I think the items to choose from were cute, and the prices seemed fair, but I bought some socks that had a security sensor on them that they did not remove. I didn't notice it on them until I got home. When I called the store to ask how to remove it, they said, they didn't know, and to talk to the manager. Then they said "Bye" and hung up on me! I'm hoping a local store will be able to remove it, but why inexpensive socks even have a sensor on them, when other higher value items did not, I don't understand. read more

If you have no choice and you are in a rush it's worth it but if you can look elsewhere chances are you would take more home for your buck. read more

Cheap souvenirs. Not worth the money. Though they did have some funny things. I am 100lbs and 5' and was leaning against their t-shirt shelf while waiting for my kids to pick shirts. This lady employee came over and yelled at me in broken English. I think the jist of it was to not SIT on the shelf. I wasn't. I was leaning against it. She got upset and said it would break. I was like ok still not sitting on it, but since she was yelling at me I took my family of 8 and told her I would spend my money elsewhere. I'm on holiday from the uk, came to this store today and found the two women working there VERY rude, they were talking to each other in a different language and when I got abit mixed up with the money (money in the uk is very different) they were laughing to each other and again talking to each other in a different language CLEARLY mocking me and laughing at me. They didnt look like they even knew what they were doing and kept messing up with the till. I left the store feeling very upset and would never go back there. My family and I came here a few days ago as we were waiting for the Ferris Wheel across the way to open. We were here on vacation and looking at everything and left with a few purchases as well. Upon exiting the store, however, my stepdad said one of the ladies here had told another one to "watch us" as we shopped. WTF? It was early in the day and we were the only ones in the store (just 4 of us). We didn't have big purses or bags or anything and it was hot so we didn't even have sweaters or baggy clothes either! If I had known that the workers here randomly discriminate, I wouldn't have bought anything at all and instructed my family to do the same. Upon checking the other other reviews, this is nothing new though. Save your money and go somewhere else! They're too expensive here anyway. And I think it's also worth mentioning that they have an alarm that was going off the whole time so we couldn't even shop comfortably. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

It's a good place to buy different gifts and memorable souvenirs. There is a lot of Disney themed stuff yet it is cheaper than at Disney. Worst customer service! It's 4 women following everyone LITERALLY! And then they are talking amongst themselves in a different language huddled up. One girl literally snatched a toy out of my 2 year olds hands because she was getting ready to open it. Ummmm i was going to buy it for her dummy! I was in utter disbelief that someone would have the audacity to snatch a toy from a child's hands without checking with the parent. And YES I bought the toy she snatched out of my child's hands even after the associate put it back on the shelf. I went and grabbed it and paid for it. I will never return to this location again! If I could leave 0 stars I would!! This place blew me away with their RUDE customer service!!! I bought over $100.00 in merchandise and got back to hotel and my son saw that his plastic $8.00 car, which was already a rip off, was broken. He cried his eyes out, so I told him store was closed and we could go back first thing in the am, which we did. I got there at 10:30 am and the manager Rob told me nothing he can do. No returns, no exchanges and I should have come back right away if it was broken. I said ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was here last night late, went back to my hotel and came back first thing this am. The exchange policy is for people who find better prices elsewhere or people that change their mind. Neither was my case, the piece of crap car was broken. Thank you for making my son cry twice now. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. This is not the way to treat customers, especially when people are on vacation and excited to get souvenirs to take home. I asked for owners number or email and the manager refused to give it to me. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere where people actually care about their customers.
