Issue with checkout. Went for my weekly shopping. They had no cashiers open. You had to go through self checkout. Ok I don't work for target and don't expect to do checkout yourself with a full cart of grocery's. You need to give employee discounts for that. This location is much larger than the ones close to me. I'm not sure I loved the store set up though as it really doesn't flow all that well. Also, it seems a little dark in there. You can find some neat stuff in the dollar spot. Target in general could really use some work when it comes to size inclusivity in their clothing, for men and women. read more

My go to Target because it's the closest to me lol plus I shop here a lot for instacart. It's nice and clean; never had problems with rude customers, employees or spoiled food. I've never seen it overly crowded/too busy; I've also never had to wait long in line. The employees are always sweet and helpful and they definitely make shopping here a better experience! I love the vegan options they have and it keeps growing....the non-dairy strawberry chocolate ice cream is my all time favorite. Target renovated this store a couple years ago and it has improved quite a bit. If you enter from the left side, you will see a nice fruit/vegetable aisle with a deli counter. I love their packaged sandwiches, salads, and wraps over there. It's definitely better than Walmart and not as expensive either. The grocery section is pretty well organized and has lots of offerings. They also have a nice beauty section with a nice selection from above average brands. The toys area is pretty nice, but I think Walmart might have more selections of bikes. Same with the electronics aisle, as I see more TV selections at Walmart. Sometimes the floors can be a bit messy, but nothing too bad I do like that Target has an ample amount of lanes with cashiers, as I don't really care for self checkout. The staff seems to be friendlier than Walmart as well. I also like that there is a Starbucks inside too. Parking is plentiful, but sometimes it can get crowded as Target is in the town center. Thank goodness you can order through the app and pick it up in a special lane. I prefer shopping here than Super Walmart, which is a mile or two away. read more

Pretty solid store with good deals. Been going to this Waterford location since I was like 5 (with my parents) and have seen it grow and develop over the years. Nice little starbucks inside of the store that you can sit down at - bathrooms are clean and the service at the registers, both the self service and the checkout, is polite and efficient Parking is easy and there is almost always a spot available. Ordering through the app is very convenient and the pickup is also pretty expeditious. Definitely better than the walmart in selection (Groceries and other things) and also in price! read more

The store is clean, and workers are constantly restocking, so it seems like an acceptable target. The only complaint is that some sections are very unorganized; I went to find new undergarments today, and it took me quite a while to find my size. However, once I did, it was a fantastic price. You can't beat three good-fitting bras for $30! read more

This Target is a very busy location, being that it is located in a mall in a community of college students and families. The team members are very helpful anytime you have a question or need assistance. One thing I do not enjoy is that this store has the potential to have two fittings rooms but one seems to be closed. The wait time for the fitting rooms is usually a long line. However the store is up-kept and seems very well organized every single time I visit. Overall one of my favorite Target stores. read more

I give this Target 5 stars, I've been coming here since my college days in UCF, and now have been a regular for the last two years that I live in the area, I usually find what I'm looking for, the customer service is always on point, and as a Super Target they have a wide range of food, deli, clothing, toys, electronics, decor, etc plus "other" services Starbucks coffee shop, optical, etc that I personal use often. The not so good, I would add the sometime horrible traffic in and around the mall, but hey that's more of a Mall thing, and not so much of Target. read more

I recently purchased some items that were 5 for $20 and when the cashier rang everything up I noticed it wasn't right. The cashier was adamant that yes the offer went through and that it showed on the receipt. Since they were about to close I assumed she was right so I just left. Turns out that I was definitely right and the offer didn't go through because one of the 5 items was clearanced so I paid regular price for the other 4. I called Target the next day and they said I could go back, grab the other item to cover the 5 for $20 (because I wanted to keep the clearance one too) and they'll do the adjustment. The young lady at the customer service desk was amazing. I explained what happened and she apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a $10 giftcard for my troubles. I ended up using it that same day and buying more stuff at the store. This is a great example of customer service when trying to resolve an issue or area of concern. I was listened to, the process was quick and I left happy! Kudos to Target! read more

5 stars for this Target. It was remodeled recently and it has more of a department store feel than it did before. The displays on some items is more homey and elegant than typical stores. This was a quick stop for a weighted blanket and some experimental vegan products. Their grocery section has a nice assortment of goodies and good for you products. Like any store, they run out of stuff at times. The store is huge and it can be troublesome if your looking for something specific. Just ask someone and they'll help you. Just make sure they're an employee and not some yokel in a red shirt. read more

The guy that was at the front door greeting in the main entrance by customer service was absolutely amazing! Every single person that walked in, he was like Santa and he was screaming welcome to target! Very sweet guy. It looks like they just got a full stock of all of the bull's-eye playground Christmas items. It had a very good selection and if you need Christmas pajamas you better run now! I remember last year I was looking for them, the sizes were scarce and I was not able to find anything that was matching. Go now! A newly renovated Target is now the crown jewel of Waterford Lakes. This store is phenomenal. The new renovations have shifted some things around. Like the home stuff, like decor, are right upfront. They are neatly organized and arranged nicely to catch the eye and make me want EVERYTHING! I maintained my composure and headed directly to the office supplies, since on this trip I was only looking for a journal. There were a nice variety and styles with pretty and inspirational covers. Just to see, I headed over to the womens section, specifically handbags, they are now neatly arranged on a shelf vs before on tables only. Checking out was quick. No lines, no wait. read more

The lines were a bit long due to a shortage of cashiers, but that is the state of this level store. This store will not be in my regularly frequented places. The way it's arranged now, it's spread way out and they don't have defined sections anymore so I either never find what I'm looking for or I feel like I've overlooked something. I contacted customer support and they cant override this as its set by the stores. The workers at this location should be ashamed of themselves. I'm contacting the better business bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and now reaching out to the The Florida Attorney General's Office. 5-Stars for the Target Cafe! My daughter, my wife and I headed out to Target for some grocery shopping after receiving a gift card. The layout is very confusing; and, we made a few trips through the entire grocery area before finding all that we wanted. After checking out, we all were hungry; and, decided to stop at the Target Cafe. We all got the Pepperoni Pizza (personal pan from Pizza Hut); and, a soft drink along with some breadsticks to share. The cashier gave us our breadsticks; but, insisted on three freshly-made pizzas. We devoured the breadsticks, which were tasty. We also go some refreshments, for which there is a huge selection. I do a fruit-flavored lemonade by mixing Crystal Light Lemonade with Hi C Punch. We got our pizzas after only a few minutes; and, we devoured those as well. They really hit the spot; and, the fact that the cashier made them to order, they were that much better - hot, gooey cheese, crispy pepperoni; she was terrific! read more

Just left Target at Waterford Lakes after the most rude interaction with a "team member". My husband and I were looking at lamps and this kid with the red cart runs up behind us. My husband and I both look up because he makes a huff sound. Once we make eye contact, he says UH, I need to get through here. No excuse me... no thank you... nothing! The poor interactions with guests is no more. Target has lost their Magic! read more

Never been to a Super Target before so I didn't really know what to expect. This place is huge and has everything you could ever need. It feels like a half a mile from end to end. It's got a great home section for kitchenware and furnishings and things. It's got a pretty big clothing section as well. The grocery section is where I spend most of my time though. Whatever section of the store you're in, you can pretty much find whatever you need. The grocery section is rather large but not quite as big as something like Publix. Still... they've got everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, to long frozen isles with everything you can think of. Their bakery section is pretty diverse but there aren't a lot of unique pastries and things as other bakeries. It's more pre-made cakes and cookies and such. Tried their store-made chicken tenders and they were actually quite good though. What I like a lot is the self-checkout. There's a lot of the self-checkout machines so you almost never have to wait in a line. There's also a Starbucks right near checkout too. Love their Frappuccinos. Overall a good place to go for everything from big items like TVs and Chairs to greeting cards and sandwiches. This Super Target does a good job of having whatever you're looking for. read more

This is a very nice remodeled Target. I have been here a couple times recently and went again today to get some things. This Target has a pretty large selection of produce, food and frozen goods. It has less compared to local supermarkets but it still offers a wide range. It is pretty clean and the shelves are organized. One thing I find difficult about coming to the Target is the parking. Cars are always going in every direction and it can get pretty chaotic with everyone on the same street in front of Target trying to find parking while needing to be aware of the customers crossing the street. Typically, I go through the self-checkout which I like a lot and Target has several self-checkout stations. However, today there was a long line for the self-checkout and only three regular checkout stations were open which made it a slower process to checkout. Overall, I like the quality of the items at Target. Most are a decent price though some items can be a little pricey compared to items at other stores and online. I will definitely be back here in the future. read more

Previously my go to super target til we moved and another one become a closer location. While it offers a huge parking lot, you'll struggle to find a close spot unless you're willing to circle and stalk. Once inside you'll see a Starbucks location, which is always a nice feature. They have the standard split of one side for groceries, bath, makeup and medicine, while the other side is for home, kitchen, yard, and media (books, movies, electronics). I'm a fan of self checkouts and this store has several and hones those waiting to check out into one waiting line. This is awesome since of one register gets held up it doesn't keep you from checking out. Overall: A Love Super Target and despite a rough parking lot, this one delivers everywhere else. read more

This is the Target closest to my home. It doesn't seem to have what I need always stocked, especially in personal item and hair care department. The store is clean and for the most part organized well. The associates aren't particularly helpful but do their jobs; well at least from my observation. There was one exception, I think she was the lead on duty. She was very helpful in finding a hula hoop for me and also located it at another store. This Target looks newly renovated; everything seems so clean, and the floors are polished and shiny. It's a Super Target, so they have a great selection of grocery items as well as anything else you might need (toys, apparel, household goods, etc). They sometimes have great deals, like the 20% off bedding items when I was there last. They're open pretty late as well! read more

This Target is located in the right hand corner of the Waterford lakes shopping center right behind Smokey bones! The parking lot is quite spacious, none the less it fills up rather quickly. This being an outdoor shopping mall and all. Target is just Target. It provides a slightly higher quality of products for a slightly higher price then your budget brands. That being said, does not mean that they do not stock bargain brands themselves. The employees are generally pretty helpful in my personal experience. The store can be hectic, especially on Black Fridays! This location has a decent grocery section, kind of small. The Starbucks is always up and running and the service there is A ok. Do not sleep on the target brand deals! Target is really a hit or miss. The irony! read more

I love this SuperTarget. It gets busy but this particular store seems to handle the volume well. Most of everything I come here for is in stock and I use Target's Cartwheel app to save a few pennies. This week: November 19, 2017 you can get a $10 gift card with every $50 food purchase...and with Thanksgiving this week, you know I picked one up. I cannot comment on pharmacy, optical, or photo areas, but I have had positive experiences at the in-store Starbucks and snack bar. In general, the store is clean and I have always had positive interactions with employees. I'll definitely return. read more

The store is enormous! It carries more items than the Target does near me so I travel 30 miles to this one to get particular items not found elsewhere (i.e. Particular E.l.f. Cosmetic items). The missy and junior clothing selection is very plentiful. Although there were a lot of people there, it wasn't really crowded because the place again is so large and well laid out that people weren't bumping into other people. Parking spaces were adequate. There was also adequate staffing and I did not have to wait long at all at the checkout line. read more
