The glasses were on sale for sixty percent off and the engraving was inexpensive since we were doing short abbreviations. The total was only $26 for all. The engraving took about an hour and they texted me when it was ready. It's easy to kill an hour in the mall, but you may want to do this first then wonder around after. Staff was friendly and kept things moving despite the busy nature of the store. Keep in mind that they'll engrave anything, even if it's not from their store. Overall: A Great place to get custom, personalized gifts.
