Simply amazing. Marcy is a delight. Not only was she knowledgeable about everything at See's, she was just all-around amazing. The credit/debit card system was down, forcing me to go find a cash machine. I was frustrated because I had driven farther away just to come to the Lodi location. Marcy made my day, and I will be going to that location from now on, even though I live closer to the Trinity Parkway location. Marcy takes the cake. She is professional, friendly, and her customer service is impeccable. Some people just have the "it" factor, and Marcy is one of them. You really have an amazing individual working for you. Stopped here for bday chocolates and a card. This store's clean, bright, and in a very nice shopping center. Aaliha was friendly with exceptional customer service skills. She even gave a sugar-free sample to my husband when he asked. She wrapped the box of chocolates quickly and also threw in a handful of Christmas samples and a $5.00 coupon. :-) read more

Friendly staff and clean store. As soon as I walked in I was offered a free sample. Hazelnut chocolate mmmm I bought pound of custom boxed chocolate truffles and assorted other chocolates. Only reason I'm deducting a star is because as I was about to leave I noticed they had samples pre-bagged. They all had three chocolates inside them. I asked for one and they gave it to me. I just felt that if they have them they should give them out without asking. I bought a pound of chocolates. It's not like I bought one candy bar. Stockton stores gives me two or more of these pre-bagged three pack samples when I buy a pound or more of candies read more

Ever since I started working at 16, I always purchase Sees candy for my family for the holidays. It's been a long time standing tradition of mine and I love it. I have noticed that over the years. The customer service seems to be an issue. I know some locations give a discount for certain state employees and every time I ask about it they always get a very rude response whether they do a discount or if it's a location that doesn't do a discount. Today I asked and a very kind lady ringing me up if they gave a discount and I asked how come some stores do it. Another employee came from the back and spoke to me very condescending and told me that everyone around here knows that it's Trinity Parkway that gives the discount. Even though that location had previously told me they did not give a discount. I wish Sees candy would seriously reconsider the way they only offer the discount to a few so select locations and make it available everywhere. Ghirardelli has always been a friendly and kind location and I think it's about time. I take my loyalty to them. read more

It is such a joy to have one of my favorite candy locations to come to Lodi California. The inside is brand spanking new, and the interior is all lit up with the most modern of display styles. As soon as you walk in you are greeted. The good cheer and helpful staff know exactly what you need, they are fantastic for recommendations as well as helpful with advising new flavors to try. You must try the Truffle collections, I really like how they change up the flavors for the seasons. This location has a smaller footprint, but everything you desire will be here. Spent $400 for the lady working to be extremely rude and not give samples... when we did ask for samples she threw 2 in the bag with an attitude there was 4 of us in there getting Christmas chocolates. This site was great. I did the custom pick and go online. Followed the easy instructions to call when I got there. Told my name and order number. They asked me if I wanted it outside on table and I did( don't want to take any risk that I don't need to). They came out set it down made sure they were giving it to the right person and I left. No long line waiting for me and I only waited like 3 minutes from call to finish. Get way to get my wife's sweet tooth craving and I would use this again. I am definitely recommending this way to go to my family and friends and this location. They were clean and friendly during the call and the drop off. Thank you! read more

It's sad that See's candies won't let people with disabilities into their stores anymore. I was told that I was not allowed to come back unless I am wearing a mask underneath my face shield. Keep in mind that my face shield covers my whole face, and I have never received a comment like this from anyone before. I have been wearing it for several months now. Apparently it is a new protocol from See's candies? I cannot wear a mask, so I wear a face shield, which covers my entire face but allows me to breath easier. It's sad, I've been purchasing from See's candies for over 20 years. The world is changing, and it's not for the good. read more
