I've been coming to this Dollar Tree location for many years since it's within proximity of my house. What I appreciate most about this store is the affordability and price point of products. I usually like to buy cleaning supplies, plastic utensils, gift supplies, hand wipes, makeup, snacks, etc. The store is clean and well-organized. Some particular items that I usually grab can be out of stock, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the checkout line can be extremely long at times when there is only one cashier. The staff members are consistently nice, especially when they welcome me into the store. Overall, Dollar Tree gets the job done! read more

Typically, from other Dollar Tree locations, I expect long wait to check-out and staffs not that friendly or show any attention to customers. To my pleasant surprise, this location is actually pretty good! No long wait in line and the staffs are very friendly! They acknowledge customers - hi, how is your day, did you find what you needed, thank you, have a good day, etc.! Also, store is pretty clean and orderly inside. Even greeting cards. This location stays fairly clean for the most part and they are always busy. The associates that I have come in contact with throughout time are fairly nice. 3/28/18 - This is my favorite Dollar Tree. We are so lucky to have many. But this one is always well stocked. This was a special visit to get everything I need for Easter baskets for my two sweet grandchildren. I was in this store two weeks ago and got excited about the items they had on display and decided when I got home that I would make them some baskets this year. They offered a variety of candies and miniature toys and books to stuff their baskets full. I don't want to over do it with the candy because parents will be mad with me, but it want be the first or last time. But I don't want to see them having to make extra trips to the dentist either. But we all know how grandmas are. I had so much fun getting things for their baskets. I just want everybody to be happy. So much gloom and doom these days, we all can use a good visit from the Easter bunny. read more

It was a surprise bag for a dollar that had all kinds of goodies for the kids. I aksed and that what I was told a few nights ago. I came here a few nights ago looking for more Christmas stuff. I really needed some more Christmas bags but unfortunately on this evening there was a very very limited supply in stock. I grabbed what I could and picked up some more tissue for the bags. Also picked out some other miscellaneous items for the house. I'm not sure if it's me but it just seems like this particular Dollar Tree store is kind of small. With a 30 plus people that were inside it just seems like it was mad packed. So I quickly grabbed what I needed and made a run for the register. I'm not sure why but this happens at a lot of places not just here. There's a lot of customers and always one register open. So I give mad respect to cashier Taylor for holding down the fort. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. They closed to sanitize the store which is understandable during this time. But yet all the employees are standing in the front of the store talking. No signs of any of them cleaning..... SMDH! Of course when I was going to take a photo of all of them standing at the front of the store they all disappeared! read more

Wow, not good at all! Manager was so rude when I exchanged a Christmas decoration. First thing she said.....these smell like smoke! Ah.....not! Then when I was told I can't have my original receipt back "BECAUSE YOU DON'T NEED IT" and I informed her "I do need it considering it was taken out of a business account". She then informed me not to speak to her like that..... She set the tone folks! I have never returned an item ANYWHERE where the store doesn't give you YOUR receipt back after scratching the returned item off. $1 item are not worth poor customer service! read more

I told the cashier there is a car in the parking lot with the lights on and she looked at me with her mouth WIDE open. So I walked away.

I go in for basically gift wrap stuff. Cashiers always nice. I called to see if they would blow up 5 balloons for me not purchased at the store and i told her i will still pay $1 a balloon like they would charge anyway. No money lost for them right? Don't go there for your Sunday paper especially if it's a good coupon day. Their employees buy all the papers and don't leave any for customers. Have been there a number of times and told that they are sold out. I'm at the register 2 minutes after they open. 2 minutes because I always buy something while I'm in there. Once when I asked why there's a stack of papers on the next register they told me that those are already paid for...how can it be paid for when I was the first one in the store. This last Sunday I went in at opening and was told again that they are sold out. Meanwhile at the next register an employee (on her day off it looks like) and another women have all the papers laid out and are pulling all of the coupons out of them. The store manager is obviously aware of this since she was standing there chatting it up with them. I'm going to go ahead and instead of spending the extra dollar in their store, I'm going to spend it on the paper anywhere else. read more
