I didn't see it at my local staples of Nutrition Smart or Tunies, and it was sold out on Amazon.com. So I decided to call Simply Natural, I didn't have the phone number saved so I searched it on the Yelp app. As usual, and habitually, I always check the recent reviews to entertain myself. What I saw intrigued me. As of last January, Jenn H. left a 1 Star review and stated, "the owner and customer (who also was not wearing a mask) began openly discussing how the recent election was fraudulent and COVID-19 being a hoax. Like? Sir, you own a health/nutrition store that's serving the public seeking to improve their health DURING a pandemic... Conspiracy theories was not at all what I was expecting, especially it being my first time there. After I read this, I didn't call. I found this to be interesting because I've known the owner for years and had no idea he was a right-wing-nut. Anyway, a few days later I had to drive to Patel Brothers and decided to stop at Simply Natural along the way to check if they had the product. The minute I walked in I saw a woman that I don't recall ever encountering before. She said she worked there years ago and had ventured on her own alternative health career, but she returned because ironically the owner died 2 weeks prior on Aug 24th of Covid-19. I couldn't believe it when she said it, I walked out of the store in shock. I was pacing up and down for a while, then I went Bravo supermarket and bought some Dominican food before I returned. This was actually the first person I've known directly who died from covid. It's all so unnecessary because the cure for it is right in front of you, but the Pharmaceutical Industry to suppressing it through social media platforms like Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram to make all this money off of the vaccines. Either way, this is the best store to find hard-to-find nutritional supplements, plus they are loaded with basically anything you are looking for in alternative health and nutrition. The prices can seem a little high, but again they have items you will not find anywhere else.

So, I found a couple of the items and decided to purchase them. The store is very neat and organized well. The problem was a male employee. He appeared to be a manager but I am not totally sure. He asked me over and over if he could help me. I actually just wanted to browse first and then get assistance for the clothes I wanted to purchase. I felt he kept watching me as I walked around. This made me uncomfortable. He also seemed somewhat aggressive in tone. Shopping should be a pleasant experience I debated whether to buy the clothes but did so only because I needed to buy them fast and everything I wanted was in stock.

So, if you get the guts to walk in, don't have anywhere special to go (cuz you will need a shower after), and like to pay low prices for cigars and cloves, this place ROCKS. :)

Have purchased numerous high priced items during that time. That will no longer be the case moving forward. My spouse mistakenly purchased a package of dry CBD and went back into the store less than 30 minutes after realizing she had gotten the wrong item and informed them that she hadn't realized the wrong item was handed to her as she asked for another variation of dry flower, not CBD. Long story short, the shop refused to exchange the item. I did not want my money back. I did not want to do business elsewhere. I simply wanted an item mistakenly purchased moments before (still unopened and sealed) to be exchanged for the item my spouse intended to purchase. Given the associate and manager had JUST sold the product to my spouse moments before, it's clear there is no consideration for customer service, particularly for those who have been loyal over the year (proof is in my rewards account history if the shop doubts how much I've spent there). As others have said, there are plenty of other options in West Pines where you won't be taken advantage of. Very disappointing given how much I USED to talk this place up.
