This is my favorite candy in the world since I was a child. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

After many many years of buying gifts from See's, to my utmost unsatisfactory service today from the two male employees - was a cold feeling within the store from the personnel not climate. Very little interaction from said employees. Asked a question and it was more of a finger point from across the counter with a very soft voice saying the "silver" one. To spend over $100 in a store and to get that type of service only makes me want to never take my business there again. Came in the other day. A worker walked up to me and my boyfriend and handed us samples. He decided to buy prepackaged candy. I got some candies from the counter (scotchmallows and milk almond squares). The ladies who were working were very helpful. We also got another sample before leaving when my boyfriend mentioned one of the flavors that we hadn't seen before. Excellent service. read more

Saturday, 03.12.2022 My mon, sister, nephew and I visited See's to too off my birthday celebration. Huge store, biggest one I've ever been in. Good layout, lots of space, well stocked and the best, most courteous staff members. Customer service goes a long way, these ladies were the best. They brought samples two us: fudge, vanilla fudge and peanut chocolate candy (like a Heath bar but with peanuts). We each got our desired sweets: I opted for two orange milk chocolate butter creams and two butterscotch squares. The store was consistent with other stores except it was double the size in space. I waiting too long to decide what to get my husband for Valentines Day. We eat only non-preservative foods... I discovered See's Candy does NOT use preservatives in their chocolate. I called the Trinity Store and spoke to Marcus Flores... they do not have any of my husband's favorite candies in stock at the moment but I was thoroughly impressed with the helpfulness of Marcus... even checking to see how many customers were in line. (I work from home and do not have a lot of time to stand in line unfortunately.) Marcus is really knowledgeable and friendly and I just couldn't believe he was the manager. It is managers like Marcus that will retain any of my future business. He cares! read more

I really miss the old school See's Candies on the Miracle Mile but I must admit this new shop is pretty nice...it's big and very spacious, we were greeted very warmly when we walked in plus we were offered 2 different samples! Went for christmas specials and sold out of what i wanted. Asked for bordeaux chocolates and was told they have wrapped boxes behind counter. I asked for five and received scotchmellows instead. My fault for not checking until i got home. The store had enough staff to fall over each other. Didnt get samples offered either. Very disappointed ! How can a candy store sell out of popular candy and not offer to make some extra boxes! It was a purchase of over $200! read more

UPDATE: Received a private message and the direct number to call the concerned, but very gracious, Territory Manager, who has worked for See's for decades. That combination of factors speaks so well for the company. After speaking with her I'm raising this review from 1-star to 4-stars.   After I was over the anger I was feeling at the employees for how poorly their behavior reflected on a company that so CONSISTENTLY delivers "The See's Experience" each time you walk in the door (it's amazing to me that See's, as a large organization, are able to get all employees to adhere so strictly to their model that it feels SEAMLESS); it wasn't until the model was flagrantly NOT followed that I realized how CONSISTENT they are! I wasn't looking for heads to roll, not in the least. However, I DO hope it was a learning moment for "newer-to-the-workforce" employees, that EVERY moment a customer is in the store, the employees are part of the "See's Experience." read more

I was overcharged for some lollipops (had 2, charged for 6) when I was in here. Called and the sales lady, Leslie, said to just come back in for the amount I was overcharged and that she'd leave a note about what happened. On the day Leslie and I discussed, I went back without the receipt thinking it was going to be all right, but, of course, the sales lady, Tiffany, went on about how there was no note and how she couldn't help me without the receipt. I walked out very frustrated and ready to write angry letters and bad reviews. Yesterday I was in the area again with the receipt and stopped by. I explained the whole situation and the lady, I didn't catch her name, gave me a full refund plus some free candy. I'm so glad she was so generous and polite about the whole thing because I was ready to go nuclear. I will be back again, and I will buy more candy here. But I also will be double checking my receipt from now on. read more

I stopped in to buy a Father's Day treat for my dad. The store was large and spacious and neatly arranged. There were two lines at the counter so that staff could serve customers more efficiently. I was given I think six free samples at check-out. Score! Overall, great customer service! read more

I just checked out See's candy new Trinity Parkway store, and I was not disappointed. It is very nice, it's spacious and the employees are real friendly and welcoming. I bought a couple cute patriotic lollipops, just in time for the 4th of July. If you haven't had the chance to visit I recommend that you do so. read more

I am 66 enjoyed See's Candy for many years. MB Mall in Oakland..now Kaiser Lake Shore near the Grand Lake theatre and the Outlet on Davis in San Leandro. I will give out gift cards for Mothers Day and folks I love with a April and May B Day. I don't have to purchase for myself. My kids buy my favorites. December 27, 2021: We came here around 4:30pm. There were two very kind, attentive and helpful sales associates who greeted us promptly and offered guidance and free samples. Both employees were patient and professional. I bought a 1-pound custom box of chocolates and a box of pecan rolls. A sales associate offered to cut the pecan rolls into bite-sizes, and I accepted happily. One of the ladies heard my relative say she had never tried a pecan roll, so she gave her a sample. The employee gave me a sample as well. I paid for the custom box with a gift certificate from 2014. See's gift certificates don't have an expiration date! Fresh candies, nice employees. The shareholders of Berkshire Hathaway would be very pleased. Please consider opening stores on the East Coast. read more

What a fabulous store! Well-organized, ROOMY, and classy. Being so spacious, it is much easier to take time to peruse so many choices and boxed combinations. This store is on the north outskirts of Stockton, and is less "trafficked" than the other stores, and "lot" parking is ample. The staff are attentive, enthusiastic, and professional. I've made many a gift purchase since See's opened at Trinity Parkway, and it's always very clean. The candy is amazing. Due to popular demand, many of my purchases are used at receptions and some are shipped to relatives and friends on the East coast who crave it! read more

Really See's! Stale candy! This candy is way too expensive to purchase stale, old candy. I've been to this location a handful of times and received decent service and good candy. The last time, not OK. Dark chocolate almonds and maple walnut should is all I ordered. When I bit into the maple walnut candy it was Dry! What! And she asked if I minded the last pieces in the box of the Dark Chocolate Almonds. Of course not, I'm in See's Candy, everything is good for $26.00 a pound, right? Wrong! Stale almonds.
