signifying it was MY fault his worker decided to carry everything at once. I ended up taking the offer even though it was low because one of the figures had broke in their care and no other place would've wanted to purchase a broken item. Ridiculous and words cannot express the way that interaction made me feel. Clearly not everyone there is taught manners or customer service. Never got an apology from them either, do better!
