Anytime I have needed anything, especially a specialty item, Miss Orly has always been able to locate it and sell it to me at a reasonable price. She is very kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this smoke shop! read more

Everything you need is at this spot. If you broke get your crap from the gas station. This spot is for ppl who are truly into the culture . It's very small , but like I said it's all there . Plus there are employees there to help you find what your looking for. I just moved in the area and it seems to be the # 1 spot . Go support and stop by . Peace love and green bud read more

Have been searching for a month now for a certain product and every shop I've been to was constantly out of stock, finally found this gem and had exactly what I needed! Very hospitable, friendly, and kind. If no one has your smoking needs this place does and if for some reason they don't they can get it fast. This is now my go to spot! read more

2 stars for a few reasons. The selection itself is pretty poor. Not up to standards w other shops in the area. Also a bit cluttered, with minimal recognizeable brand names besides roor tech (NO phx, atx, illusion, illadelph, Grav, german roor, medicali). The staff is nice but I felt belittled when the guy working there wouldnt work with me on price...like at all. He claimed that cash rules at this venue, and offered a laughable discount. Its 2014, and im spending hundreds...using a card. The card rules everywhere else. Bottom line is that several hundred dollars walked of the shop, and I was desperate to spend it. What does that tell you? read more

Place is 2nd to none!!! The people who work there are very helpful and nice they have everything I needed if I was you I would stop in.

They deserve more than 5 stars because they have excellent, excellent customer service! The item they sold me stopped working right before Christmas they were great & gave me a loaner of something better than what I originally bought & it made my holiday great and when I returned after the holiday to get the actual product I bought not only did I get that they allowed me to buy what they loaned me at a very inexpensive price. Again they have the best customer service & deserve more than five stars! read more

Very helpful and handsome and explained perfectly what I needed to know even wrote it down on paper for me. Good folks here I recommend it lots of choices too read more

I came here to check out their pricing for a UNI mod after receiving the worst service at a nearby smoke shop. As soon as we walked in and got pricing for the mod which was a whole $15 less than what the other store was charging, the manager told us about all the great deals she had. She had a couple Buy-One-Get-One deals and discounts on multiple products. I will definitely become a regular customer here. read more

I recently broke my piece and was looking for a replacement, I ended up at smoke box where I found a variety of awesome glass for great prices. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable & her customer service was awesome! I will definitely be shopping here again! read more
