Store was kind of a mess, but you can tell the employees at least tried to keep it tidy; It is the customers who make it a mess, afterall. The selection of items was not amazing, but the few interactions with employees were nuetral. Not bad for a store of this type. read more

I love love love Five Below but this location somehow is not right. Maybe it was a brand new location and it was wiped out but the 3 times I came to visit I saw bare shelves and in the tech section, lots and lots of place cards for where stuff belongs, but isles and isles of emptiness. If you are looking for a great deal on Fitness Items this is THE PLACE to get your yoga mats and weights. The candy is good and bad, watch out for items that says "Flavored Chocolate" that means its not real chocolate. I noticed the makeup section, please don't let your kids play with or buy makeup made in china, I promise you nothing good can come from it. I feel like this store would have been great when I was younger but now I like higher quality products. So since I can't find the one for pacific Ave in Stockton I'll leave it on this one I been in the 3 different times throw out the day yesterday 1.to just go in the morning figured there wouldn't be a lot of people 2. My sister needed to do a return wish I got the lady's name but she was rude about doing the return 3. To see if the store would look any better than what it did in the morning because I went in the morning when they first opened yesterday and it was a mess clothes thrown on the shelves makeup everywhere nothing was organized I used to work in a store like that and it's either before you close you start cleaning the store putting stuff back where it goes or in the morning before you open . Racist employee. Was very rude to me mind you I'm African American. When I go to check out (it's self check out) she asked if I was paying cash or card and I tell her card so she tells me to use a register next to a couple of older women checking out. Due to COVID i moved to the next register and I was waiting for the older women to finish checking out because it was not enough space between the register the employee asked me to Use. As Im waiting I went to sit my purse on the counter of the register that I'm not using to support me as I'm putting my KEYS in my purse. The employee then comes over and says she needs to clean the counter where my purse is at so I tell her I'm not using it I am just putting my keys away and I will move she then said "I need to clean it it's dirty there was somebody just using this area". So I proceed to move myself and my purse back to the register she directed me to use. That's fine to clean it but why do you wait until Im there to clean it? She had time to clean when she asked me to use the register next to the older women but she didn't care to clean it then....anyways The older ladies leave and I hear her greeting in a friendly manner 2 other customers ready to check out (they were white) she Politely tells them that one side of registers is cash and another side is card and proceeds to go about her business. She did not assign them a register or have any type of attitude with them. Took my stuff out of the cart, set it on the counter and then left. I'm very disappointed in this store, it was my first time here and I actually wanted to bring my kids in here. But since you have a racist associate I will not be back. If I could give you 0 stars I would. 03/15/21 at 1:35. Update: I did receive an email response back from somebody higher up followed by an email from the district manager Amber Wisdom. I will say the customer service I received from them was completely the opposite from what I experienced in the store. I will be going back in to see if the customer service is any better. read more

Never been before but always wanted to check one out. Considering the market for items at $5 and Below, you will have to decide for yourself if they have goods that fit your interest. This location, however, was very clean. I was greeted upon entrance and everyone said hi. The staff was friendly and courteous. I am sure I will be back before Christmas to see if they have things to fill out my kid's stockings, but you will at least feel welcome, as I did. read more

Don't shop here what a mistake if u do the store manager vee doesn't care about the customers or the employees she treats them like a number and be replaced she is so fake when comes to the customers and talks about the customers behind their back in the back room. I wouldn't shop here goto the ones in Sacramento they are nicer and cleaner and they are much better to shop. read more

They are supposed to close at 8pm and I walked in at 7:53 and they said they are closed. The store clerk at the door said they not accepting people and he is just checking out the last customer. Horrible and a fraud. Don't advertise another closing time and do another. Highly disappointed. read more
