The taffy is displayed in big barrels, which makes it so fun for the kids to mix and match their favorites. My husband is obsessed with the pickle-flavored taffy (and says it really does taste just like a pickle!), while I stick with the sweeter flavors. My daughters picked out an assortment of taffy, my youngest walked out with a baseball-sized jawbreaker, and my son had a blast putting together his own candy mix and grabbing a Mexican Coca-Cola. It's a cute little shop with a nostalgic feel, and the owner is always friendly and welcoming. We've been here more than once, and every time it's such a fun experience. After a nice observation, I decided to get the following: - Two Chocolate-Covered Strawberries - One Pack of Gummi Bears - One Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bar The taste and quality of these treats exceeded expectations. The strawberries were so indulgent, the gummi bears were fruity and didn't taste artificial, and lastly, the toffee bar had a lovely crunch with a delicious milk chocolate base. The customer service was efficient and friendly. The price point of the items may be teetering on the pricey side, but manageable. I spent $25.90 for everything. We were all excited to cut into cake and let it sit 20 minutes before it was cut. The cake was dry, there was too much gel that ran down the sides. It was probably the worst ordered ice cream cake i've tasted. We ended throwing much of it away, after spending $40. It was too bad because we've ordered such a cake over several years and not had an issue before.
